OCT.2022 - Excellent staff and service.My son enjoyed exploring the place.

Having a 7 days 6 nights stay is great place its relaxing

Need to be change the service of this resort.We tryibg to order a food that because d kami nakapag baon.Igot 4 kids so pumunta ako sa resto nila na walking distance.I ask if i can order and deliver in the pool cottage area.They said plus 20% so i complain about it.I order 4 dishes plus 1 platter rice and 1 pitchel tapos d nila idedeliver they think i can just get it? Also was mad cause i jnow the resort and resto our aistwrs company!! 20% is too much!! I will agree by 10% or 5%.r Rate our too much expensive too and cottage about small 650 already.we order food they said will not charge 20% but we will pay thetake out containers!! So i said ok no problem.Just feel bad kc pag nakain ka sa iba at naka order ka ng 6 persons food sometimes they give you plates and spoon and glass.Sa knila wala tlg as in!! Will not coming back on this resort!!

No wifi, pools for kids okay. Foods just right.

We just slept there and went home the next day. No enjoyment at all. Beach is public and too far from the resort.

We thought this place is cool because of expensive rates. We happened to visit with families for a day tour with great expectations but unfortunately, its the other way around. Some amenities are not working, dirty CRs and the pool, not so impressive. The wave pool though is good, and thats it.

NO WIFI in the rooms. Waterpark is okay. Near the beach. Accommodating staff. Bath water/shower inside the rooms are salty, it dries the skin if youre gonna stay long. Food is average.

The only good thing about this place is the beach. WAY OVERPRICED. Especially the food included in their rates. If you still decide to go here, stay away from their food included in the packages super rip off plus not good at all. Just order ala carte. Service is poor, so hard to connect with staff especially at the main hall.

Positive:The place, environment and pool is good.Negative:1the room villa 404 toilet stinks.2Check out service assitance is below par and needs improvement. We waited for an hour, but nobody assisted us, and we personally pick our luggage under the heat of the sun with the help of our minor children.

place is good, food is ok, front office service can be better, aqua marina schedule should be earlier than 9 am and more than 7pm. complementary water and soap should be available upon check in.

I like it here. Except tv in rooms. Livingroom tv only 12 channels (no international movie channels). Tv in bedroom no channels (thankfully i have cable to connect tablet to tv so i could watch downloaded netflix movie´s/shows). Food not always so great in our opinions. But they did replace what was not good. Very friendly staff and guards and very helpfull! Very beautifull place with lots of beautiful art made of wood! The members kitchen could be better in my opinion. And outside the kitchen it´s impossible to eat in the dark due to bugs (mosquito´s and ants). Bug zappers outside kitchen could help alot ! (Also had small leak in bathroom sink wich caused water to drip into cabinet below sink)

I want to leave an honest review. Gave only 4 stars cause of some minor issues. Weve enjoyed our stay at Bahia 1 which is located near the beach. Its a fully air conditioned beach house. Upon arrival staffs are all accommodating, specially manong guards. The food was really great, as for our dinner we couldnt finish the food coz its really too much for the pax of 10 😅. We chose meal 1 for our food. Their pancit is really delicious( pasado sa panlasa)👍👍👍. We actually had a reservation few hrs before goin there😅 (were lucky that they still have 1 available). They also allowed us to bring water and chips coz were travelling with kids (outside food isnt allowed). Since we stayed near the beach the parking area is quite far thats why we asked the staff who assisted us if its ok to park nearby since it will be a long walk to get back to the beach house, they said its ok but park at your own risk.At the beach there are manong bangkero who offers boat riding for only 100php per head and banana boat ride for 200php. We only tried boat riding early morning next day which is much relaxing goin to the beach at sunrise.Some minor issues we encountered is the light on the bedroom isnt working, theres a bedside table but need to get fix that we had to put a piece of paper on the ON button to keep it the light on. The bathroom has no bidet though they have a bucket and dipper(balde at taboone of the bathroom has no dipper. They dont have an electric kettle and no complimentaries (coffee,sugar and creameron the beach house. We woke up 4:30 in the morning and wanted to take a sip of hot coffee, we phone the staff but apparently it is only available at 7am. Good thing manong guard is really nice that he gave us coffee and hot water👍👍👍👍👍. It still need some improvement.Check in and check out is fast and smooth. 👍👍👍👍👍. They are always attending to our query and request👍👍👍👍.I highly recommended staying here if your goin to Lingayen Pangasinan. 👍👍👍

Overrated. Expensive place of a resort.It needs to upgrade its facilities. It is now 2021 and there is no bidet in sight.it charges pretty high at 6k per night with dinner and breakfast included. The food was not outstanding either for the total package.The room of where i stayed had an incandescent bulb ambience for all its lighting except for the comfort room.Wifi is only available at the front desk and restaurant area alone. No wifi in the room!The brownouts/ blackouts are a big discomfort but there were 6 outages in the last hour 6:30 - 7:30pm maybe the generator wasnt able.The pools were small for more than 20rooms for the tiki pool and for the infinity pool of 5 villas… something is a miss…Customer Service is somewhat not good.Checking out was not a breeze. Parang wala Silang clear cut protocol on how to do it.There are no survey forms or ratings to help them keep in touch with their customers.May improve their facilities, more pools, better food, and bidet please

The place has a lot of potential but it seems that its not maintained properly, room air conditioner are not working properly, shower heads and faucet are filthy dirty and leaking. I had no choice but to transfer to another room with the same mediocre a/c with a much better washroom, i also saw one family transferring to another room.. You know what it means, people are paying & these is your business your price is not cheap and cleanliness and maintaining your place is something you should consider it will produce a big impact, and finally i cant say anything bad about the staffs they are all wonderful but they are just being directed by the management who doesnt care to pay attention to details, as of now i cannot recommend this place.

Worst experience!We were locked from the inside of our room with our 2 yrs old son for about an hour b4 they manage to disable the handle door for us to get out. Freaking unbelievable!The restaurant area are filled with insect flys. Your busy waving them off while you eat! The rooms are very outdated it smells like your in an old closet that hasnt been open for years! The beds and linen smells the same. At night you can smell smoke in the room from the outside. The room has NO basic dental kit, NO slippers, the shower heater is not working. No phone in the room. May advice dont go to room 206 it maybe hunted.Pros+ the employees are nice

Stayed for 3days/2nights with my family. My daughters really had fun and enjoyed the aquatica. Food was superb. You have to tell your order in advance because they cook it from scratch before they serve the food. They served it hot and well cooked. Me and my partner enjoyed the massage and its worth the money we paid. They deserve a tip for doing their work properly. Friendly staff.

I wanted to give this resort a wonderful review, but that would not do fellow traveler’s any good. The service is substandard compared to what you’ll find in the Philippines. The rooms are very average if you’re expecting a step above two-star quality. WiFi is not the greatest but that’s to be expected given the somewhat remote location. The beachfront is actually a bit of a walk away and it’s black sand. The worst part was my children all had skin rashes the following day after swimming in this hotel’s pool(s). I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you want a place to swim.
