Reorganized since our last visit (March 2022but very well done. Layout 1st classe; as are products. One of the best department stores in the World. That includes Harrods, Nordstrom, etc

Bought a new suitcase (Rimowaand some perfume (Diptyque). Wonderful customer service in both dealings. Easy to arrive with plenty of parking space available.

Beautiful shop with lovely stuff in every department. Especially like the sports floor and Eric’s cafe. Parking is really easy and free if you spend €40

Partner purchased a duty free watch at the airport but it needed resizing - he called into El Corte Inglés as wed had agood shopping experience here before, to enquire about whether they could do it, and a really lovely lady pointed him in the direction of the watch repair section, where an equally as lovely man resized it for him free of charge even though he was willing and expecting to pay. Brilliant service!

I was robbed on August 17th at Eric cafeThe corte Inglés security came he said he will check the cameras then left for 40 minutes, came back said leave your phone number and name and we will call you in case the robbers threw your bag somewhere !!I asked to check the cameras myself they didn’t allow, i have a police report yet they were not helpful at all at the corte Inglis

For British tourists it makes sense to get their 5-day Tourist Card, entitling you to a 10% Gift Card at the *end* of your trip, cumulative of what youve spent over the five days. You are also entitled to 15.7% sales tax back subject to circumstances.The staff are very helpful throughout the store but the layout is quite confusing, specifically the clothing sections on the lower floors. Its always a hive of activity and can get busier on the weekend as youd expect.

The Cafeteria is just EXCELLENT! Service, food and drinks were just outstanding for the price. I warmly recommend the chicken burger. We were the last people to dine there for the day (mall was closing alreadyand the waiter still went out of his way to give us the complete experience. A real gem for anyone who wants to dine in a beautiful place without the hefty price tag.

Great variety of brands all under one roof, some that I have not seen elsewhere in Spain.Prices are reasonable with some good offers.

Hell on earth. Hard to find your way around, probably on purpose . Full of brands and people with heavy aesthetic surgery. Parking a nightmare , roads around almost impassable. Other than that .. no apart from the helpful staff on the clock and collect I would never go near here again.

Great selection of clothes from cheaper brands to high end brands. Grocery store has a great selection of premium food.

Severely understaffed everywhere, particularly dining options. In normal times this would have been great but the pandemic rendered the shopping experience here very unpleasant.

Worst shopping center ever!No signs or maps inside. You can download a PDF with the names of the stores. Thats it!Good luck finding your way back to your car.

I love this place. It combines multiple brands in one big shop. It is fairly organised and has a supermarket and coffee shops.

I had lunch here at the Marbella El Cortes cafeteria with my wife. It was an awful experience. Weve previously eaten at the El Corte Ingles cafeteria in Alicante, which is a 5-star experience, but what we got in ritzy Puerto Banus was junk service from beginning to end. The Maitre D makes an exceptional effort to make you feel unwelcome. He is truly working at it, an appalling individual who is flat-out rude to guests. How a prestige organization like this can employ such an individual indicates that they have no effective human resource evaluation. He is hopeless. The rest of the wait staff are little better. The time between ordering and eating is mind-bogglingly long. Take my advice and if you re dumb enough to eat there take a snack , or youll pass out with hunger. One star is a complement to this. El Corte Ingles needs to be ashamed.

Nice shopping centre, you can buy big brands here (for e.g : D&G, CH, Versace and Hugo Boss).

A great place to shop, get your groceries and have a meal in their restaurant - Sometimes the service can be slow when it is busy but the staff are super friendly and the food is delicious. Great to just wander around. Generally it never gets too busy either which is great so you dont feel like your going to be trampled on!!

Very good store. Wide range of prices. Great selection both in fashion and homewares. I particularly liked the hardware in the lower ground floor. Very helpful man in this section. Recommended.

I forgot my smartphone in the fitting room, a credit card was also included there. 5 minutes later a friendly lady went to ask if I had my phone and I noticed how big disaster was almost happened. I got my smartphone back and I am really grateful for that. Great customer service. And very good products also.

Bought a lancome mascara and it was twice the price everywhere else. I didnt realise I was paying twice the price!!!!! Conned. 17€ everywhere else why do they charge 36€ ???? Iremember a lot of their items were inflated but not this much. I will never go back. Very posy, prefer la Cañada

A brilliant selection of restaurants. We dined In the "french and sushi" themed restaurant, having the french cuisine. Escargot perfectly cooked. Foie gras very tasty. Baby chicken had delicious, delicate flavour, again, cooked to perfection

Big department store with all the best brands and huge choice. Staff are always friendly and willing to help. Gets very busy so best to go early or after 2pm when people are having lunch!

Easy to park and pretty cheap as well. Huge selection of top notch clothing, electronics etc. Good range of places to eat from budget to higher end in the gourmet Market. Very good supermarket on the lower floor.

We went to el Corte English specifically looking for South African wine, to give out as Christmas gifts from our home country, asked an assistant to help, and she knew exactly what we were looking for and when I explained I was looking for a dozen bottles she dashed off to the storeroom with two cases of six, fantastic friendly service

We bought a packed jamon during our trip to Marbella as a gift. When we arrived back from Marbella, the following day we started to unpack the jamon. It was packed inside a black velvet bag, so we didnt see inside. Once we took the jamon out, we noticed hundreds of worms crawling out of the meat. It was spoiled and absolutely disgusting. When I tried to contact the shopping centre to figure out what to do next, the customer service was atrocious. You cant reach them by phone or email, they keep transfering you around because noone can speak English. Finally someone responded, and we were told we have to bring the spoiled jamon (1 month after we bought it!!back to Marbella, despite the evidence provided. They told us to bring this health hazard by plane back to Spain. Ridicilous. Pathetic service, we will never visit again!

Won’t buy from them again online. My order got stuck with the delivery company. I put my address properly but because of their old delivery system, they said they can’t find the address I put. Sent them the correct address, then they didn’t let the delivery company know. Had to call the delivery company to send it. Really need to keep up with the modern delivery system .

Beautiful mall with a lot of luxury brands!

Helpful staff and good to high quality products. Similar to the John Lewis chain in the UK if thats of any reference. Food market was awesome. Store signage is not very good though, very difficult to fine most departments.

Great selection of stores and it is laid out very well. The staff is always very helpful and happy to be there. Highly recommend for anyone who needs to do any of their shopping in Marbella. If you are a tourist, make sure to get a tourist card to get 10% of the value of your purchases credited to the card to spend on the next purchase!

El Corte Inglés is a great shopping mall with many products on sale. Although, due to its size and the way the products are located I sometimes struggle finding exactly what I need and that is a bit annoying.The restaurants are great and the food is very good! The assistants are helpful and nice most of the time.

Huge selection of goods on sale. Staff in supermarket hard to find if you need them. Avoid their own brand products if the quality of this shower blade is anything to go by. Fell apart within weeks and sales assistant showed zero interest.

It changed a lot within last couple of years. I always go when I need something specific as it normally feels like a bit expensive, but actually it’s not so different from other places price wise. The variety of brands is by far the best from all other big shopping centers. The grocery store is must for a international food choices. And the biggest positive change is the service- I find it so much more attentive and smiling lately. Good job, keep it up 👌🏻
