We stayed in the lower unit and had family in the upper unit. Fantastic views, comfortable accommodations and a true neighborhood experience. The hammock on the deck upstairs is a favorite

Owner is disrespectful. He once barged inside when me and my buddies where renting the lower floor villa. Neighborhood does not have that beach vibe and some neighbors are very rude. Not recommended if you are looking to have fun with your buddies and friends.

A REAL Surfers Paradise! Literally steps away from Domes or Marias beach...walk there every day to surf or enjoy the beaches. Also a short drive to any of the other awesome Rincon breaks and the town. My family loved our stay here in the upper unit in April 2016 and our contact with Bobby the owner couldnt have been smoother. Well be back next season!Why? El Mirador was the perfect mix of affordability, comfort, and locals feel for our family. It has all the amenities we could ask for like a hotel and more - fast wifi, cable tv, movies, books, aircon (didnt even need with sea breeze, but nice to know its there), washer/dryer, all linens/towels included, a crib (super handy for our little one), outdoor bbq, and best of all - an ocean view!
