El Marsa Restaurant מסעדת אל מרסא - Seafood restaurant in ‘Akko, Israel
Perfect food everytime 👌🙏😊
Great food, super fresh and tasty. The staff is nice and very welcoming. We enjoyed a great deal.
Expensive for no reason, rude staff
Had a great dinner here.Staff are charming. Super fresh calamari and sea bass. Also killer background music.
What a pleasant surprise! After visiting the Akko Old City, Templar Citadel, Templar Tunnel and the Hamman Museum (Turkish Bathhouse), we headed back to the waterfront to find a restaurant. We found El Marsa with a varied and quality menu. Not suitable if you are kosher as there is seafood other than fish (next time!). We ordered an appetizer sampler and the fried grouper. All was very good and plenty for three people. Service was good and the were very attentive and responded quickly when asked. Cool environment (grateful for the AC!). A definite recommendation and a sure return in the future. Congratulations!
great food and great view on the old port
This place served us something totally different and unexpected flavors and delicious test. We had a great experience. Beautifully served and well done coked.Highly recommend
Magnificent! Fresh fish directly from the sea,the service is very good and also very kind for the kids. We took several different fishes and calamari, for the kids just pasta but it’s just pasta. The main dishes were very good , definitely we will return.
Excellent sea food restaurant! They use local ingredients and flavors that turns into colorful, delicious and esthetic food. We enjoyed a lot. **Also vegans were able to find enjoyable food on the menu.
We had an amazing Friday night dinner at El Marsa. The service was kind and professional and the food was delicious.
Super food!! Local friends of mine took me to this restaurant in Acre and I was a little shocked when the fish came with the head. Lovely staff and friends taught me how to eat it. And it was so good, to literally die for!!! And the halva, oh so good. Come here, you will NOT regret it
Excellent food, excellent and attentive service. The dishes are not only delicious but also beautiful, and the staff is courteous and knowledgeable.
Didnt have the chance to eat.No parking any where near the place, and when ordered a table they didnt bother mention the fact.More than twenty minutes crawling into the old city to find out there is no parking, twenty minutes crawling out.
Absolutely delicious!!!Everything was on point and balanced. The service is great.Highly recommend ❤️
This was one of the best meals I have had in Israel. You must come here. The fish is fresh and delicious and the vegetarian pasta was outstanding
High quality food. A cheff touch is highly noticable. Service is a bit sleepy, but the fine tasty dishes worth it.
Amazing food, great atmosphere, attentive service. Highly recommended!
Don’t walk to El Marsa, Run!!!! And run as fas as you can because this will be one of your best culinary experiences of your life! The food is absolutely brilliant, the service is welcoming and professional and you will want to sit there for the day watching the the harbor and boats. Don’t miss the Halvah mousse dessert. It is heavenly.
Great food, atmosphere and service! Will come back
Great place great service great food
Best fish and service in Akre !!!
Incredible gourmet food. Everything we ordered was delicious. The staff were very efficient and friendly. The setting, on the harbour adds to the atmosphere. Prices are not cheap, but well worth the money. We will definitely visit again
The calamari is delicious, the muscles not so much. Really good local beer on tap, friendly staff and super clean restrooms. The view of the bay is pretty awesome. Definitely worth stopping by. It’s a bit hidden, you’ll have to walk through the old city to find it but well worth it.
Amazing place with the best food. Strongly recommend all kind of vegetarian food here. Friendly service and beautiful view to the marine with cozy atmosphere.
good bulgur to fish, but completely plain seabass. completely not tasty seafood pasta. great view on port. good location. prices quite high.
Food was fantastic! We had the ceviche which was amazing because of the pistachio and yoghurt kind of chees as a starter and prawns and fish for main. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere.
Great food, great manu of sea food, good and quick service, handicap friendly, nice atmosphere, sciatica need improvement, affordable prices (not budget), better make reservation, toilets need cleaning improvement, nice decoration, plenty of space between tables, parking on street bit of problematic, nice view from windows. Recommend!
Great place, probably the best place to dine around this side of the port. Food and service are both great, the Malca beer the place serve is recommended as well. No Hummus.
Really good restaurant, tasty dishes, nice wine card, waiters that really take care of you, good atmosphere. Its not a cheap place, but you know why you paying extra bucks.
very good Arabic restaurant And nice seafood.
The seafood stew was absolutely delicious. Besides, the offered appetizers were also very good. Service is very friendly. Highly recommended.
Was ok. Nice view, fair dishes, plates were pealing and the sea food was not fresh but frozen. Apart that, the fish was good and the appetizers interesting
The Best one in the portEl Marsa restaurant is one of the greatest fish restaurant that ive been in israel. We get there around 15:00 so we get the Value meal and picked the "Small mezeh plates with homemade bread" as a starter wich was :eggplant salad,Hummus,a basket with Pita and rolls , 3 kinds of vegetable salads and some oter good stuff. all that was fresh (!!!and tastywhats GOOD?-The food:take the Barramundi grilled fish fillet, served with freekeh and freshherbsAnd the Sinijah-The place looks fine - clean & cosy.-the staff are nice and welcoming. What bad?-The restaurant is expensive relative to other restaurants in the area.Dont miss the Kanafeh dessert- its a MUST!!!
Absolutely wonderful! Amazing seafood and superb service. Beautiful view of the the marina
Food is good! But seating arrangement is poor!
I had the fish which was very fresh, which is expected because the restaurant is directly located between the dock and several fresh fish markets. A nice selection of sides were provided as well as kunefe and some coffee. I dont know what the full menu has but were were offered a choice between calamari, barramundi, and kebab. While this does have a view of the water, the boats are docked directly in front of the restaurant.
Perfect! The service was excellent, and the food the same with the right atmosphere
We had the seafood stew and el marsa shrimps. The shrimps and calamari didn’t taste fresh. The best part of the meal was the appetizers on the house. I’d try another resto the next time I’m in Acre. Totally disappointed.
Wonderful fish restaurant with very nice and friendly service!Of all the restaurants in Akko, this one is highly recommended!Would definitely go there again on my next visit to Israel..
A typical Arabic restaurant with a twist. The food is excellent and the service is very good and friendly. The location is superb. They have a type of valet parking where they assist you in parking in close proximity to the place but I would recommend arriving by foot or ⛵ boat
Summary - good option for the area - very good food, a little bit expensive and fair service, so yes for the view and food,Full Review - A nice option for fish restaurant in old Acre city, They have a combo deal with main dish and an appetizer, we ordered the combo appetizer for couple (extra 46 NISthey gave us a huge amount of salads, each one was so tasty, main dishes were fresh fishes. great food with lovely view of the marina, total cost was 250 NIS and the service was fine (can be more hearty)
A disappointmentPossibly because they had a group coming. The tasty dish was their green salad. The guy in charge unpleasant.Waiters ALL lovelyMeat tough and unchewable ( kebabthey said it was a mixture of lamb and beef which it was NOTTheir fish siniya awful !!!!In short not going there againThese were olives and pita bread and MatbuchaWe got none of that ..
This restaurant sits on the marina! (See photo)They have really good beer and awesome steak (best i had in a while "entrecot steak"served with a great sauce and chips or mashed potatoes to the preference.
Would be a great restaurant if the chef would put 1 glass of lemon juice less for each meal.
Excellent place. We were a party of four with two kids, all dishes were very good. The staff is friendly and welcoming and the place is clean and pleasant. There are several options for kids - the pasta was very good.Located just meters from the sea, you get a nice view.
Really pleasant restaurant within very old walls and lovely view to the harbour. All the dishes we had tasted very good and were presented in an attractive way. Staff was also very nice and helpful. We will definitely come back when visiting Akko
Great restaurant, with very nice and tasty dishes and a beautiful view on the Old Acre port. Staff is friendly and the prices are decent. As a local (I live in Acco), Im really glad to see such places in my city. I was happy that I had to wait for 15 minutes to get my seats, knowing that its because a local place is so successful, and theres a good reason for it too!
Dont miss the specialities of the chef, such as the seafood kubbe. Outstanding, highly professional service, despite the fact that the restaurant was full to capacity. Recommend advance reservation.
nice place, great food! Speak English, clean. Deffeintly a popular place.
Ordered the seafood combo for 209 nis..The crabs were empty besides their limbs, the calamari was unpleasant, the only good things were the little octopuses and the shrimps which were fantastic. In my opinion this experience was horrible, too little for so much money. The setting and the service is nice tho.
