Is a fast service good affordable meals and delicious I go there for lunch and dinner

Never disappointed in this place my second time and the food & drinks were amazing both times!

My wife ordered a expensive $22.00 soup that menu describes that comes with shrimp and scallops . not cheap right ??????? My wife was excited to try the scallops since she loves them. The Soup came with only shrimp and vegetables. I told the waiter that we ordered that soup for the scallops. He asked the person in the kitchen. He came back saying that glperson in the kitchen said that he put scallops in the soup. OMG. It didn’t had not even one scallops.!! We told him, We don’t do that ! . He went back to the kitchen again. We heard the guy from the kitchen saying (we don’t have scallops!! !! Waiter came back to us joking But never offered us to get something else My wife suggested to get something else. Like fish ceviche , That even cheaper than the soup. The waiter said. Ceviche would take a while to be ready. He didn’t change price from our check . I thought that was unprofessional. We ate and left .

Always get better service and quality of food from small mom and pop restaurants. The staff was friendly and fast. The portions were big and food was great. Id go back anytime and recommend it to anyone if your by there.

Where would you go and find a restraunt with five front and back full pages for the menu with pictures for EVERYTHING? The portions are huge and can keep me fed for 3 meals each. I eat on the leftovers for days.

Our go to place for Mexican food! Never been disappointed with their Carne Asada plate, Fajitas or Super Burrito! The Mar y Tierra is excellent, Carne Asada and Shrimp!

Normally very good food!! Maybe an off night or a different cook!! Food looked like someone threw up on the plate! Rice was super mushy and our waiter never once checked on us!! Took the full plate of food and never asked if there was an issue!! Normally love this place tonight was horrible!!

This is a very very good restaurant serving Mexican food. I am eating there at least twice a week because because the service staff is extremely friendly and the food is great. Highly recommend you visit and see Jose as your server.

Usually fast paced lots of cheerful servers.They apologized for the lack of help and slow service.The food wasnt up to par. Didnt finish or take my rellano home. Hubby did but did not eat it as we both got upset tummys after we got home. Mild case but sad to report.I hope theres more help on the way.

Since the untimely demise of Taqueria Mexico’s older and better iteration, I have to give El Charro Viejo my nod as the best Mexican food in GP. The pastor tacos are PROPER. I judge all Mexican restaurants by the quality of their pork dishes, and these guys are top notch, at least on the local yardstick. It’s a shame about the location... if CV was downtown, it would be a weekly stop for me.

Fantastic spot for authentic flavor. The Carne Asada with Chili Relleno is a hit! Definitely check it out, be sure to grab a margarita too! Anytime we have events in the area this will be our spot.

Me and my girlfriend went there last night for a take out order. After eating our food we both became very Ill , after running to the bathroom all night we are both very sick at our stomachs the next day, sounds like food poisoning to me. People just beware.

Love this place! We had carnitas tacos and a Carne asada taco. Both were amazing! Perfect servings and fresh ingredients. The place is clean and beautifully decorated. The staff friendly and attentive.

They were busy but food was not correct and meals didnt arrive together. 6 of us and 2 had to wait 15 minutes for their food to arrive and one was completely wrong when it did come out. They didnt offer to discount the meal . Disappointed

The steak breakfast burrito changed my life! Got it at the Saturday market from their tent there and couldn’t wait to come back. It’s the best breakfast burrito I’ve ever had. Very friendly, great service! Highly recommend!!

Worst food I ever had...ordered most expensive meal on the menu and we left it on the table, paid the bill and walked out. Absolutely a waste of time and hard-earned money. Do yourself a favor and go to the place next to Rogue Theater instead, THATS WHAT GREAT MEXICAN FOOD AND SERVICE IS LIKE. This place was bad on every level and I think someone ate our food before we got it, then ran it over with a truck, then left it in the oven until it was jerky. I mean it was so ridiculously bad that we couldnt believe they werent ashamed to serve it.

Visiting my Mom from for a week - we went in Monday or Tuesday night. We really enjoyed the wait staff, the atmosphere and the food. The steak fajitas were fantastic! Mom raved about the chile rellano! We liked it so much we went back on Friday for more!

The location is in a strip mall, but dont let that lull you into thinking it isnt nice.. They have colorful fruity blended drinks and lots of seafood options at reasonable prices. The waitress was very fun and the decor was bright and clean. My group of 4 and a baby were seated quickly. We would definitely return.

Everything we ate here tasted great. Spiced perfectly even the kids food. We had a horrible experience with a restaurant the day before so the quality of food and service here was much appreciated.

They deserve 10 Stars man. Their beer and margs are excellent, the stuff is beyond charming, and the food…THE FOOD is effing phenomenal. Their Seafood Chile Poblano in particular is a dish sent from heaven. I make it a point to come here whenever I’m staying or just driving through the area.

I first tried their tacos at the farmers market and knew I needed to find their restaurant! They did not let us down. Excellent service, excellent food. The servings were large. We ordered the tortilla soup(excellentfajitas (excellentand the flan which was also really creamy and yummy!

Ive eaten at every Mexican restaurant in GP and surrounding areas and I am happy to say, the food here is SOOOO GOOD, everything is full of flavor. I found myself eating the beans first so good. I can guarantee you wont be disappointed. The cocktails were also delicious and a great price for our visit too. Beautiful decor, helpful and kind staff and a meal that brought our visiting to a quiet hush. Were going back for sure..in fact weve agreed its our new favorite place. We brought our leftovers home and made Nachos with it..YUM YUM YUM🌮🌯💋💙

Absolutely wonderful people serving and the cook really knows his business. I have never had a negative time in this restaurant. They even had outside dining on the sidewalk with heaters this winter. They still have outside dining if you prefer, but with temperature near 115 we ate inside. Fantastic.

Loved the Enchiladas dCameron! But the Chicken Diablo was too spicy for me. Great proportions are Huge. Great place!

So much meat in every entree. I had one taco. It was like 2 tacos. Ive never seen such thick taquitos. My husband had to take 2 to go. They were so sincere when they sang happy bday to me and brought a delicious flan. Such humble friendly people.

Best Mexican restaurant in southern Oregon. I drive to GP from Medford just to get me this baby. Delicious and they ALWAYS taste the same, delicious.
