A trip to New York by the owners would be helpful. Maybe order a bagel with some home made unprocessed cheeses. Ever heard of sliced fresh smoked salmon? Whitefish salad? Bagels were stale and maybe the packaged xheese should be without Xanrhan gum. maybe as an alternative you should try antifreeze (ethylene glycol)

I ordered a brisket sandwich many times from this store and it was great but today they didn’t put enough brisket on my bread and it was mostly bread and egg. If I wanted an egg sandwich that’s what I would have ordered a egg sandwich. Then they have the sandwich wrapped so tightly you can’t see how much meat is on your sandwich until you get home or work to sit down and eat it. I’m just not happy with the service today!
Ordered 2 of my usual Nova Lox bagel, first time at this location, unfortunately BOTH bagels barely had any cream cheese in it, didn’t taste the same, never at this location again👎

Bagels were typical Einstein bagels, tasted fine as they should. This place is still stuck in covid era times and is not a relaxing atmosphere to start the morning off. Half the tables are closed, you can’t hear what the service people are saying from their muffled face masks, and no eye contact is made. Bagels took long to come out too.I’ll go back to going to my other local bagel joint with friendly staff and fully opened and a warm place to be. Wanted to try something new today and bummed I did.
I haven’t been to Einsteins in a while but I was craving it for nostalgia and was really excited to go and man was it a let down. It was really run down and I feel bad because obviously the pandemic clearly affected business at this location. The service was horrible.. they weren’t rude all the way but they were very uninterested, I was the only place in the store, they were working on a pick order and had another on the table waiting to be picked up but it took FOREVER for them to make my order. I only ordered 2 things🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ it looked like they were really struggling. I used to come here so much as a child and when I used to work in an office but it’s been awhile and I doubt I’ll come back to this location but hopefully they don’t fold. Just because they were part of my childhood but otherwise I wouldn’t be surprised.. either way I hope it gets better soon.
Waited over 20 minutes for an online order after alerting staff members only to receive a cold and incorrect order. This location is in constant chaos and running out of options for their guests. Im not sure if this is a staffing issue but this isnt the first time I have met lengthy wait times at this location.
Had a pleasant experience with my best friend! She had placed a last minute catering and they had it ready the following morning 💙💙 I also had great customer service when ordering. The energy they had in the morning was awesome and the manager made sure we had everything !
If I could give zero stars i would. Gave me the wrong order and refused to refund the order or send a replacement.
If youre looking for savory or sweets in the morning Id recommend Einstein Bros. because the food is amazing and is sold exclusively between 6AM-2PM. Get it while its hot 🔥 lol
Decided to give this dump another try. Was not disappointed. Out of all the trays of bagels there were 10 bagels total. It was only 10:30 a m. Usually I get a piece of pastry. The only thing there was a stale old doughnut. Should have known better. This was my third try. Three strikes you are out.
I went to this Einstein Bros. Bagel in Coral Springs FL the one on University and Royal Palm. This Employee / manager named JERRY was vey NASTY and RUDE. I went there for the first time and order a dozen bagel. While the cashier is working on Then I realize they have a deal / I said let me have the deal with 13 bagel and 2 cream cheese....He replied with an attitude " Couldnt you read before you place your order? Im not gonna void it". He keeps going on and on, raising his voice, mind you Im the customer very calm.... I told him give me my money back. This employee named JERRYs attitude was so nasty. When he says next, the lady behind says your attitude stinks I dont want to eat here and she left. JERRY, CUSTOMERS ARE THE ONE THATS KEEPS THE BUSSINESS GOING SO YOU CAN HAVE A JOB. JERRY, find another job behind a desk or cleaning where you dont deal with people much. Customer Service is not for you, Youre terrible at it. If this is your business let someone else run it for you. If it is not your own, they need to have a talk with you. YOURE PUSHING CUSTOMERS AWAY.
This place is unbelievable. They dont have at 1 oclock regular coffe. To top that off the cashier was so rude and unprofessional in front of other customers she was trying to create a scene when my husband asked for his money back for the coffee. Thank heavens my husband ignored her. We were peacefully having breakfast with our family. Service is slow as always, no coffee, disrespectful and rude, this place doesnt deserve a start.
5/18/22- called to order because app on my smartphone is so Limited and at least twice specified the bagel be TOASTED. It wasnt toasted at all.Timewaster coming here! Difficult to get service and it is a counter service assembly line.

Slooooowest service!! They don’t know their menu. When asked for double protein she looked at me like I was speaking a different language. No receipt was given. Took 45 mins to get my order and get food. The place needs to be cleaned and refreshed. Sitting at the window and it’s filthy!!!
This location is very slow. My sister and I didn’t get our food until about 30 minutes after ordering. We were standing next to a lady that waited about 35 minutes or longer for a bagel and cream cheese. It’s too much people working at this location for it to be VERY SLOW.
I have always been a fan of Einstein bagels. After being away for awhile due to the location... I have been visiting other places (not saying any names). When I tell you... I was about to give all the employees my number and my kids number. That bagel sandwich was fresh! The eggs was made to order (not frozen or heated in the microwave). It didnt taste rushed.. I didnt mind waiting for perfection! This is the place to go for breakfast, lunch or dinner (if they are open are dinner time).
Decided to give another chance, after horrendously slow order a couple months back. did a no-go order. Apparently this location uses invisible bacon and I was unaware :-( didnt even slice the bagels. yeah. even less a reason to go back.
I get einsteins 2-3 times a week. This location LATELY has been hit or miss. I always order on the app but in the last few weeks at least 60% of the time its been wrong and usually when ordering ahead Im already at work when I realize they didnt make the order right. Both sunrise and plantation are way more consistent if youre further south.UPDATE: Orders have been spot on recently so Ive updated from 3 to 4 stars. The two opening ladies that are usually there are always nice as well.
I have been coming here for awhile now the food is good but the service is slow but today my mind was blown I was charged for a tip, so I order my food and was paying I went to put no tip and the girl told me to press 2 so I did thinking this would complete my transaction then she says I can give u your receipt at the other end of the counter ok so I look and my total was 7.30 or something but now it’s 9 something so I look and it says I paid 2 dollars in tips, so I ask the lady hey do u charge everyone for tips? She says no u have to put on there your self I said yeah I went to put no tip and the cashier told me to press 2 so the other lady is now trying to give me my tip back so I said no it’s fine but i would make sure that u don’t just assume someone’s goin to leave a tip the lady said the machine isn’t working correctly I said ok no problem but in the future i Would let the customer know hey our machine is down if you want to leave a tip you need to press:1 for a dollar2 for 2 dollars3 for 3 dollars4 for no tipSo she told me to press 4 next time if I don’t want to leave a tipBut I did tell her to be careful cus with the right person this can be a whole bigger issue.
Service today was much quicker. But there should be a cashier who only takes the orders and an order filler person, not both functions in one person. 3 minutes from being in line to order taking. Not bad at all. Order was 3 nova lox bagels. Time to complete order was; 10 minutes. Much much much better than the 69 minutes on last weeks visit.
I post this review in hopes that whoever in monitoring can address the issue or follow up with someone that can. Waited 55 minutes for a bagel sandwich 😞 As I sat and watched the many people waiting for orders , placing orders, returning items that were incorrect and some requesting refunds it was clear they were unorganized and possibly short staffed. The staff needs additional training in organizing and prioritizing orders (online and in resturant). It would also be courtesy to advise a customer (BEFORE placing and paying for orderof the wait time . Facts are during these times help is lacking in many restaurants and sometimes kitchens fall behind but its the recovery that determines the strength of the team. Hopefully the issue is addressed and improvements are made for a better customer service.
This location is a gold medalist in the Olympics Slow Service event!!!!!!!!!!! Unbelievably slowwwwwwwwwwwwww. Giving it one star is overly generous!! Went in at 11:22. Leaving at 12:25!!Been waiting 60 minutes now for two bagels. You walk into the store and you can sense the disorganization and that you will be in for an extremely long wait. Ordering online is totally useless, you are still bound by the speed of the service.
First I want to say what I purchase was high in price a plain bagel with one egg 2 strips of beacon and cheese but to top that off the cheese was placed on everything was cold it was the worse bagel place that I have been in the lady who purchase before me came back Because they didn’t put bacon in Hers! I spent 706 for the worse ever
The food and coffee are great, just like all Einstein Bros. The reason for the two-star rating is simply due to the consistently slow and poor service at this location. Even if you order ahead on the app, you will still encounter a long wait and many other people in the same predicament. The people who work there are actually pretty nice with the customers and seem as if they are trying their best. Management should hire more people or provide some kind of efficiency training to get this place running better. I hope they find a way to improve the in-store experience, which would get this location a 5 star rating.
Staff for some reason cannot hear your order correctly. It has been on more then one occasion. At first you chalk it up to a simple mistake. However I have received several incorrect orders on several different days. In addition the self serve coffee section can use a face lift.
No bacon means no bacon, not extra. Attention to detail would be nice since I specifically said I don’t eat bacon for religious reasons. The order took 15 mins to make and when it’s made it was wrong and missing items. Common
Recent I received an email with complimentary coffee. It says: in bakery show the bar code OR order in app. I went to the bakery snd showed the code and I did not get the offer. So I ask why and the cashier keep saying was ONLY in app. I read many times and saying also "in bakery". One of the employee that maybe is the manager came and said to give the offer but keep also saying was ONLY in app. Not only that she left saying loud that I dont understand. Well... if she read ALL message she will see "offer in bakery show the bar code"! Its insulting starting the morning like that. I refuse to buy anything from that store and any other store! Lost not only a client but I will spread the happening ! Einstein, NEVER MORE!
Service was super slow, waited almost 30 minutes for two bagels. I asked what was taking so long and one of the employees said that my order wasn’t even seen or acknowledged even though I paid. In the end the bagels weren’t that bad. Hope service is better next time.
Dont bother. I should have known as, when we walked in, the guy holding the door on his way out said, shaking his head, "I ought to warn you: Bad Service."We thanked him but went in anyway. Big mistake.The dining room is closed.We placed a curbside order online and decided to wait it out. 5/10/15/20/35/40... for 6 untoasted bagels and a tub of pre-made schmear, not rocket science, right?I had called after waiting 20 minutes and was told "Its ready, well bring it right out."Not. After 20 minutes more, I went in. To cancel. The cashier asked my name & handed me my order in a bag. "We cant bring no orders out," she explains. The ordering line is out the door, clearly, its All Hands On Deck. Ok, I get it.I scram. At home, I open my bag to find every single bagel sliced & toasted. NOT as ordered. Well, they got the chive & onion schmear right. Bagels are meh. We wont be back,
Came here this morning and experienced great customer service! They had “mask preferred” at the front door, which in other words it’s optional, to me, that’s a big deal and I appreciate that. This review was to show my appreciation to the staff (short and sweetand not to be political. Thank you again!
The bagels are decent. The coffee is good. But the service when I went the other day was so nice, friendly and efficient. The way they serve was minimal touch. Overall a really good experience.
Cashier seemed to be helping a woman who had an issue with her coupon on her phone but the coupon wouldnt work for some reason. Other woman one person after me wanted me to move up because she was waiting outside. Does she not know about the six feet rule we are to adhere by? I let her know that wouldnt give us all six feet. She started to grumble (her words werent clear enough for me to hear). Need a bit more help for busy times. Five other people were waiting and virtual orders left and right made the wait longer.
Okay to say at best. my usual go to is brooklyn water bagel, but decided to try something different got a lox on jalapeno cheddar bagel was rubber and had absolutely no flavor. Most likely will not go back.
Arrive at 12:30 p.m and it was not to packed, had seating inside and out. There was only one person in the line. The staff was friendly and fast with our order. Sat outside to dine and even though it was in a plaza it was still quite and peaceful just the traffic on University. Overall very pleased 👍
Great assortment of baked goods as well as breakfast foods with a nice neighborhood atmosphere as well. Ive visited this location for years and will continue to do so periodically. Ive never left completely unsatisfied but will admit have had orders wrong regularly. Needless to say, I still return. My advice is to just check your order before leaving.
My new favorite bagel. The avacado toast on the six cheese bagel was seriously so tasty and under $4. Go get you one! If you like avacado, if not ...they had tons of other options.
Good bagels, I had lox. Service was good. Their coffee is not as strong as in the past.
Great spot to grab a salmon, cream cheese, capers and tomato on an onion bagel then head to Starbucks to work!!
Frankie says: This one is savable. Self serve coffee was only "warm" by 1:05 P.M. Limited bagels at this hour too. Please complain and they will make it right. It was also challenging to order because of language barrier with ladies. Please hire people who can communicate with your customers. Still love this chain. This restaurant is under new management. My name is Michelle and my goal is to provide my guests with the best bagels and freshest coffee in town openly excepting call ahead orders for what ever you like. Love this place. Been going here every morning for the past 4 days! I tried it out and got hooked. The employees are friendly, the food is delicious, and the prices are great. 5 stars! Highly recommend.
This mornings visit was really bad. No one took our payment after ordering or gave us coffee cups to get our coffee ready while our food was prepared. So we received our food and got cups to make coffee at the same time and then the lady came to ask for payment. I had just stood for 10 minutes at the cash register while they made the food and no one took our payment.This location has been questionable on cleanliness and friendliness of service. I really hope they figure it out.
This place has one of the most horrible customer service on earth. We have been going there for a couple of months and the customer service was pretty good in the beginning. And the food is delicious. But over time, customer service has gotten very poor. From the cashier, to the cook, supervisor or/ manager, busboy, etc. It just really bad service from all angles. And not to mention, their was a giant fly all over the desert. Its like none of the employees care about whats going over there. Really disgusting serivice and for that reason we will not be dining there anymore. If I were you, Id stay away from this place if youre big on good quality customer service.
Honestly, I dont know where to start. From the manager or/ supervisor to the busboy. The customer service was horrendous. Not to mention a giant fly dancing all over the deserts. We actually like the food there. And it sucks that we wont be coming there to enjoy the food anymore because of their terrible service. Wet even shared how we felt regarding the the service of the restaurant to the manager/supervisor, but she didnt seem to care at all. Again, it sucks we wont be able to enjoy their food. But its worth it, because the service is horrible and thats a good enough reason not to dine there anymore. Stay AWAY from this place. Its a terrible experience.
