El Carnicero in Milano

Good food, great service and good environment.We had a special table between the floors, many people passed by but didnt bother us.Had to sent the steak back as I wanted it well done and it was handled nicely by the staff.

Best steak experience in Milan! Excellent choice of meat cuts either beef or lamb.The chorizo was excellent and the lamb was surprisingly tender and savory.

For the pilaf and ceviche. Fish was bland and kinda tough. Rice was decent, nice Smokey flavor. But 45 for all this and bread. A bit overpriced for the quality imo.

Among the other expensive dishes I ordered,I got this for 15€ …. picture speaks for itself.Too expensive, too salty … too much.

Best steak we had while visiting Milan. The price is somewhat expensive but the menu choices, the food, the setting and the staff are all absolutely fantastic. Our evening of fine dining with the perfect bottle of wine was completed by one of the best desserts I have ever eaten. Deserved 5* review and all of my family would highly recommend a visit while staying in Milan.

Still think Argentinian steak is the best. Excellent service. Great value for money! Everytime at El Carnicero. And the Spartaco branch has a better vibes.

I would normally assign a five star rating due to the incredible quality of meat served, the sincere and warm welcome of the waiter and staff, the impressive interiors, the pleasant upstairs terrace offering relief from last September mid-twenties temperatures and more. A major glitch somewhere caused long waiting times for the main course. I was in good company and enjoying the appetizer and good conversation, but that last star comes when I am convinced the glitch is not a recurring feature of the restaurant. I lthought the baked potato was bland and a far cry from matching the meat. Chinese battery operated table lamps are everywhere, but honestly a cheapen ing element in a place with impressive framed mirrors and decor aiming for the top. Sure, it is a chaotic ally furnished environment without linearity or uniformity, but still... To my fellow travellers in the universe sensitive to histamine, I strongly recommend avoiding the Argentine wines. It seems natural to go for the theme, and I did not protest when myy wife did the natural thing and ordered the Argentine blend. A small quantity is poison to your histamine sensitive digestive system. It is better to go with the Valpolicella passito should you insist on having a sip of red. Well be back😊

Best Argentine Asado in Milan visited to date.Share platter for two people is more than reasonably priced and could feed 3 to 4 people!Empanadas are just like being in Argentina!Service is always polite!Hands down favourite meat restaurant in Milan!

Wow the meat is absolutely amazing... Manuel the chef is exrremely attentive and looks after the customers... The duck is to die for and so is the entrana.. Atmosphere in the restaurant is lively and warm. Definetely will come back next time in Milan

Love this place. The meat is outstanding, specially the Lomo. Even tho is a little expensive, it is worth it. The service is very good and is has a cozy ambiance. And when we finished they offer us one of this lollipops!

Price are little bit high. But Service and Personal are very good. Location are very well too. But I have issue with no parking. So its diffuclt to look a good parking place.

I personally prefer Porteno restaurant better, but food quality and service is really good here as well. You cant go wrong if you want to taste some good meat and if you wanna bring a date for a nice occasion (or just simply for a good dinner out).

The food is excellent, the place is nice and cosy, service is very good and polite, the only unpleasant fact is that they will kick you out at 10PM if you choose the first round, as they have 2 (8-10 PM and 10-...PMbut with children you need the first round.

Nice interior and atmosphere. The food didn’t quite meet my expectations but it was still fine. Can be very crowded in evenings, especially on weekends, so be sure to make a reservation. Pretty ideal for special occasions!

Great place for meat. Good atmosphere. Starter and main course came very close after each other while we asked to wait like half an hour, within 15 minutes it was served.

Most likely the best meat in town. Service is also wonderful. The waiter was enthusiastic to give us precious advices.

I have been here multiple times. The quality of the food and service is constantly good. I consider this one of the best if not the best meat in town. The service could be improved if they begin to recognize customers that have been there 5-10 times and if the waitresses, who are all very nice and professional, smile a bit more (the waiters do). Another area where the restaurant is inexplicably below par is the bread. Finally, they seem to have a problem with the temperature of the red wines by the glass, which the last three times was far too warm (not a glass problem). Overall a very good place, with good meat, service and ambiance.

Excellent meat/food and service :The place is usually full but fairly quiet because there arent any rowdy clients.
