Surprisingly good food in an always buzzing, cool atmosphere We will be back.

We were really looking forward to having dinner at this establishment after visiting here a few months ago. We arrived at 7:30pm starting the night off with some cocktails and entree. Initially the waiter was welcoming and the service was efficient. We ordered our drinks and starters at the bar, letting them know we will be back for mains. At this point we would have expected the staff to mention that the kitchen will be closing shortly. The entrees and drinks took no time at all to arrive at our table. Once we were ready to place our mains order we were told the only option now was pizza. Incredibly disappointed at this point, we returned shortly to the bar to order a pizza and were told the kitchen was now closed. With no apology from the staff and an argumentative attitude, we returned back to our hotel and ordered Dominoes. When patrons are treating with such disrespect, we’d suggest you have dinner at the Pier Hotel, a warm and friendly establishment.

Dropped in from the rain and was pleasantly surprised with the food, I had a wagu hamburger. Wonderful. The bar is very well presented and staff are super friendly. Highly recommended.

My husband and I came here on a weekend trip to Coffs. We loved the service and atmosphere of this place - both nights we were there, there was live music, it was busy and the staff were very friendly. The cocktails are really well made. My only complaint would be the choice of food on the menu as it didn’t suit my personal taste. I had the chicken tacos and found them bland. I don’t eat red meat so that ruled out most of the menu for me. But my husband loved the hotdog he ordered. Overall, great vibe and we’d come back for drinks.

We found element after having a disappointing experience with another restaurant close by. On arrival we were greeted by a friendly host who let us know what our dining options were given our arrival time to Coffs Harbour. He ensured we were settled and knew where to order. The bar staff were incredibly friendly too. Our food was fantastic and came out incredibly fast. We were so pleased with our experience we returned for a second time during our stay. We were glad to be met with the same friendliness and quality of food that we had the first time. Would 100% recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Great food and atmosphere, however staff could be a little accommodating for kids, like swapping tomato sauce for bbq and not trying to charge extra for the swap in a kids meal.

Really delicious food (bbq chicken pizza). Really quick service for a busy location. Vibes were high, great atmosphere. Espresso martini’s lived up to the name of being the best. Will definitely recommend to others coming to Coffs 🤩

Great vibe, delicious food. Live music on the weekend add to the feel good ambience. A yummy range of cocktails to try!

Excellent range of drinks and small brewers. Pizzas are great and good atmosphere, have made it regular spot to visit when in town

Visiting from the Gold Coast and I wish this place was back home, awesome atmosphere and setting, kitchen producing quality drinks and cocktails at the highest level cool live music and the biggest thing all the staff that went above and beyond to make our experience awesome

Very kind staff and lovely place. We eat the following burguers: PRIME ANGUS SCOTCH FILLET STEAK BURGER and BBQ CIDER PORK BELLY BURGER.The first one was very nice and tasty, we add halloumi!!The second one does not taste any BBQ flavour. The flavour was very plain. Needs more power and maybe a little crisp in there. Also I have to buy extra BBQ to give some flavour.@ginacatafoodie

Nice place!Very welcoming, the place feels warm and lots of things to look at.Great selection of beers on tap we had a send it IPA, moon dog pale and finished with a Carmel chocolate stout or 2..For food, we had a plate of sweet potato wedges, chicken wings and arancini balls.The wedges were so crispy yet nice and soft in the middle, great little chiplote dipping sauce on the side.The wings we had half buffalo and half plain. The buffalo were drenched in sweet baby rays buffalo sace and where delish! Plain were nice and crispy and well cooked.The arancni were wild mushroom and were very flavourful, nice little spread of some sauce on the bottom too.Overall great evening although the prices of everything was a little high for a 5 star mark.Will be back.

The cinnamon pretzel is awesome. The honey baked camembert is great too.

What a fabulous vibe to find mid week in Coffs Harbour. All the tables were buzzing with great conversation and smiling faces and it was a lovely experience. Oh, did I mention the food is delicious, good portions, reasonable prices along with refreshingly cold beverages or the Coffee bar they have too. Thanks Element Bar, see you again soon!

Went for dinner last night with my partner. On arrival it was a beautiful venue, crowded and had a performer playing near the front door. After sitting down near the performer we couldn’t hear each other as the performer was very loud. However, the service, the food and drink quality couldn’t shake me giving less than 5 stars. Cocktail/alcohol list is huge, the apple and cucumber is now my new favourite. The Arancini balls were delicious as well as the burgers and the warm pretzel dessert. The salted caramel sauce was so good I couldn’t help myself but to drink it. Overall great staff, food, drinks and entertainment!

A bit disappointed 😔Have taken my family to Element to eat more times than I can count, and usually we are very happy with the food and service.Love, love, love the honey soy chicken wings but tonight sadly they were well below usual standards. I don’t know if it’s cutting down on costs but it was difficult to tell that they were honey soy wings… there was so little sauce you could hardly taste it and the wings were a little over cooked and dry so the lack of sauce was even more noticeable.Please go back to the good old days when you drowned the wings in sauce and they tasted awesome 🙏🙏🙏

I came here last month and had the Cheese Kransky Bites, but wouldnt recommend it on its own as a main meal. The soloist was good to start with, but eventually, all the songs he performed just sounded the same and the barman used his fingers to put a slice of lime in my drink rather than using tongs. ( not good in these times! However, I loved the atmosphere, decor and great friendly service.

Awesome food I had the coconut and mango chicken stir fry so good and plenty of it even got to take some home

As locals that live in the jetty, we checked the opening hours online before leaving our house and understood that the bar was open until 23:00. Attempted to visit for evening drink on 10/5/22. Refused service at 21:30 despite opening hours different on google (23:00). Staff members said the venue was closing as it was dead ( there was two tables inside with guestsdespite refusing paying customers! As we walked away two staff members laughed. Bit unfortunate service today.

Good relaxed style atmosphere. Plenty of different styles of seating on 2 levels. The food was nice. Stayed from lunch through to the evening drinking various cocktails and beers, grazing on different food selections whilst listening to a guitarist playing so.e good music. Will be back again.

My partner and I booked in for the Element Bar during our stay in Coffs Harbour over the Easter holiday weekend. The entire experience was lovely. I was having trouble with my cards when trying to pay. For some reason, it kept reading "connection error." The person handling my order was so nice about it and didnt get frustrated. He had to split the bill into 2 transactions (for whatever reason, that worked).The service was fast. My partner had the scotch filet with pepper sauce and he LOVED it. I had the barbecue jackfruit tacos. They were delicious. We also shared the onion rings with aioli. Everything was excellent. I would recommend this place to others and would definitely dine here again.

We arrived off the street and asked for a table, which the super friendly staff were more than happy to arrange. Our food was amazing and was brought to our table very quickly. The range of beers on tap was also great, but the best thing about Element Bar was the vibe, everyone was having a tonne of fun.If Im ever back in Coffs Harbour Ill definitely be back.

Over priced poor quality food. Starters (entreesdelivered after mains. I paid $90 for food and drinks - had two mouthfuls only - one from main and one from entree - both were inedible. Staff were lovely though. Unfortunately the music was too loud to discuss the issues with them. So I gave up and will submit a review instead. Save your money and head to Maccas - it’s the same quality.

My family and I had a fantastic Sunday night chilling at the Element Bar, enjoying good food and music. Highly suggest the Asian braised pork belly, I cant remember the last time I ate such tender pork. This place really changed my whole perspective on quality pub food. Paul Fogerty was playing, adding some lovely atmospheric live music, tying the whole experience into a lovely evening.

The atmosphere is worth the stop! Loved the decoration and the staff, and nice choice of drinks 👌 If I were living in Coffs harbour, that would clearly become one of my regular places!

This place is great! The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing, I ordered the Asian Pork belly and my husband the platter per two. Absolutely the best meal we had while in Coffs Harbour. Highly recommend!

Got the monster burger and it was amazing. Great atmosphere and great food.

Wagyu Burger, best burger weve had so far & the sweet potato & onion rings yummy side dishes. We decided to have lunch 2 days in a row. Will definitely come back next time we visit Coffs Harbour.

We had burger and a chicken baguette along with chips. The portion size was moderate and taste was great!

Takeaway wings and pizza, tasty options for dinner. Large serve of wings for the price with a big serving of blue cheese dipping sauce. Good value

Love this place, also its sister restaurant (Dark artsis amazing as well. Top tips include: sunday specials (but not on long weekendsand the much quieter area upstairs.Beers change regularly and are amazing (I love how they tell you what is currently on tap via their website). I really enjoyed the pumpkin salad (the regular is huge), the popcorn chicken bites are very moreish and the cheese kransky bites are good too.Great value and nice venue.

Great service, with COVID safer practices and a smile (several actually). Food was lovely, with a good spread of menu options, including gluten free. Recommended for a good lunch at reasonable prices.

Had a wonderful experience at this bar. Even when full and lively, staff are doing wonders to ensure customers check in and space between tables are maintained. The food is to die for, honestly the best gluten-free options I have found. Not only that but the friendly staff were incredibly accommodating and communicative with my celiac needs to ensure drinks and food were safe for me to consume. Even though they were busy, Jenny and Phoebe in particular were approachable and ensured that I didnt feel awkward or like a burden when asking about my dietary needs, answering all my questions. It has always been an amazing dining out experience, every time. Try the Haloumi bites, seriously, just do it~

Definitely worth a visit. Their pizza, chicken wing and burger nights are the time to go. Bbq chicken pizza is fabulous (a little too cheesy for my likingbut overall I love it. The chicken wings are crispy and moist but be careful cause the honey soy sauce is strong. Their burgers are amazing and are the main reason I go there!

Place was really busy at the time. Food took a while to come out, but it was super busy to be fair. Great atmosphere.Great wings. Get the Gourmet Hotdog! One of the best Ive ever had.Worth the wait.

Very cool vibes. Cosy and managing covid protocols seriously which is great!!Had a cocktail, ribs and southern fried chicken for two + Aranchini balls. Was expecting both to be more flavoursome, and have more unique tastes to the dishes. The ribs were very soft I must admit.Food was decent but not the best Ive had. They have a great selection on the menu so Id be keen to check out the other items.The tasty monkey cocktail? was absolutely delicious! would go again for that!overall still a great dine, (one of the waitresses was also very friendly and helpful in recommending the cocktails).

Fun atmosphere and really friendly service. Food is fantastic. We had the Crumbed Halloumi Burger with a side of fries. Was so good that we had to try the dessert and we werent disappointed. Pictured are the Chocolate Fudge Brownie and Warm Cinnamon Sugar Rolled Pretzel. Outstanding.

This bar is so cozy yet Stunning at the same time.The staff were so Lovely and professional. We had Katie serve us, shes an absolute hoot , I so enjoyed talking with her and Dive Master 💜The food was SO yummy and the cocktails, well.... I could have had more 😂 PS, Clean as toilets...Highly recommended. Thanks for an Awesome experience guys! 🤘

Great service and good food with oodles of charm and actual local craft beers. There is a decent whisky selection. The restaurant is in a prime spot in Coffs Harbour.

I go here every time I’m passing through Coffs and it never disappoints. Awesome food, huge range of beers, staff are great and usually some good live music.

Awesome place for dinner. I would highly recommend any specials they have going on. I got a bacon wrapped steak sandwich and it did not disappoint. Everyone else I was with really.enjoyed their food as well. Overall a great experience and cant wait to be back.

What a great find.On a road trip from Qld to Newcastle and didnt want the usual road stop rubbish food.Took a detour through Coffs and found this great spot.Good food, good service and interesting decor.Well worth the detour off the highway.Thanks guys and gals.

Came here on a busy Boxing Day evening. Waitress was nice to accomodate us a table of 12. Food was great, well cooked and the service prompt and efficient.The dessert was superb. My kids demolished their plates. Will certainly come back if I’m in the area again.They accommodated our kids with a watermelon and pineapple mocktail. 5 stars alone for the waiter who had patience to list all the drinks for our kids.
