Elm Street Pizza in Woonsocket

Ordered a chicken bacon bbq pizza tonight and it’s was absolutely amazing!!! We were blown away at how good this pizza was. Delivery was on time and driver was so nice! Great job Elm Street!

The pizza was tasty but greasy

My daughter order this do not sure of the cost but the pizza was amazing. I have lived in this area since 2007 and it was honestly the best I have here. I would totally recommend this establishment and will order again. Called and told them how happy I was with the food. I have never done that.

Excellent pizzas and friendly staff. Ive ordered from here both pick-up and delivery and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend ordering from here.

The pizza is good but I also ordered a salad. It said it was made with lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, green peppers, and well it wasn’t made that way….and now I’m dealing w a moody teenager who is very disappointed in her salad… and despite the fact that I didn’t make it, I’m hearing about how much I don’t know what she likes. Thanks guys 🙄

I had an issue with a driver and had proof of the way they were driving but management didnt care when I tried showing it to them. Their professionalism is disgusting.

Owner was very nice, his kids were amazing, personable and very nice. Food was amazing!!

I am impressed. I couldnt finish the fourth piece, which is unheard of especially when trying to do exactly that. The steak pizza was my favorite of the 4, and by far my new favorite pizza in all of New England. They treat the crust as a functional and subtle commodity, spreading the toppings richly and equally across the entire pie leaving just about a half of in inch of crust to keep it all contained when handling. Staff was helpful and engaging, pizzas were ordered through the website and they were hot and ready at the time scheduled. Try this restaurant if you havent already. Try the steak pizza of you havent done so as of yet. 5 stars of awesomeness awarded!!

We’ve been ordering from here for years however recently the service has drastically gone down hill. Orders are delivered wrong and when you call to let them know they argue with you. Terrible customer service will never be ordering from them again!

Ordered 🍕 with pepperoni and cooked onions 🌰...received a few pepperonis and raw onions. Not getting pizza here again.

Very good pizza except the delivery person was late and then when she took the money she just grabbed it and took off didnt offer no change back just assumed we were giving her a 4.00 tip

Terrible customer service, called to order guy who answered was unprofessional and ignorant! If you all want good pizza call someone else, only time this pizza is good to anyone if when they are blacked out drunk.

Had one of the best cheese pizzas Ive ever had. Place seems out of place where it is located but the pizza was cooked perfectly and the right amount of sauce and cheese. Dude working the counter was a fellow Army Vet and the guys there were really cool. Too bad I dont live in Woonsocket or Id be here every week.

We ordered a few times, never had a problem, food was always good. More recently our orders have come wrong, or my order was supposed to be picked up but was put through as delivery, so I was at the store while my food was being delivered. The girl at the counter was on her phone while she was taking orders which is baffling, but then when they realized my order was being delivered the man at the front (owner?didnt want to hang up the phone with his brother to call the delivery guy so one of the cooks ended up calling him. All while Im trying to call my husband to let him know what was going on. And while standing there a kid walked in and got the wrong order, and another walked in and received the wrong order. I wasnt angry, but it was frustrating for sure, and there was no attempt to even make things better. I definitely would not go back here.

The pizza was great as it used to be. I understand its under new ownership. The people working there are totally confused timing and my order was way off. I would say their drinking too much or too high. There was a major argument with a women customer about her order while I was there. I always thaught the customer is alway right and I believe she was. But that wasnt the case with these guys. Not Good for buisness. They did give me a medium for the price of a small to make up for the screw up. So.. Ill go back but if they dont get it together Im out!

There was a very sharp metal object in my sub, not sure if more was swallowed. My family will no longer eat from this place, we’ve been loyal customers for the pass 5 years until the previous owners sold it to the new owner WRONG MOVE because the food has been nasty ever since. I’m just happy it was me and not one of my kids!

Waste of time every time I call this place I feel like I’m repeating myself multiple times, they are very inconsiderate on the phone when I’m ordering take out it’s usually because I’m pressed for time it shouldn’t take 5 minutes of talk to get a pizza, the food here is good but the people the hire to work the phones will no training or common sense will have me never ordering here agian

I dont know why but this place used to be so good and its just not the same. The food quality and service has dramatically gone downhill since just before covid. I believe the may have new owners. Its to bad I live just a few houses away and order from across town instead.

Service is good, the people are friendly. The pizza is good, nothing spectacular, but good nonetheless. The grinders are good as well, with generous portions of meat. This is the place to go if you want good mozzarella sticks 👍🏻.

Ordered thru slice they were a little late getting my order together but they were pretty slammed!! My father always says if the place is busy thats the place you eat from..Overall my steak wrap was very good!!

Just had my first pizza, the large pepperoni, sausage mushrooms was great, crust was crispy, just the way I like it. The second pizza(Hawaiianwasn’t so lit. Chicken wings were crispy, just a tad salty to my taste. These guys work hard, show support. I will definitely be back for a second round!

Customer service was horrible! Go somewhere else! The inside looks so dirty. I dine in and no one came over to take my order had to get up and order and pick it up to bring to table. They didn’t offer no drinks instead had to buy from fridge. First & last time going to this junk

I used to go here multiple times a week for lunch and dinner and it was always pretty consistent. The last few times has been horrible. The last time will be the last time I order from there at all. Called on my way home from work (around 8pm). Got there a half hour later for 2 sandwiches, potato skins and onion rings.. waited an additional 25 minutes. Finally got it home and the 2 grinders were wrong. Wrong toppings and both were toasted, the steak sandwich was completely burnt and had what looks like ketchup on it (which wasn’t asked for). Called back and the girl said they would remake it. We waited a few minutes and walked down there. When we get there the girl asks if our orders done yet.. the manager says “I have 8 orders in front of them, they’re gonna have to wait.”.. I work in a restaurant and when you screw someone’s order up they get moved to the front of the line so it can be fixed. We waited an additional HOUR for our food (2 sandwiches).. which we had to tell them over 15 times how they were. (House steak, light mushrooms - not toasted & an Italian - not toasted, dressing on the side).. not difficult sandwiches as all. By the time we got home the potato skins and onion rings were cold. It was a poor experience all around honestly. Entirely too many places around to deal with that.

Ordered cheeseburger subs from here a few weeks ago, not sure what I received because it was completely different from what I ordered. Tonight I decided to give them another chance with two simple pizzas, cheese and pepperoni with extra cheese. Waited almost two hours for delivery only to receive cold hard pizzas and no extra cheese. Not worth the $30+ they charge! Will not be ordering from here again.

My second time ordering and I have to say they are excellent loved everything the pizza is so good and the staff are very friendly I will order again for sure!

Three hour delivery and cold food. They were very polite on the phone, and offered to replace my order for free. So I called at 5:50 the next day, 8:51 and still waiting. Dont know whats going on here, but will not bother ordering from them again, especially when the drive to my house literally GPS at 2 mins. There are so many options for ordering food in the area why deal with these problems?

Good food. Decent prices. Better for pick up vs delivery. Staff are okay not overly friendly but far from rude. I recommend their spinach pies and their veggie pizza 😍🤤

UPDATE:I tried the food and it was pretty good, upping my starts to 3. Still wished they would remove the "Deliver" and "Pickup" options buttons. Still dumb to have it there when it does nothing but cause frustration for the user.So I cant say I tried your food. I was on your website and tried to place an order from my phone and the website wouldnt work. Then I tried my computer and still wouldnt work. I tried Chrome, IE and nothing works. So I call to ask and the very nice person (Reason for at least two starssays the website isnt configured. So my question is why do you have a the options to "Deliver or "Pickup" when NOTHING works on the website. Remove the buttons that says you can order online. Makes your business look so bad! Just my two cents.

I placed an order& it wasn’t correct. When I called back I was able to speak to the owner of the pizzeria .Even under these COVID circumstances the owner personally delivered and apologized to me himself . & that is the most respectful and responsible way anyone could handle customer service. not only did he acknowledge that the team was under pressure and short staff but he still made sure he came out of his way to bring my food and let me know he was sorry. I love elm street pizza and I can say this is by far the best food you will ever get in Woonsocket!! Thank you sir for correcting our problem and delivering it personally!!

Just placed an order not long after they opened and the food was amazing. The gentleman who took my ordered was so pleasant, as was the delivery driver. My kids love pizza however, call me crazy but Im not really a fan of pizza. Let me just say, I tried the pizza and it was delicious!! Extra cheese and pepperoni 😋 I ordered buffalo chicken wings and the extra buffalo sauce and crispness was amazing. I love buffalo wings and every place I tried in the city were just dry and blah. These wings were hands down the best wings Ive had! Even my kids were drooling 🤣

Ordered on a Friday night...VERY busy!! I opted to pick up instead of delivery as I was advised it would take about an hour and a half. Only took 20 minutes for pick up. Pizza was ok. Lots of toppings. Crust wasn’t very thick. Fries were great though!

I just moved to the area an I’ve gone the above 6 different pizza places an every place had an issue either the food was wrong or just didn’t looking edible! I finally order from elm street an not only was the food amazingly delicious but it was very well portioned an they got my order correctly! They didn’t miss anything at all! I ordered quite a few things an I mean everything was absolutely delicious! Thank you all very much! You will be hearing from us often!

This place has some of the best pizza I have had! The only gripe I have, is that sometimes when they are overwhelmed they will put you on hold and not get back to you. But that is understandable because the place gets so much business from the locals because all their food is phenomenal. However, if you call back in 5 to 10 minutes they usually answer the phone and apologize😊 super friendly staff!!!

Cant beat this pizza place for their price. People working were friendlier than other local places.The chicken wings are better than Buffalo Wild Wings 😳👍 I will be back 😆

My name is Kady and I absolutely Love elm street pizza!! 🍕 they have the BEST food and if there is EVER a problem , Sam is kind and considerate and takes care of all your needs. The staff are wonderfully pleasant and helpful. I work hard for my money as many people do and it always makes me feel better knowing its being spent at a restaurant where people actually care about you and not just any order. Ill keep ordering Elm St long as there and recommend to any and everyone!!!!👍👍👍

Great food, delivery is quick and the driver is really cool. The wings are super good, subs are superior to other places in the area. The pizzas are delish. We ask for the fries well done and Elm street doesnt disappoint. Fantastic.

Their pizza is fantastic. Fast delivery and great customer service. I am baffled by some of the 1 star reviews. To the guy who tried ordering using his "moms" credit card. How are you going to leave a 1 star review because the owner wanted to ensure you werent using a stolen credit card? To Wendy S who left a 1 star review after saying she loves their food but left a bad review because there was a bit of a lettuce core in the salad. Do you know how entitled you sound? Its not a good look. Im sorry for the owner that they arent able to request the removal of bogus 1 star reviews. You guys deserve better.

Thia place needs an experienced manager to run it. Its a bunch of kids working there fooling around every time i go there. I ordered 2 pastrami grinders last night. Was told 15 to 20 minutes. I went to pick it up 25 minutes later and they told me they had no pastrami. They made me drive there for nothing. Talk about not knowing how to run a business. Park ave pizza it is from now on because they experiencd in the pizza business. Elm st. Pizza needs to sell the place and send there inexperienced workers to walmart stocking shelves

Delivery 👍 of fish & chip= great crust (similar to ye olnice flake white fish, good portion. Great fries; seasoned well. Side order deep fry wings 💗 ask about various flavors 🍴Prices are reasonable.Absolutely recommend neighborhood support.Pizza/grinder are great too.Even dessertsDelivery 35 min hot; wrapped well-foil,foam & plastic.

As they advertise, the best pizza in town! Havent been disappointed yet. Highly recommended.
