Eler Hotel in Tirana

Super hôtel, très propre, bien placé. Le personnel était très agréable et souriant. Je suis contente de mes premières nuits en Albanie.

Very clean and cosy hotel, the quality of the is excellent and luxurious. The staff is great and very helpful . Breakfast is reach and the best cappuccino. The location is great not in very busy area and very quite .

Бронировал этот отель через Booking.com, но заселиться не удалось, т.к. эти ребята практикуют овербукинг - мест не было.Менеджер предложил за эти же деньги заселиться в соседний отель Albanipolis, т.к. один владелец. Спросили о скидке по причине неудобств - менеджер отказал. Дело было вечером, другой отель искать уже не хотелось, пришлось согласиться. Идти в этот отель пришлось пешком с чемоданами.Не рекомендую этот отель никому.

The kindest most friendly gentle staff ever. Always ready to help and assist.The food is very good, breakfast generous. And will order takeout for you from anywhere in the city.Rooms extremely clean and very comfortable.And the best is the location, a walking distance from everything. Yet easy to access by car and on site parking.Will return again for sure

Before reserving a room, I asked the receptionist if the hotel had a clothing iron for guests. The receptionist told me they did. I asked if there was any chance of getting a room at reduced rate. The receptionist told me there was no chance.When I called the desk for the clothing iron the next day i was told then that there was a fee to pay per article of clothing. I felt manipulated, so i called the hotel with my cellphone without them knowing who called.I asked the receptionist that answered the phone for the same kind of room i booked. I asked if I could get the room at a reduced rate. I waited for a call back.The receptionist called me back and said i could get the room with a 5£ discount on his behalf and 5£ discount on the managers behalf.So i went downstairs and told them it was me that called. They told me when they have guests. present they don’t offer discounts. When guests call on the phone they offer discounts as a way to bring them in.They did not give me the 10£ discount. I did not use the clothing iron so i left to a hotel across the street that didn’t charge for a clothing iron and didn’t keep information from me. And The room was great.10 euros is not a big deal. But there was information kept from me since the beginning. I was not treated as a guest. I was treated as an open cash pot.

A chic and cosy place to stay. Breakfast is free of charge and is so delicious. Coffee is also served at the bar in the morning and is tasty.

Facility and equipment: Nice and cozy. Great location, on the main street, but quite. Well maintained. Food: Breakfast was excellent. Customers service: Kind and efficient. General conclusion: Another example that Tirana is constantly improving its accommodation offer. New European "city break" destination!!!

The best choice in Tirana. New hotel, very clean, good prices, well placed in the centre, contemporany decoration, friendly service. Just the parking place is complicated.

ELER HOTEL has just been reconstructed. The place looks and feels great. Located in center of Tirana, just 8 min walk from Tirana center and most attractions.
