El Solecito Mexican Grille in Mableton

It’s the night before Thanksgiving and my favorite Mexican Paco’s closed at 7.. So Siri lead me here..Need I say more😋 Ohhh my goodness the food was so delicious! And my margarita was just right! My server was fast and attentive.. I’ve found me a new little taste of Mexico 🥰

Mala experiencia, la comida no es buena no tiene sabor se paga bien para tan mal servicio, se que es un lugar mexicano y acostumbran el chile el picante pero cuando pides comida sin picante te dicen Sii está bien y llegas a casa con el pedido y la comida con bastante picante cuando especificas que es para un niño, en fin la comida no está buena el lugar bonito pero el servicio y comida malos muy malos,no remiendo este lugar

Excellent authentic Mexican cuisine. My inner Cali girl is satisfied. Be aware of the Margaritas. They are not your usual water down Margaritas. Lol

Great authentic Mexican.I order out here a few times a month and the food is always great. Recommend the gorditas and tacos.

I live in midtown and ventured out here for some authentic Mexican. Hands down THE best Ive ever had. Starting from the cheese dip to Guacamole, Tamales and this dish I can spell and pronounce but OMG it was amazing.Will definitely take the ride out here again. It was so worth it.The owners are so on point too.

Food used to be better

This is the BEST, AUTHENTIC Mexican Restaurant in Atlanta!!!... the owners are the best!!!.... eat here often, and although it is a small hole-in-the-wall, it is one of the most authentic and best!!!... do yourself a favor and try the pescado frito(fried whole fishit is delicious!!!

Best rice ive ever had from a Mexican restaurant. Cant cut my chicken burrito.Reviews about service are accurate.Was ignored upon walking in by 3 workers. Stood there for about 5 min and waited to be seated. They all walked away from me so I sat myself at the bar. Bartender ignored me as well until I asked him to take my order.

Great food, service & atmosphere. We especially love Friday nights with music & karaoke.

Literally got here when it said it’s supposed to be open. Went to door it was locked, called and lady says the cook just got there and they would be open at 11a. I literally waited an hour go back to the door lady says the mail cook isn’t there yet. Like really lady you just told me an hour ago the cook was there but had gotten there late now it’s the mail cook isn’t there. UNPROFESSIONAL to say the least

Tardaron mucho en llevar la comida pedi tacos de tripa y ya no havia termine pidiendo de lengua y Era langua recalentada estaba muy Seca y dura muy Mal la comida. El mesero fue amable.

Called to place an order for pickup at 9:16pm since the google says they close at 10pm. Some girl answers the phone talking about some “oh no we are closed. we actually closed early today” . 😐 If y’all were closed why pick up the phone in the first place. Makes no type of sense at all.

Great veggie options

The food was not fresh tasting . I was not pleased with the service either. I ordered the carbo grilled chicken burrito, the chicken tasted reheated. Also ordered a side of fries that were not fresh too brown and crispy. When I told our waitress she acted very nonchelant.

Buena comida pero el servicio es muy lento ah y si uno no revisa el ticket te cobran taxes separado por plato a mi me cobraron taxes por el plato de cada uno en un mismo ticket 🤔

Good atmosphere, live singing and open mic 🎤. " karaoke " Food is good worth coming back to eat here again. Service is a little slow but not a big problem for me. Thank you El Solecito.

Not the type who does this but I have to this time. In the middle of eating my tacos, one down and halfway through the second when I look down and on my plate I see a dead roach. I get the servers attention, show him the roach and all he says to me is, "Do you want new tacos." Not Im so sorry, meal is on me and your next meal to. I tell him no. I dont get charged for my meal but I still got charged for my drink.

Really good food and reasonable prices. My only one complaint is I asked for tostadas for my ceviche and got saltine crackers. It was still a delicious meal but it makes all the difference lol Great place and recommend eating here!

Some of the best Mexican food in Mableton!! Their horchata and chorizo tacos are my favorite. Great customer service in a small-town feel restaurant. They’ve even had live music here once.
