The Esplanade, Perth WA 6000, Australia, Kwinana
Waterside entertainment complex on an inlet with shopping, cafes, boat tours, art & museums.
Beautiful location next to the city. Best to visit during sunset time. Definitely a place to visit π
Charming place in a super location by the river. Good selection of restaurants, fun wet play area for kids that cleverly also serves as an attractive visual feature, and proximity to a metro stop. Only real downside is where to park your car ...in fact, dont come here by car, okay?
Circular Quay? Elizabeth Quay? Perth citys very own ferry terminal shuttling passengers down Swan Lake.Small but reminiscent of Sydneys Darling Harbour, the lights and skyscrapers boldly cross the waters edge, as if buttressed by the river. Is it worth visiting? Yes, to visit at least once. Would I go again? Probably not, unless I had more reasons to come back to Perth!
Very modern with various cafes and restaurants. Ferry service to South Perth and near train station
What a lovely place for walking around. Really nice and in the evening when the lights come it looks great.
A very good place to visit and sight see. Good for family kids pets. Beautiful quay and probably will be better at night showcasing the night scape of perth. You can use transperth ferry to go to the other side south perth and come back in no time. Worth to visit if you are a tourist. One of the must go place in perth if you are visiting
Amazing place to relax any day of the week.
Lots of nooks and crannies to explore so even though it is a popular destination, it didnt feel crowded. Great place for photography day or night.
Current construction zones take away enjoyment of the area but still so great to see how this has changed over the years. Exciting to see all the developments happening. Water cleanliness is concerning, rubbish attracts seaguls. Still amazing to visit and will definitely be back. ππ
Great place to visit either with your friend/friends or family, it has beautiful views to take with, instagrammable, lovely and wow factor place, contains more nearby places to visit, near train station, has ships, near apartments, near hotels, love the place and its people. Good cafe, ice cream shops and restaurant near the place which are affordable.
Great waterfront different things to see plenty of restaurants, you can have boat rides, book trips to rock nest island, the children can have a merry go ride, check out the bell tower. Otherwise just sit relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the water.
A beautiful place to visit with out of town visitors. Lots of play areas for kids. Lovely romantic walks. Never overcrowded. Great representation of our beautiful state. Easy access by train.
Nice place to see and well worth a look but not much to do... Other palaces around the world would have more entertainment.Bikes and scooters should be banned.
This is a nice place but its a bit artificial and man made. It also loses a star because its badly named and should definitely have an Indigenous Australian name. There are bars, restaurants, hotels and a good ice cream place. It also has great views of the river and ferry access.
Nice views and not crowed at all. Having many space to take great shots during sunset time.
Elisabeth is a great place for families.Lots to do from ice creme, watching dolphins, take a ferry or just enjoy a walk.Parking is available at the convention center.
Fantastic place. Elizabeth Quay is enjoyable at any time of the day or night, and with all weather conditions.
Really nice redevelopment of the Perth waterfront on the Swan River. Worth a walk around.
Nice place to visit and spend time for evening walk and dinner. We went to The Island. Nice restaurant, nice view and nice food.
Nice place to have a walk and enjoy a coffee or a beer. The way along the River is very Nice for running.
Interesting buildings, views across river, couldnt find coffee or breakfast with good views or ambiance but enjoyex myself.
Beautiful location on the water, fringed by amazing dining options.Perfect location for letting the kids run loose, or just enjoying the ambience.
Very pretty city at night with all the lights and beautiful gardens
Its becoming more a big corporate centre and less a great public space. A pity as it was supposed to be a Perth highlight, not a fools folly
Beautiful quay ππππ. Even more beautiful during twilight.
Its a beautiful spot for young and old. A little smaller than what I expected. A few things to do in and around the Quay. The ring of the bell at the Bell Tower while you have an ice cream and watch the water, has a romantic feel to it. Watching the boats pass by when you stand on the bridge is also something to see. Many cyclists, so watch out. Park at the Convention centre and walk down. Lots of roadworks around there now, so parking limited at the Quay. So many colour at night with all the lights on.
River and the city. I went out for cycling and the experience was awesome. But during winter its very windy and cold because of the swan river. So if youre visiting there in winter , you must wear proper winter jackets .
Beautiful place. A must go place if you are in Perth.
Absolutely fabulous. Not too crowded. Beautiful atmosphere and shops. Honestly makes me never want to leave or go anywhere else when Iβm here! My partner and I have travelled all over the globe, New York, Paris, California, Berlin. This location is definitely near the top! Very surprising but an absolute hidden gem!
Lots of picture spot here! Very beautiful place. Ferry to South Perth is just few minutes ride in a clean & comfortable ferry. Worth the trip!
The quay is located right in the centre of the vibrant city of Perth. There are trendy bars and restaurants, which though a little on the pricey side, are very good quality and therefore good value. The quay side has free moorings which is ideal if you just want to check the area out.
Lots of construction going on when we were there. Im sure it will be more interesting when the work is finished. Quite a few places to eat but not many casual cafes. We really had to search to find a toasted sandwich.
Love this place, spoilt a little by all the building work still going on. Should be even more spectacular when its all finished. Plenty of food choices
Beautiful place located in the heart of Perth. Well maintained and less crowded. You can see the wonderful views of the Swan River. There are good restaurants along the quay. You cen see the Perth skyline from this place. Perfect place to spend some quality time with family and friends. It is well lit with amazing lights.
Gondola on the Swan was a beautiful way to relax after lunch. We saw dolphins, pelicans, lots of shags and it was spectacular.
The place itself is very nice, great to see the dolphins when they come past for a show.Fairly well planned for most part except there needs to be speed limits placed on bicycles & scooters as they zoom about with no consideration to pedestrians around corners.Alot of businesses are on the verge of closing as there isnt anything to draw the local public there this time of year. The businesses that are open reluctantly have to increase their prices to make u for lack of sales. An out door cinema would be fantastic. Perhaps it could show case WA artists, attractions & history for the most part, live telecast for football, cricket & sports on weekends & even short film fest to attract local visitors.Hope they dont put anymore big buildings there as it is starting to loose the nice open sense of space that it originally had.Has nice tranquil feel on weekdays when you want to escape the hustle bustle of the city.
A pleasant place for a walk, relax with the family. Numerous restaurants & cafes. Theres a ferry service to South Perth and various choice of river cruises. The famous Swan Bell Tower is just next door.A must visit attraction in Perth.
Remarkably place, you can walk and find an amazing restaurant in this area, and take some pictures while enjoying the view. Also, you can find some tourism options near the bay area.
Its a wonderful place to have dinner. Itβs got very good restaurants, cafes and ice cream shops. Very near to train station. Car parking is usually full during weekends. πβ¨
Great place for tourists and peeps travelling thru PTown. Check it out grab a snap. Lots of space. Parking can b limited at times. Lots of public transport. Cafes etc during the day. Stones throw to the city. A must if visiting PTown.
Very nice place still being developed with further infrastructure. Great for a nice walk.
Great place by the water in the city. Good food options and a great place to have a lunch break.
A great place to visit for evening walks and Instagram worthy. Live music, stunning water, and seafood gives convivial vibe. Colorful fountain in the evening adds up one more reason to visit.
Walk down Barrack Street or a short hop on the underground, generally empty and over developed but has great river views.
Had a great night watching the amazing drone light show. Lots of people came and because it was so busy there was quite a good atmosphere.
Great place to visit on a warm evening. Has a good atmosphere. Get to see the lights of the city and be right by the water. I definitely recommend a visit here. A must for locals and tourists alike. We will be going back again soon for a meal and drinks at one of the bars/restaurants.
Amazing place for an evening or morning walk. Fabulous views of water Bay and citys buildings. Area has lots of restaurants for food and drink. Ferry of transperth to south Perth. Is lovely to just sit there and enjoy the sunshine and atmosphere of city people moving around.
Locally known as Bettys Jetty it is a great place to stroll around or hang out and chill with a beverage. There are restaurants, cafes, Gusto Gelato, a carousel for the young at heart and the Little Island Brewery has some great boutique beers. A must visit if you are in Perth.
Get a ferry here to south Perth, or surrounds. Or go for something a little more exciting with a jet boat ride, by wild west charters. A lot of fun, and get to do some sightseeing. Hold on to your hats, and keep an eye out for the wildlife.
Great place for a walk and enjoy the afternoon sunshine! Plenty of wide open paths with clear ramp access for those on wheels. Lots of construction going on in the surrounding buildings which is great to watch. Some great architecture around here and some really nice little cafes and restaurants scattered throughout.
