Einhorn in Luzern

One of the best Italian meals we had in Lucerne, Einhorn pizza has a great taste, just enough saltiness from the bacon and goes really well with the fresh dough and mozeralla cheese. Spaghetti Mafia really grows on you, and the pasta is really well cooked. We are two small sized Asians and we finished it LOL no wasting of good food. Chardonnay goes really well with the pizza :)

Beautiful evening, enriched by amazing dishes and service of a true starred restaurant. The waiter Enzo made the whole evening cosy and in harmony through classy service. Highly recommended

No fuss, cosy eatery along the streets of Luzerne.We had Spagetti with Shrimp and an Eindhorn Pizza, both were amazing and we felt thoroughly loved by the food.Service staff were really attentive, kind, and polite as well.

The food was very good.Unfortunately the waiter was very rude and disrespectful.On the contrary the manager was extremely nice and understanding, he changed the waiter and started helping us himself immediately.

Very good Italian food and very friendly and charming staff. just spent 4 nights in Luzern and went for dinner for 2 of those nights here. Would recommend 👌

Authentic Italian food and nice ambience

Food was good, bit pricey for the food...

We came in early evening like quarter past 5, ordered a speciality of the house the melanzane parmigiana and one pizza, a water and two glasses of wine. It took a really long time before food came, but I thought it was because of the melanzane We asked for some bread in between. The waiter serving us was very unfriendly. At 5.50 the melanzane came out, without any garnish on the plate. It’s not the best melanzane I have eaten. It took another full five minutes for the pizza to be served. Our water and wine was finished long before the food came and the waiter never once asked us if we wanted another glass. The arrogant incapable ‘manager’ asked in passing if we were enjoying our food and after I told him I wasn’t happy, all he said was sorry. Only the older Italian waiter at the end saved the evening by being charming and bringing us a dessert on the house. This is not a cheap restaurant and poor service is no excuse no matter what. Would not go back.

A great place for simple, tasty and reasonably inexpensive Italian food. It was busy, but with a great ambiance, and we really enjoyed dinner.

If you want to take one pizza for two, be ready to pay 3 euro just for an empty plate... Oh, and pizza with anchovies is veeery salty. And of course, they will not give you water for free. Do not recommend.

Have been dining here since the very early 1990s. Prices are good, portions fair and service is prompt, polite and they have a sense of humor.Not the most excellent Italian fare, but good. Pizzas are very good.

Great, kind of hidden location with fantastic food and great service. We really enjoyed lunch here with the kids. The pizza was great, the spaghetti was good, and the risotto was excellent. There are three eating areas you can choose from, including the outside patio, inside café area and the more formal upstairs area.

Tasty pizzas, friendly staff and great bathrooms. They also offer a 20% discount for taking the pizza to go - likely upstairs to place an order.

Very good food with a very quiet atmosphere. The server was very attentive and our order came out rather quickly. The pasta I had was very tender and had great flavor, but the pizza was not as good. It was not bad, but it was more New York style in my opinion. Overall good visit.

Little bit of Italy in Lucerne. Some of the best italian food around here. Staff is all italian. Place very crowded but you mostly get at table somewhere. The serve pizza from lunch till night.

Food was good, ambiance was nice. My daughters were impressed with the second floor bathroom.The host noticed my girls struggling to cut their pizza in half and came over right away with a cutter. That was a nice touch.

We stumbled upon this place and were so glad we did. After hit and miss food around the area this was a great treat. Pizza was cooked perfectly with quality ingredients. Good service as well. Would recommend and go back

Great spaghetti bolognese. Tad expensive but it’s on par with all other restaurants in town and the decent portion and taste made up for it 👍🏻

Apparently this place is normally pretty good, but on this occasion we have been waiting for more than an hour for one pizza and one pasta dish.Disappointing that its taken this long and that we have had to prompt the waiter to look into it...Asked for another plate to share the food and got given a look of being a difficult customer.Unbelievable...

Pizza & drinks were good but EXTREMELY OVERPRICED! Service was really poor. Cutlery was literally tossed on the table & food took a long time to arrive. It was clearly indicated on menu that gratuities were included in price but when we got the bill and paid, waiter never came back with “change” which was nearly 20Euro. We had to ask for our change back & the waiter literally threw it on the table at us. Clearly this restaurant does not like tourists and takes advantage of them.. Go Elsewhere! 😡

Vongole was not cooked. Only 1 shrimp for seafood risotto and it was not fresh. Overpriced and poor service! Please do not visit!

Rude staff, asked us to move tables during the middle of our meal when THEY sat us at the 4 top! Also dont like Americans and food was meh, nothing special.

Great and cosy atmosphere. Very friendly staff and very delicious Italian food. Wheelchair access is available in the ground floor. The restaurant is located in the center of the city next to a parking.

Food was pretty good, service was typically Swiss. Most of the wait staff seemed like they wanted to be somewhere else. Our waiter was however very good. According to him he had worked for a while in the United States where you get tips for being a good waiter. The manager could definitely benefit from a customer service class. He was dry as week old bread.

Food was good. Service was terrible. Was treated poorly once they saw we were American. Also another couple we were traveling with had the same issues. Made reservations to have a window seat. Once they arrived they were placed at a table by the kitchen door (explaining they had reservations), were treated rudely and then there was plastic in their soup.

Awful service. Didnt even get to eat there. We politely asked for a table for 5 and the host said "no chance." We asked if we could put our name down and the host practically shooed us away.

Good Italian restaurant. Typical Italian dishes. We liked our plates. Appropriate prices. Nice little patio.
