Ellis Brook Valley Reserve in Perth

Good walk, path is well maintained. Falls were flowing. Great view of Perth from the top. Picnic and BBQ facilities available. Grade 5 walk can be tough on knees.

Dogs and kids friendly, easy trails, beautiful wildflowers. Worth the visit

Pretty stunning place to see the wildflowers. Dog friendly (on leash). Not really wheelchair friendly (most of the designated paths are in pretty shocking condition).

Easily accessible, lots of birds and flowers. Excellent Picnic and bbq facilities. Basic amenities.

Loved the challenge of the Blue Wren Ramble Trail! We went last Sunday when it was forecast for thunder storms, because that morning was actually a nice day. Super steep rocky hills that are slippery so I dont recommend this trail to people who are just starting to hike and I definitely recommend hiking with someone, very dangerous if you slip. My brother went ahead and scouted the routes and helped my son, I stayed behind my son just in case he needed support. We got caught in the rain and were soaked from head to toe by the time we got back down to the car but we enjoyed it 😊

Beautiful, took a track that wasnt actually a track and saw the otherside of the hill that is an actual working mine. Oops. Stunning bushland though, saw blue fairy wrens. Going left first or anti clockwise seems to be the less extreme option.
