Great food, great service. Fantastic crumbed cutlets and lasagne.

Massive and beautiful food for a awesome price. Food was cooked perfectly and at a very good price. The service was good and quick. Will come again!

We spent a lovely afternoon come dinner there. The publican was very pleasant and the food was great value. I think we kept him up as we were the last to leave as we enjoyed it so much.

Amazing food in an enchanting rustic country pub. Wonderful history, collectable memorabilia and Australiana adorn the venue. Had a great time chatting with the owner and playing pool with the friendly locals. Would recommend as a must visit for a true Deni experience. Hope to visit again soon.

I waited 55 minutes for my meal, because of this I was disappointed in the service for the price of the meal. The lady managing the bar was apologetic and did try her best. Views and location were excellent

By far the best pub meals around for miles! I would go here just for a bowl of their mushroom sauce! Deliciously juicy house-crumbed schnitzels! Best on tap beer in town! Makes you look forward to Friday afternoon scooners! Highly recommended stopping in when visiting Deniliquin.

Great pub food! Massive well cooked tasty parmigiana - feed a family of 4 - so left us very satisfied! While it was cold outside with 4 wood burners - making it toasty inside

Stayed at the Caravan Park and walked over for a meal. Was an awesome Dinner. Hubby has steak cooked to perfection and I had the country chicken pie. It was to die for. Staff where happy to see us and very friendly. Will be going back 👍

Our opinion was average food with quite a long wait for dinner to be brought to the table considering the pub was almost empty. Staff were friendly. Handy to caravan park next door.

Owner was very helpful....food was great....out back chicken schnitzel...perfect mix of barbeque sauce and bacon...definitely give it a shot...great service

One of the best country pubs Ive ever been to. Chris is fantastic behind the bar. I was there with my mum and we both had a fantastic time and great meals. Highly recommended

We went for lunch and found fantastic and extremely friendly service. The chef catered to our picky kids taste wich was unexpected and greatly appreciated. The food was absolutely delicious and well presented and served in a timely manner, great atmosphere and the prices were excellent.

We stayed at the Deni Riverside Caravan Park and walked through a fence to the Edward River Hotel and found Chris lighting the four fires in the hotel (one external). After giving us some fire lighting tips and tricks, he talked us into staying for dinner and the free Monday night Trivia session. The family had a great night at the Buncha highly recommend.

Fantastic, attentive Staff and delicious well-priced meals alongside vibrant live music most weekends. An asset to Deniliquin and visitors alike.

Service was excellent. Food was out in a timely manner and done very well.Just a pity it is very old and in great need of any sort of update.

LESS THAN 1 STAR . Worst dining out experience we have ever had. After a 2.5 hour wait we still had not received our meals. To make it worse they served other patrons that had ordered well after us them gave out meals to some others. Very very poor considering we were in a group that were booked in for dinner so got our money back and went to Thats Pizza were we got real service .

THERE WAS PHLEGM IN THE BATHROOM SINK, BLOODY PHLEGM. Forgetting about the pin ball machines which were fun to play around with, the entire place was filled with garbage. Have you ever stayed at a friends place and thought to yourself “ew it’s a bit dirty in here!” Now resignate with that feeling and times it by 56 and add a few rats.

THE HOTEL FROM HELL!!We stayed two nights in this hell hole. On arrival it all seemed fine until the bartender/hotel receptionist had to check the room was clean. This was at 5:30 in the afternoon!We were shown our room and informed that there was no remote for the TV because someone had stolen it and we thought who cares?. Lets face it, we were more concerned by the myriad of rat baits sitting outside each room!! We were then shown the shared bathroom which was seemingly an oasis of calm and beauty. We were informed to just grab a towel and put it in the provided laundry basket and for fresh ones to be restocked. By the morning of day one we were walking in dirt ridden, stinky towels laying on the floor. The shared toilet had been exposed to some severe disturbances and the calm and beauty had been replaced with some person just known as Daryl who decided to use the ONLY bathroom as his personal office and inhabited the space for over an hour and use EVERY towel in existence. There were no staff on hand and so luckily we had thought ahead to bring our own. Daryl had DESTROYED the bathroom. Now that is forgivable if it had not still been sitting the same way by the morning of day two. Not only was the bathroom left how it was the day before...but now some beautiful night creature had decided to pee and cough bloody phlegm all over the toilet seat. Bathroom was now a major catastrophe!! But if it is all your have...what else do you use?All I can say is, if you are mad enough to stay here and/or even crazier to eat here (because obviously cleanliness is not a top prioritythen maybe, just maybe, you can say hi to Daryl for us. Who ever the hell he is!P.s we only know his supposed name because the drunkest tiler in town tried to inform us of it whilst propositioning us to buy drugs.Thanks for the memories Buncha.UPDATE: The owner has since replied to this review stating a few things which I would like to answer:. We were never asked how our stay was. After check in, we were never approached..I agree. We never saw a rat or mouse. Well done on your endeavours to curb a common rural issue. It was merely an observation..Daryl was not a figment of our imagination. We believe he was associated with the band they had performing on the night of arrival.. You are always clean? Well the rest of my review, which funnily they have not disputed, clearly stated otherwise..You need not worry about talking to us about it further on our next stay. We wont be coming. But thanks for the kind offer.

Excellent service! Meals are always wonderful, massive fan of the steaks and the outback parmigiana. Rooms are amazing as well and very reasonably priced!

shocking! Not sure if its under new Management but it was the worst meal we had on Friday 30/03. The menu was on a board (so no actual menuand half the meals were not even available - but was on the list -.-i ordered the carbonara but was unavailable so ended up choosing the Garlic Prawn with Rice and salad - paid 26 dollars and only got 4 prawns covered with the crushed garlic probably from the jar (tasted like itand runny broth it was horrible - garlic was too overpowering and not mixed well at all -.- the Rice was lumpy and the salad was dry. Definitely worth questioning the chef - to me, this was my least favorite place to eat in Deni.

Fantastic home made rissoles, salad was fresh and colourful, with great value for money. Clean and fresh atmosphere... Coming back

Very hot with no aircondition in all rooms except the bar. Couldnt sit in the room comfortably because of the heat. The place is also dirty and dusty. Half done renovation work. Only one attendant to the bar and guests.

We spent a couple of very pleasant couple of hours here. Had a very good country style meal. The owners are delightful.

Sorry. Nice service from the guy who greeted us on arrival... but, Sheets on the bed had hair in them. Grubby floors in room and in bathroom. Mini bar food out of date. Would not stay here again due to the cleanliness issues.

If I could give this Place a minus review I would. We are a large group of 34 that booked in for dinner last night to assist we pre ordered all our meals earlier that day for serving at 6.30. When we finally got our meals and only some of us at 8.30 they where literally not edible - seriously the worse food I have ever had. Not just my own (garlic prawns - 4 of thembut everyone in our group who where lucky? To even get a meal could not eat this rubbish. Ok now the bar service again seriously over priced - no ice -no bottles of wine available in fact not one that was on the wine list at all - 1 brandy and dry (which was flatand scotch and water was $18 more expensive than the Sofitel! The decor was shabby and dirty the ladies toilets where shocking - one of our group had to leave the hotel to go back to our accommodation to wash her feet as the toilets where flooded with water which I can only presume was raw sewage! Just so shocked and disappointed especially seeing that we booked here weeks and weeks beforehand and had all pre ordered our meals as requested!
