Such an amazing staff! We had a catering mishap with our address, but Liz came out to us to drop off our order personally on time and without any hiccups. Not to mention the food was delicious! Really appreciate their hard work and service.

I always love Einstein bagels. This restaurant is great for several times of day such as your daily coffee before work, mid morning brunch with breakfast items, and lunch & dinner. They have delicious options for each. They also offer large quantities of bagels, but make sure to go early in the day before they’re sold out. Here, you can get high quality food.Tip: check for deals and promotions online as they occasionally have some!

Horrible service, rude employees. Messed up my order when they weren’t even busy. One employee went on break and while I was ordering and when I left they were smoking right outside the front entrance. Not a good look all around poorly managed business

Gave them another try after my last bad experience. Just stopped this morning and was extremely disappointed in the portion of the Schmear. More like a smidgen. What happened Einsteins? Now I have to find a new bagel shop! UGH! I WILL NEVER BE BACK. RIP_OFF

Bagels were good but staff was horribly rude

Not a large selection or a particularly helpful staff. They were out of a few choices. Personally, I felt it was rather costly for what I got. But, my companion loves the place, so...

Shift Manager Crystal was extremely unpleasant and rude. Charged us for the wrong item and got very angry when something was said about it, she didn’t want to have to do any more work than required. A smile and have a nice day goes a long way but being rude costs business.Would not recommend coming here with the unfriendly management.

They have very good bagels but they kinda charge to much.

My first time eating from this wonderful place of business was when my boss brough some for our department at work. Thats the day i fell in love with them, i mean down to cream cheese i mean these are the best bagels I ever tasted. Ive been craving these since. I tracked it down cause i didnt want my boss to know i was being greedy and ate 3 😆lol. But everyone got one and they were left over so no big deal. Loyal supporter.

Quick service, good selection of bagel flavors and better quality brands like Caribou Coffee and Harney and Sons tea. The only thing they need is plain black breakfast tea. The only black tea options are Earl Grey or Citroen Grey, which I think of as afternoon teas. Try the chorizo breakfast sandwich on a jalapeno cheddar bagel.

Cinnamon raisin bagel + honey almond shmear. Unbeatable.

Nice option of bagels & sandwich. Very good. Spinach mushroom & swiss is my favorite. Very good variety of bagels.

Decent but inconsistent cook level on all the bagels. I personally like my bagels lighter. Sometimes they are perfect at this location. Other times they are very dark. Not sure if their equipment has issues or what.

Love love love their bagels! Try the cranberry! Also very happy that I can now get Caribou coffee there

Decent little bagel shop. The server was lovely and the food came out very quick. Bagel was OK but my stomach was a little off after.

Twice I found no towels or toilet paper in mens bathroom. Neither is there a mirror in mens bathroom. Mirror has been gone for months. Otherwise service and food are great.

My kids dont like bagels so went and got them pizza a few businesses down. We came back to einstein bagels so I could get myself something and we could sit and eat together. We were kicked out due to have other businesses food....I will never shop at any of there disness again or my family due to the fact they will kick children out and be so disrespectable.....I wish I could give them no stars thats what they really deserve.....

They are usually pretty good (hence the 3-star rating). I dont know what happened today. The potato salad is really good, but the portion is small. Today I ordered, and paid for, an additional helping to supplement the one that comes with the sandwich. I didnt get it. I thought, "Oh well, I probably didnt need it anyway. Their pickles are good, too." You guessed it, no pickle, either. 😕to

Whenever I am in downtown Columbus, it is always a treat to stop at Einstein Brothers Bagels, order a Power Bagel with peanut butter, and sit at a table that faces the Ohio Statehouse and all of the activity in downtown Columbus.Einsteins is a great place with very friendly and efficient service.

We waited in line at "order here" for five minutes while the guy at the counter was on the phone for five minutes until Crystal the other worker snapped at us and told us to walk down to the "pay here" to order our food and then afterwards decided to make snide comments after, to the point of another employee telling her to be quiet. Awful customer service!

Breakfast bagel sandwiches are really good. Note that a gourmet bagel adds $0.50 to your sandwich. Turkey sausage, egg and cheese bagel sandwich is my favorite. $4.99 or 2 eggs for $5.49. The eggs are REAL. Finally a quick service with REAL EGGS. Thank you

Pricey but soooo good, and the people are great!

The staff was friendly and knowledge. I am allergic to dairy and no one had any issues preparing my food without it. The blackberry lemonade is amazing! The restaurant was very clean and open. There was enough seating for everyone. Nothing bad to say about this place, other than I was so sad to find out that they are not open on the weekends. I would have eaten here for breakfast every day that we were in town otherwise. If youve never been to an Einstein Bagels, check this place out immediately. And try any of their signature sandwiches!

The freshest bagels in the city with double-whipped cream cheese - yes please! You cant go wrong here with their extensive selection of breakfast and lunch sandwiches and great coffee beverages. They have a large dining area with great natural light overlooking the Ohio Statehouse.
