El Corte Inglés in Bailén

Its been 3 years since we were here but I remember having a good experience. Nice, uncluttered layout. Wide and brightly lit aisles. Good variety of quality merchandise. Friendly staff. Convenient location and easy access to main thoroughfares and hotels.

Variedad de productos y grandes ofertas en según qué épocas... El problema es que en ocasiones hay poco personal atendiendo, y bastante desorganización en época de rebajas (particularmente en la zona de los zapatos), donde no saben que productos tienen en rebajas y cuáles no, por ejemplo... Entiendo que es por el volumen de clientela y el jaleo, pero necesitan un poco más de organización. Por lo demás, bastante bien, es personal muy agradable y siempre a la disposición de lo que necesite el cliente.

Whats not to like about an El Corte Ingles supermarket. Brilliant choices. Their fresh fruits and vegetables display is lovely. Always worth a visit and will be going back again soon.

Supermercados El Corte Inglés. Realizamos pedido a domicilio y la entrega es muy deficiente. Alimentos con fecha de caducidad muy próxima, mucha fruta y verdura con picaduras. Compramos docena de huevos y nos entregaron dos rotos. Buen número de productos no los tienen a pesar de aparecer en existencias en la aplicación. Hay que cuidar al cliente y más después de hacer un pedido de más de 200 euros. Decepcionados.

Compramos un artículo de electrónica, la caja estaba deteriorada, le preguntamos al dependiente si el artículo había sido abierto anteriormente, nos dice que acaba de abrirlo él para comprobar que todas las piezas Se encuentran dentro. Nos llevamos el artículo y cuando llegamos a casa nos llevamos la sorpresa de que ya había sido montado anteriormente, se podía ver en el estado de alguno de los componentes. Llegamos de nuevo al centro y le comentamos la situación a la persona que nos había atendido, le pedimos hablar con un responsable, y con un tono poco apropiado nos dice que estamos de suerte, que él es el responsable. Mal servicio y mala atención al cliente. Producto En estado poco apropiado para su venta.

Un lugar donde puedes comprar cualquier cosa que necesites con precios para todos los gustos, un personal muy amable con un trato espectacular para los clientes, un gran aparcamiento y en el centro de Jaén, además proporcionando empleo en ésta provincia tan necesitada.

Obviously you can get pretty much anything here...but ..usually at a price. Quite well laid out and staff friendly and helpful.

Theyve raised some prices quite unexpectedly..puleva goat milk is 1.95 (last year it was 1.41, then 1.65, and now..).. microwavable potatoes, from 1.25 to 1.49...etc

The all-in-one-place big store to go to. As usual, great customer service and prices on par with everywhere else.

It has everything you need and more! Good as always, I have never been in a department store as El Corte Inglés, the staff is kind and helpful! The restaurant has a lot of options to eat and they’re delicious!

Good sports center at the 4th floor. Prices a little bit higher comparing to Loma. Different brands though

How do you rate an El Corte? Surely they are all the same? This one is fine. Sells some good Spanish beer in the supermarket and is super close to the in-laws so 4 stars.

A good store with a big assortment of different products. Many times more expensive than the alternative but with good support and customer care.
