Elite Hotel Arcadia Stockholm in Stockholm

Located in a nice area, walkable to downtown but also plenty of public transport options, very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel has seen some years but it was still nice and clean, and had everything needed. Breakfast buffet is not the biggest but had all the essentials and was good. 4 stars as only 2 high chairs for babies at the breakfast, which makes getting one a lottery (a lot more babies eating at once than chairs available). IKEA high chairs they have are not so expensive so I am sure the hotel could afford more than 2 🙃

The price you pay is way too much for what you get.The room was small, the bathroom was a hole in the wall. You cannot raise your arm without heating the walls. You hear the cars in the street the whole night. TheThe breakfast was ok but not that luxery for a 4star hotel.

Good hotel for visiting Stockholm University

Nicely appointed hotel. Great breakfast buffet. Quiet, modern, clean rooms. No hot tub and no pool, which was a disappointment, but staff and service was 1A.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Got an early check-in due that we had short time going with a bus for our main goal. A wedding. Departure from Östra Station just a few minutes away. Nice but small room. Comfortable beds. Small bathroom but everything you needed was there. Breakfast was good with plenty of different options.

Rooms are fine, but you can only open the windows just a lil bit, as 50 cent raps - nice with the AC thoughBreakfast: Cold boiled eggs and a broken coffee machine... Nuff said

Perfect hotel for small budget weekend 👌🏼Close to the subway and big bus station also. And perfect sport to walk through the most beautiful architectured, Old and fancy neighbourhood in Stockholm City....

Breakfast is delicious although it would be nice if they did more individually packed food items instead of having everyone touch everything corona-wise. The rooms were nice enough for sure as well. They renovated at some point but you can clearly see certain parts of the hotel are a bit older and not as well kept as the pictures might suggest. This sounds negative but Id still recommend it. The staff were friendly, too.

Nice hotel conveniently located. Rooms are clean and decent size, but the bathroom is quite small. Breakfast is okay, although there are plenty of savoury options, but not many sweet ones. Also the coffee machine was broken! There is also a restaurant inside the hotel, serving dinner from 18 to 22 every working day (not on weekends).

Mid range Hotel. Nothing wrong with it and good breakfast. Near T-banen and plenty of places to eat nearby.

Nice and clean hotel with very nice and helpful staff. Its very close to subway station. Good value for money. Good choice for business trips. Very Good quality breakfast. Very close to KTH university for those want to visit this university this hotel can be best choise.

Overpriced for what you get. Bed was very bouncy, toilet did not flush completely and required 4-5 flushes to empty. Bathtub drain was slow and caused the floor to have standing water. Breakfast is very nice.

The hotel is in a good location. You can walk tothe city center and attractions in a reasonable amount of time. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The breakfast was included and it had a very good selection and delicious food. Internet connection was okay. However, rooms and especially the restroom was very small and hard to use. That is only part I would complain, otherwise, pretty good place to stay. I would recommend.

A perfect, quiet little place, right next to Tekniska Hogskolan the Royal Engineering College, easily accessible by metro and bus. Pleasant, professional staff, satisfactory amenities. Breakfast is good. They get the New York Times, as well. You can go walking/ running/ cycling in the beautiful forest area which is a part of the royal hunting grounds. The horse riding school is nearby, so youll see riders clip clopping now and then in the glades, too. The sunsets across the bridge over the railway line, if you care to walk up to it, are beautiful. Loved this place.

The hotel is in a good location and you can walk to the centre, or take advantage of transport options close by. A very nice out door seating area and friendly staff. Breakfast is included in the room rate and is tasty with a good range of choice. There is also a gym and sauna so be sure to bring your kit.My room is great and very comfortable. Pillows are soft and bed comfortable. The bathroom is a wet room, and the water pressure of the shower is fantastic. Nice complimentary toiletries provided. Towels are also soft. Housekeeping do a brilliant job cleaning the room everyday.I also had one meal at the hotel, and I had the burger and fries paired with a Swedish beer. Good quality food and reasonably priced.Overall the hotel is brilliant and I would happily stay again. Very clean and comfortable.

Worse experience in a very long time.First time I arrive to a hotel and nobody is at the reception. After 10 minutes of waiting I went to the restaurant and a guy came and gave me a room on the first floor next to the street which seems ok.<br/>The room is very cold but I am so tired I put a blanket on. After 10’ starts some work in the street so obviously its impossible to sleep.I tried to call the reception and the phone is not working. I tried to call with my phone and nobody is picking up. I went downstairs in my pijamas and the guy is telling me that he is sorry but he is not giving me another room and that he understands but the works wont last all night so I need to wait. I kindly ask him is all the hotel fully booked you cannot give me another room? He says all hotel fully booked. Just bad costumer service

An older building with its own garden, giving it character, but modern enough to provide great comfort and function. Close to the KTH and its metro station. Great breakfast and small evening meals.

Nicely located, comfortable hotel. However, I left a charger with a US-EU plug for my computer in the room, called the reception within a couple of hours. They were unable to find it and made no effort to help or apologize. The staff was nice enough but didnt seem to care.

This is a very nice hotel. The room was small but enough. I really enjoyed the breakfast. There was a large variety of local food. I look forward to staying here again.

Not as bad as you might think, concidering only two stars, but it was just pricy and boring. Nothing really bad to report, apart from mistakes when cleaning (forgetting both trashes and beddings - at different days - in a pile on the floorand not fixing bedside light despite being asked to, but it was really a very boring hotel. There are so many nicer hotels in Stockholm for the same money.

Beautiful interior and very nice atmosphere. The staff is really nice and professional. The breakfast is rich and delicious. The hotel located close to a subway station, and KTH is within five minutes of walk. The rooms are silent, I havent experienced any annoying noise. The beds are very comfortable as well.

Seems like a 3 star hotel and not a 4. The restorant is very poor, but the included breakfast is good. If you like to walk- approximately 30-40 min. away from the old town. The city is beautiful, so you should do some walking :)

Good place. Very convenient location close to the university. Breakfast is OK. When I checked in, I encountered with a very unfriendly staff, no smiles, no welcome, and have to wait long for her to come to the reception because she was enjoying her time sitting in the restaurant. The staffs on the next day were very friendly and nice. 3 stars because of some unfriendly staffs.

Nice room, very polite man at the desk and an excellent breakfast !But there was a very inconvenient fact for me : no way to keep the room lightproof, wich mean I woke up at 4AM because of the sun, Im not used to it ..I disliked the plastic pieces on the toilet

Good hotel at reasonable price. Near to public transport. Although breakfast is hyped, its only just OK. Quiet ambience.

Good bed, well designed furniture, good bathroom, great breakfast and, very important, great service.Elevator up to 4th floor, so the rooms on the 5th floor are only reachable by stairs. If this is a problem, mention it when booking the room.

Service was excellent, rooms very comfortable indeed and very clean. Staff really helpful and excellently located next to the metro, yet peaceful enough at night. Great breakfast for every type of eater......vegan, vegetarian, dietary needs....most impressed

Arrived really late, kitchen was able to fix me a bowl of really tight salad (all vegan). That and a bottle of good ipa, really good service.

My girlfriend surprised me with a weekend in Stockholm and this quaint hotel outside of the city centre was the right addition for accommodation. Welcoming staff and wonderful amenities. The included breakfast was a nice touch and the room offered a minimal yet comfortable feel. Definitely recommend this location and Elite Hotels. Cheers!

Clean hotel, friendly staff and large rooms. Location within 1 to 2 mins walk to subway and bus stations, 2 subway stops to city center. The building is dated and the elevator is very slow. The fifth floor is not accessible by elevator. Breakfast was decent with a good selection of swedish and continental items.

Good hotel with old school charms and a cool history. The rooms are nice and clean and we felt very welcome by the staff. The very good breakfast rounds off a good nights sleep.

A very good hotel, but not really four stars. Nice clean rooms, great location, good breakfast. A bigger gym, a pool, a wider breakfast selection is what I believe whats missing to call it a four start hotel.

Good location close to the Tekniska Högskolan t-stop. Modern room, quiet to the backyard, small, but Nice breakfast. Did not like that I would have to pay for a cappuccino whereas the coffee was free... Exteriors looks outdated but inside is nice. Old, quaint elevator.

Not a hotel Id rave about, but in good upkeep. I think I was expecting a bit more, but its okay. Breakfast is a bit chaotic due to the poor layout of the breakfast room, and our room wasnt serviced particularly well (tea/coffee not refilled)

Friendly staff, awesome breakfast which can be enjoyed outside! Modern, comfortable rooms, no coffee or tea facilities though (although a water kettle is available on request)

How this hotel gets “four stars” in any travel guide is unbelievable. Yes, the room was comfortable and clean enough, but absolutely no extras and breakfast was just so-so. Main problem is the location is nowhere near downtown and a true nightmare getting to and from the airport. Spend some extra money and go closer to the action.
