Worst sandwich ever. Nova lox was $9 and it has two slice of salmon. How can you call this nova lox.

The bagels were wonderful. The staff lacking. They put the savory and sweet bagels in the same bag, did a quick checkout with no real customer care. I was the ONLY customer, so, they were not swamped. It just saddens me that the staff cannot be personable.

Staff is rude. extremely irritable when asked for cream in my iced CREAM cold brew

When you ask for a little bit of butter on your bagel, it shouldnt be globs of it to the point that is all your can taste.

Was there earlier today. The place is fine, the employees are nice enough, but they do not pay much attention at all to orders placed through the app. The Einstein bagel app is absolutely terrible and worthless. The only thing the app is good for getting the reward points and redeeming at the store. I have placed orders thru the app on a couple of occasions and theyve screwed it up each time. Today, my bagels were not sliced even though I called the store after placing the order to make sure of this, and still not done. The app indicated I have a $5 off coupon, which I applied to my order, but when I went to pick up the order, it was not taken off. I will not be placing orders through the app any more, even they theyre encouraging customers to use the app to order ahead by giving free coffee.

Bagels are the best. Great coffee. Barrington is just a 30 minute train ride away.

We’ve tried ordering from this place 6 times, and we have yet to get a correct order. My fiancée is allergic to sesame seeds, which is why she ordered a plain bagel sandwich, but instead got the everything bagel, which she now has to throw out. An order of a few extra plain bagels for breakfast tomorrow was also a mix of the most random bagels they could pick. Once again, ones that we did not order, or ones that contained ingredients we purposefully avoided, for allergy reasons. Honestly how do you screw up 2 plain bagels? You’d think that order accuracy would be a standard that the food industry would hold, given these limiting times for their businesses. A ruined breakfast and wasted time and money.

One worker, and a baker who "doesnt do the front end stuff", means long lines at Barrington Einsteins today. The one worker taking orders, making food and drinks, and running the cash register is trying but cant do it all herself.

Pretty good food, flexible menu for brunch. The new breakfast sandwich options are excellent. There are great options for bringing coffee and bagels to work.Weve had bad service at this location before, but they were apologetic and its been great since.

Great service, clean location, no complaints there.However, the menu on the wall is lacking in descriptions. I had to ask what was on each of the sandwiches, I had to ask what the flavor shots were, and Im not sure if it was there or not but the woman behind me had to ask how much the large to-go coffee container was.A little frustrating and intimidating to a consumer Because they dont want to sit and ask questions about every single option on the menu. So we end up being forced into a decision as we are under pressure or embarrassed.

Karen is a super friendly staff here. Some part-timer students might mess up your order especially on busy weekend mornings, but just tell them and theyll make it right. Their bagel definitely rocks just like other Einsteins.

There should be more Einstein Brothers around. We need one in Crystal Lake so we dont have to go all the way to LITH.

Manager Sunday is rude and never apologized when multiple mistakes are made. They either I️ under or over cook hot sandwiches and when you point out that your bacon or egg is cold they don’t even apologize , then they put in your bitten sandwich back in oven and cook to a crisp .

I normally love Einsteinso, but today was a disappointment... asked for a toasted bagel and cream cheese, got a warmed bagel no toast and a small amount of cream cheese that barely covered the whole Bagel. Normally the Bagels are toasted perfectly and I get so much cream cheese that I have some leftover. ..I miss my cream cheese! . 🙁😢
