Elles Road Dog Park in Invercargill

Its been a year since we were hear went into play had my American bulldog onlly6 had cum with my boy played frizzbee its the people that make it work. If they naughty then u whole experience want be enjoying Ive had it happen to me afew times to day was great he loves frizzbee. And if hes good its really satisfying to play with them both girl and boy.but its bulldog and Pitt bull and it not easy Casper the bulldog gives in she not a violent dog just soft and gourgous good to let them run around if.one on each side of fence.

Rating is from our dog, he loved it so much we cant go past without a whimper from him to remind us he might like to stop there and play. We take his balls and doggy do bag, but water is provided. Good serviced facility

Dogs love it

Very cool to have 2 separate areas, food, bins, semi sheltered seats, and poo bags available. Its very muddy but I guess thats to be expected. More lighting would be nice so I can take my dogs there in the winter evenings and early mornings

Awesome park safe and super interesting for our wee girl.it was a super cold day so we didnt stay long but it was a really good set up!

Always good unless a big dog enters the small dog side, I wish the council would put up a sign to show which side is which, wonderful for big dog owners but small dog owners r intimidated by their dogs attitude towards dominance over small dogs

Making new friends at the dog park! Love that I can take my dog to this area for some off leash time. It’s pretty well set up with the two separate areas so you can choose which group of dogs to join.

Great place to let the muttley of the lead

Plenty of space for all dogs to run around.

Spacious space , divided in two in case a not too friendly pooch arrives. Water fountain for the dogs available and free poop bags too. There are also seats for the owners.

Loved seeing my daughters dog have a great time running around interacting with other dogs and also just spend some time on her own enjoying the great space.

There is many dogs able 2 b exercised if they get on if not like mine who would find it hard keeping there mouths 2themselves there is another park with its own gates and people dnt mind letting u use it by myself but u have 2 check no one in there 1,st and that no one dosnt see u and just lets there dog through the gate while im screaming NO!!!!!! SO AS lng as ur careful and whatching out its great 2 let them run around freely 4awhile which i cnt do anywhere else

Great place to visit with your dog. They get to socialise, but so do you. It could be better maintained, but its a valuable addition to Invercargill all the same.

Wonderful place to take my little Shitszu. I feel very safe and relaxed their. Its nice to meet other small owners and have a wee chat, and and swap stories about our baby doggiekins. Teddybears Mummy.

Always great to take our dogs to the dog park. Look forward to the improvements ahead. Suggest a toilet for us humans?

This place is recommended for any locals who love to walk with their dogs.

My dog loves running around with his furiends at the dog park. My only concern is that there are no public convenience here.

Great. Most owners expremly responsible. Could have structures for the dogs for training purposes.
