Such a great place to enjoy a meal with indoor and outdoor seating. The food is great and put together really well. Its definitely one of our go to places.

Amazing experience. From the food to the service and ambiance everything was excellent. If you are looking for good mexican food or a good steak definitely the place. Also do me a favour and try their chocolate fondant 😉

Please change the cheese for the chips and refried beans need to be added as well as jalapeno peppers to go on the nachos.. guaranteed to make a difference in the nachos also the..the casa dias was very greasy I actually took this one home..and the sour cream should be thick not watery..please I am cheering you on mexican good should have a kick to it..thanks

Too expensive and small

The food was ok. There were 3 of us and all having steak. We ordered sweet potato mash but normal mash was given and when asked we were told it was sweet potato, Gambian sweet potato. it wasnt it was plain lumpy mash. Steaks were a little over cooked and glasses taken away without being offered another. Expensive really for the service and quality of food.

Lovely place wonderful food / pleasant staff however we did have a power cut during our visit which is quite common for Gambia .

It is not bad. But it did not blow my mind. Margarita was watered. The fajita was standard. Prices are too high.

I had a very good experience of Mexican food. Although portions were small but taste was too good. Atmosphere was very coool and relaxing. Service was very good and staff were polite. I wanted to give 4 stars for small portions but will give 5 for their service.

One of those places you wish you tried at the beginning of youre holiday. We visited El sol on our last night & found the food & atmosphere outstanding. This place will definitely be on our go to list of restaurants the next time we visit The Gambia.👌

First class food and service

Restaurant is nice. I had the grilled calamari and fish fajitas. Both were unfortunately burnt. Maybe the cooks definition of well done. Staff were super nice and I had the most amazing Passion Daiquiri ever. That was my experience.

Amazing service, amazing food

Our crew came here for dinner. One in our group ordered Gambas, when they came she couldn’t eat the dish because it smelled very bad, so she asked for a new dish. We still had to pay for the Gambas. Rest of the food was okey. Prices were much higher then the rest of the area. Not worth the money.

Surprisingly good Mexican food. One of the better restaurants around Senegambia that we tried. Service was good as well. Can highly recommend!

Very nice restaurant, give it a try. People are really friendly and helpfull here. Dishes are tasteful and nice choices. The street is not too busy and the restaurant looks very nice. Outside is a nice terrace. Would recommend!

Fajitas was ok, but burrito was not what we expected. There were only chicken inside, nothing else like beans and cheese which were mentioned on the menu. Taste was not like expected. Anyway, service was good and they apologized about burrito and suggested making new one. Very well managed by staff. Maybe it was just single accident. Nice and peaceful athmosphere.

Delicious food , very professionally run and very clean. The waiters are very welcoming , polite and efficient. Tried a few meals and have been there on our holidays for the last three years. Our favourite restaurant .The pepper chicken is our favourite. Well done to all..especially the chef !

Best food in Gambia! We came to this restaurant at the end of our trip so sad we onlyGot to come here the 1 time but the food was amazing, really clean, good atmosphere would 1000% recommend the natchos and burritos!

We ate at this restaurant tonight and I have to say, it was the best Mexican we have ever had. Food was amazing and our waiter Eede was so helpful, friendly and courteous.Would definitely recommend the nachos and steaks

Chicken over cooked and spicy

Nice piece of beef...Maybe the best in Gambia... But that s not that difficult. Side dish was a bit Small. So even with a large size beef... I m starving ... But it s definitely good

Best restaurant experience so far in The Gambia, after having tried several places that have higher (misguidingratings on Google and TripAdvisor. This is the only place that resembles the quality you would experience in a descent European restaurant.

great find during our holiday - went there a few times as the service was excellent, the food very tasty with good size portion. Steaks are so tender, spicy chili con carne and lovely garlic prawns. Before your meal starts you get some home baked mexican bread with a fresh tomato salsa. nice touch. the chocolate fondant is to die for especially when combining with an Irish Coffee. Toilets, are the cleanest we seen in Gambia, so well worth mentioning.
