High-street shops, restaurants, bowling and multiplex cinema.
I love it. There is everything what you want!
Love to go there for shopping. It is big enough, spacious and safe.Loads of different brands and nice restaurants. There is a multilevel car park in the shopping centre with the car wash inside. What I like the most is that you dont need to print the ticket at the entrance to the car park. Just once you finished with your shopping, go to the pay machine and insert your registration number and you are free to go! Saves time and nerves, in case if you loose your ticket.
A shopping centre with nearly everything under its roof. It was such a joy to walk into the different stores and you just want to buy everything that you see.
Awesome placeBest storesYou can find everything
Really well laid out centre, with lots of facilities and excellent parking. Well worth a visit.
Lovely shopping centre with a mixture of indoor and outdoor areas (mostly covered in case of rain).
Eden centre has various shops, restaurants and coffee houses. Unfortunately the House of Fraser is closing January 2023. There are also other empty units. There is a multi storey car park that has lifts. You can either come out in the in the octagon area or by the House of Fraser. You just need to keep a check on your floor no (and colour if applicable. There are toilets including baby change facilities.
A first visit here. Good selection of shops.
Lots of empty shops....Very very noisy in the rain due to its strange "outside undercover" construction which means you still get wet in places.
Honestly, the shops seem a bit empty. But other than that, easy parking, accessible and has places where to grab food.
Great shopping mall with a good range of stores and restaurants. Part of High Wycombe town centre with good access to other shops, restaurants, and transport links.
The staff werent very helpful, the car park is badly signed and not easy to get around. I wouldnt recommend.
Good variety of shops. Enjoy lunch in M&S cafe. Great access if you come by the bus.
Took my daughter shopping we had a lovely time. They had kids rides which my daughter enjoyed
Went shopping today with my daughter and grandson bought a few Xmas gifts gad a lovely lunch together .
Popped in for lunch after helping don getting ready for moving house. Highly recommend the Air Raid Shelter Cafe and Tea Room.
Wide variety of shops. Wide thorough fare for ease of movement. Unfortunately horrid car park,at least the orange one. Entry and exit traffic crossing each other and tight narrow lanes, I clipped the kerb twice going in as the lanes are not wide enough and have tight turns. On the plus side only £2.00 for 3 hours. Super cheap these days. Even though its a 50 minute drive from Dunstable the choice of shops and layout is certainly a draw compared to Central Milton Keynes with Luton and Bedford have poor alternatives.
The Eden Shopping Centre seems to be mainly made up of clothes and mobile phone shops, its a shame that Decathlon has closed, I personally feel uneasy with kids riding around on their bikes without being challenged, On a positive note the Shopping centre always manages to create a good Christmas feel during the festive season.
Its ok glass roof design not completely covered in so you can get wet, starting to look tired some shops closed.
Yesterday was such a stressful day for me.. I heard some bad news earlier in the morning but tried to be positive, so went to the library to read my favourite book.. Just before 5pm which is the time library closes I come out to discover my bicycle which was locked just outside the library has dissappeared.. At this point I was devastated.. Hopeless.. Annoyed.. It just wasnt my day was it..?? Well I saw 2 officers nearby I ran to them asking for help.. They took down some details to just tell me we cant do much about it mam.. The cctvs probably didnt even record or catch the face of the person who stole your bike.. Im sorry we cant do much about it!!! In this 5 hours the bike and the person could be anywhere way way far from here.. I couldnt believe how careless they were honestly I even asked for his name but I prefer to give him another chance and not revealing it here.. :anyways I was going back to the library to ask them if they noticed or seen anything.. Two security guards were outside the library, now these security guards were eden shopping centre staff. I was walking by them and just mentioned what happened as I was walking pass them with a sad face.. They suddenly started looking at eachother and said.. Well I think we got your bike!!!! CCTV caught a guy who was suspicious around a bike and we stopped him and got the bike from him!!!!! My eyes then glazed from hope 😁 I was like wow maybe today isnt the worst day after all 😍 so we started talking a little bit and then they brought my bike out of the building 😍😍😍😍😍 I was so happpyyyyy and couldnt thank them enough as I love my bike. Again thank you so muchhhhh eden security gaurds and CCTV security staff, I cant thank you enough.. Not just because I got my bike back but also to remind me even on bad days good things happen 😍😍😍😍🥰🥰🥰🥰 god bless all of you and all the people who try their best to help and protect others ❤️❤️❤️❤️🥺🥺🥺🥺 OK Im getting emotional gosh hahhaha well this review is finally coming to an end after a very long essay 😅🙏🏼
Good range of shops and eateries. Nice and modern style, information boards are a bit lacking and outdated.
Wonderful variety of shops and restaurants. Most of the area was undercover so good for wet weather shopping trips.A vast array of shops. Most are of the affordable type and provide plenty of retail therapy! Its well managed, kept clean with good covid precautions in place.Good toilet facilities, kept clean at all times. Carpark is large and easily accessible. Make a note of where you are parked as the carpark can be confusing. Can get extremely busy on the weekends.
This mall was built in the wrong place just because the site as vacant and cheap. It has killed the real town center and the other mall what should have been done is demolish all the old buildings North of the high st and put there with a car park with entry from the north of the town as there is not one at present.his would have really rejuvenated the area. But now we have this awful mall where shops are closing a really bad cinema the wheelchair access is so bad I just no longer go . The only reason we even set foot in there is access to Tesco . Yet another example of the bad decisions made here a 35yr old flyover thats been unsafe for years display fountains that failed inless than a week and are filled in .new seating in frogmore that have become home to all the drunks drinking there at 10,am today. spent a fortune on rerouting the traffic by the police station only to put it back last year to exactly as it was before and Eden the crowning glory of all mistakes but of course its all ok because the tax payers can afford it
Not much variety of shops. A bit boring I would say
This place has gone down hill. Groups of kids hanging round the bike rack shouting at people. Mess outside of burger @#£% not a security person inside the Eden centre to deal with the drunks and beggers its just gone down hill badly no stars in my opinion.
This was our first time going into Eden shopping centre car park, was great amount of parking spaces and they were adequately wide which makes a change. However we went there to go Cineworld but the lack of signposting to show where it is was frustrating. We had to end of up asking someone where it was and in the end find it ourselves which was quite a walk. The free car parking after 6pm was a good addition. 4 stars just or it would have been less.
Great places and clean , we went with our team work for play bowling , we were have a wonderful time.
Its OK. A decent selection of shops and restaurants. Isnt worth a special trip though.
Some of the shops are great, and are the only ones of their kind in the area, but its disappointing to see some of the favourite shops closed down. Prices are quite expensive in places, and a shame to see toy stands selling toys for 5x the original price. Parking prices arent too bad.Otherwise it is a good shopping centre.
You need to be really careful in the car park. A lot of kerbs that can do serious damage to a wheel. Really tight
Excellent out door shopping centreHighly recommended. It has many restaurants and cafes too
Undercooked steak. No check back. No drinks offered after first ones finished. No bill presented (we paid on lineNo sense of a customer service attitude. No way we will return. Other Wagamama locations so much better.
It is a standard shopping centre with standard shops. The newer part is not fully sealed at the ceiling edges and with 2 open ends it is a wind trap.Toilets are still manky and blocked but floors are clean and urinal area is clean but the ventilation needs a serious upgrade unless you can go in, do your business and get out on one breathe!
It is a shopping mall, and like most, sadly devoid of character. The range of outlets is comprehensive, but empty sites are unattractive. Funfair rides are no substitute for personal service.
Excellent for a big H&M, for parking to go into town, lots of coffee places and shops
Love this shopping centre. We rarely went as this was slightly further away but recently moved closer to the centre & its great got loads of different shops & eateries that my previous shopping centre lacked.
Multi shopping center with APNR parking. Very clean and tidy with lifts availableLots of seating areas.Cinema and Bowling arcade. Contains a public Library.
Great spot for some dinner and a film at the Cineworld in the evening! Most restaurants close around 10pm. Car park is nice and close.
Nice shopping centreHas EV charging but sadly NOT contactless another stupid app required
Wow. So so busy. Amazing helpful Eden service and security staff.Very clean and great variety of shops inside and adjacent outside.Wonderful experience
Loved the ticket-less parking which uses ANPR as you enter and leave. Lots of spaces and right above the shops. Plenty of choice from big name brands, cafés etc. Protected from the weather but light, bright and airey. Got busy after 3pm as all the school kids flooded in.

Very nice shopping centre. With lots of good shops and food. There are couple of car parks.
Its a beautiful shopping centre unfortunately some of the top brand shops are close however there are still some amazing fashion, jewellery, electronic and drug stores to explore and shop plus entertainment and food on the go
Biggest shopping mall in High Wycombe, lots of clothing stores, food is ok but a bit expensive.
It’s a great mall has almost all what you need from clothing to food and some fun places too the bowling area
Absolutely stunning for a shopping center especially with the Christmas lights.
Nice design, layout. Wide range of shops, restaurants and cafés. Easy to find a place. Loads of security and staff to help and assist you. Car park is reasonably priced. Most shops are within good distance of each other.
The Eden Shopping centre in Highlands Wycombe is not a bad place to visit, although there were only a few shops that we were interested in visiting. The Shopping centre is easy to locate, with plenty of parking around it.
A fabulous modern shopping centre, that is easily accesible for all.It really does have something for everyone, young & old.The retail choice is nicely varied & will easily suit a variety of customer budgets.
