Department store with an assortment of style. Construction work going on on the 7th floor involving low lights and much dust and dirt on the stock. Always manage to buy something lovely for the children.

Has a lot of brands like Longchamp, Samsonite, etc. Bought a lot of stuff but my favorite was the barbershop inside, on the upper floors.

Find anything you wont need

The classic spanish department store. Pricey but worth visiting during the sales.

Really needs a refresh as distinct old feel to this department store. Has everything but almost impossible to find anything

Crowded location with broken AC, the whole store was too hot and we couldn’t do any shopping

Why was the entire food section so dirty and dustyy. All the products on the shelves were covered in dust . No proper ceiling just bare cable work visible. Were you guys renovatinf the flloor while open for the the public? Didnt enjoy the visit.

We went to look for luggage and they had a pretty good selection albeit focusing mainly on just a few manufacturers.

Friendly staff, some also English-speaking. Wide choice of food. Large general store.

Good place for shopping in Bilbao. 7 floors with varioys products and brands. Here you can find nearly everything you need. Place worthwhile visiting.

Went to the travel agency on the 7th floor. An absolute highlight. Nice and competent Ladies. They helped me a lot. Thank you

Great store, these are the Debenhams of Spain but bigger and better. Been in several across different cities in Spain but this particular store is amazing. Everything under one roof from rabbit food to top end fashion. You could easily get lost here! For electrical items there is a separate store across the street.

It is a big mall. If you want to buy a dress shoes or perfume I guess you can find something there. Variety of brands and you have tons of choices!

This store has everything from fine designer brands to groceries. Service has always been great!

Jewelry attending was awful at Viceroy point. Time waiting to the end having a rude attitude. So I had to leave.

Great store that has it all. One of my favorite supermarkets to go to, when I crave food that I havent had in a while, I can find it there.It is very international.

A nice department store. You can find almost everything here. A little expensive though. They just need to take a better care of the restrooms. Theyre not very clean, the trash can was full and there were lots of paper towels around it. There was no toilet paper.

Need to be desperately reformed. Shabby, tacky and with probably the worse corte ingles supermarket in spain

Wife never fails to find something in this place -it may be euro fashion ( aka C&Abut this is well up market -and not cheap -but if you wanted to be noticed in the UK-then this is the place to shop ! Easy to recommend this group !

Large department store part of a large Spanish chain, the last thing I would describe the sales associates as is helpful. They hung around talking to each other and seamed annoyed if you tried to get their attention.

A good place and it has everything you name. From personal belongings to furniture and home decors. All the famous brands around the world are present here, so mind that the prices are considerably high. Staff is friendly and there is a small cafe and a big supermarket upstairs.

Great place to buy almost every thing you need like all types of clothes, electrical appliances, video games, watches, perfumes and much much more , either cheap or expensive you will most likely find it here.

A great store, you can find a lot of things in this place like: clothes, shoes, house stuff, technology... I think its a little more expensive than other stores, but its good!

Great store for mooching around. Comparable with John Lewis in UK. Plenty of choice, masses of good quality consumables. Worth a look even if just a browse on a rainy day.

Its fifty fifty with the staff here. Some are really good and others cant be bothered to speak with you. Strange if you consider they get commission. The department store itself has almost everything under the sun. The prices arent bad either. Great selection of gourmet food and drink. Quality of their products are generally very good.

Quite expensive (although prices of goods are pretty high in the areabut a fantastic selection of pretty much everything.

Its everything you want is in there. During sales are the best time to shop especially summer sale they are in 70-80% off.

You can find anything you need in one place. Not the more affordable prices high quality tho.

You get a wide range of products and brands under one roof. Which is convenient when it rains. Some of the staff are selective about who they attend to or help with e.g store or shop floor info. & that can be annoying. While some are super helpful and friendly. It can be. Pretty hit or miss with the level of customer care. One neat thing they have on the 4th floor (I thinkis a sala de lactancia. Mums who are shopping & ned to breastfeed can use it.

Large department store but rather unimpressive selection of toys. Great supermarket though. Staff could be a bit more helpful... Fidelity card and tax free purchases advice were a complete waste of time
