The service of your waitresses these days are so bad.They except you to come for your menu, after ordering expect you to leave your table and come for your order. It’s so bad.You guys can do better.

Eddys pizza, East Legon has an excellent customer service. They have a cozy environment where you can bring your loved ones . They play good soothing music and have splendid lighting effects at night. The restaurant is fully air-conditioned with comfortable chairs for your relaxation . They aslo have nice sitting views where you can watch outside. The have a 43" television set for your viewing pleasure. I would recommend it for anyone. Whether you want to take your whole family out or just want to grab a quick bit. They aslo do deliveries. So just call them and it will be delivered at your doorstep.

Visited from the USA (Jersey/NYCso I know great pizza when I have it. Service was wonderful but I couldn’t help but be disappointed in the smell and my chicken pizza had a bone in it. I discarded the reminder as I couldn’t eat it. I hope to find a good pizza place while visiting Beautiful Ghana.

Their buy 1 get 1 free on Tuesdays and Wednesdays is legit. When u buy it u get another one of de same size. Customer service is 4 star. For real

When it was opened first, their services were amazing but currently declining.

Its a great place to hangout with family and friends.Its child friendly and also nice and cozy. Their Pizza is one of the best in Accra.They have a very wide variety of pizzas to choose from.The place is also very serene and comfortable.You can even have your meetings there and build connections.

The servers were very courteous. Wait time was decent. Got an extra box of pizza because they were doing a promo. The pizza itself was underwhelming

This place is amazing... If the pizza takes too long they will actually serve you desert before the pizza is ready... And its totally free no extra payment for that. I really appreciate them

Pathetically slow service, advertising acceptance of credit card and o ly accepted cash. Manager presentation served no purpose whatsoever for what is a mediocre establishment. Worst pizza ever. Very poor quality ingredients. Would not recommend.

Tried reaching them via call and it never went through. I then drove to their east legon branch to place the order and I had to sit and wait for close to an hour to be served.If I had ordered online it would have been ready faster. Im disappointed

Honestly I don’t have much to say about this pizza but I’ve had better. It wasn’t really the best lol. I wouldn’t really recommend. And I don’t remember the size i got but the box was extremely small. This was the bbq pizza.

Eddys Pizza should learn to recruit staff who are smart and can treat customers with utmost courtesy. I called to order for a Pizza at the Frafraha branch on Wednesday 28th July. I transferred money from my account by Momo to pay for the Pizza. I followed up twice to make sure the momo transfer had been received, and on each occasion, it was confirmed received. First it took 3 hours to deliver the Pizza to the erson who was waiting to receive the Pizza. More embarrassingly the person received a call to say that the Pizza has not been paid for.

Love Eddys Pizza. The service at the East Legon branch is very cool. The gentlemen who greeted me at the door took my order. He said 45 minutes, but it came faster. Eddys has a buy-1-get-1 promotion on Tuesday specifically. Their large is a very good size. With 66cedis on Tuesday you can get 2 large pizzas. They really cheese their pizzas compared to other pizzerias. For that Eddys gets 5 stars. But Im giving 4 stars to this branch because Ive had some long waits on days with the promotion because they are really busy.

Ive had to edit my previous review from 4 to 1 star because customer service is terrible now. Waited more than an hour for my order when food was being packaged outside for delivery and none of the waiters was even courteous enough to tell me anything. Oh I walked out! And they now found it necessary to call me back. Nonsense!

Place was nice and neat too. Waiting service on point and without delay. In the off chance that youre delayed, theyll serve you something small on the house while you wait for your order.

Waited for over an hour without my pizza. Eventually I had to leave. Thats how bad it was for me yesterday. Dont think Ill want to come there again or recommend to anyone. Thanks.

I won’t even rate at all because I have never gotten ordered from eddy’s my sis told me to order because she was at work and I asked for prices....I called and told this lady I’ll get back to her and she has blocked me ,I even tried calling on someone’s phone it went through but when I do it doesn’t.. such customer service, very disrespectful.

OMG, this place needs a Yelp review to upgrade. ait used to be so good and now, its like theyre doing you(the customera favour so deal-with-it kinda attitude. mehn and the food was half cooked three times I went there. yes been there three times like three is the charm...lol. maybe for then itll be the fourth or sixth

Ordered for a pizza,they gave me an hour and 30 minutes later. I patiently wait get there the exact time and my pizza was not ready. On top of that no mobile money transfers are made, if thats your only form of payment, then you have to walk down the stairs, go withdraw and come back to receive your food..just imagine how that is in this era where time is of the essence and mobile transactions are of the norm.... please update yourself

They take forever to serve. They are gentle and respectful. A good HR but one order takes at least 45 mins.I will advise you order before you go there to pick it up.They have delivery services too.

I have ordered servally from Eddys pizza in all their branches but i must say that the ladies who pick up the orders at East Legon branch, can be very rude. I just ordered for a pizza and the lady who took my order argued over a very petty enquiry I asked then hanged up whilst I was still talking. Im not a difficult person but thats a very poor customer service. Work on it please. Yhank you

Their pizza taste good but their delivery services needs to be worked on because sometimes when you need a delivery, they tell you there is no dispatch rider. In this modern world? Come on

I wanted to give them four stars for the very nice pizza but their services were not up to standards as compared to other restaurants. We had to wait long before we were served and the waiter kept getting our orders wrong. We asked for smoothies, the lady at the counter said OK, then later the waiter told me he wont be able to get us our smoothies. All these discrepancies were needless and avoidable. Also, we asked for a bottle of Coke and it came not chilled. We had to request for ice cubes. But in all their pizza was good so maybe that made up for those discomforts. I hope they read this and improve next time.

Rude woman at front desk. Almost an hour wait for pizza in empty restaurant. Pizza didnt even taste good. Woman will give you a different price than what is on the menu. The woman was rude. She didnt welcome us.

Terrible. Waited for over an hour and still the pizza was "almost ready".If youve got serious stuff to do, you might want to skip this and go elsewhere. Also the order arrangement/numbering system needs to be worked on.Were paying for food, not begging for it.Fix your business.

Eddys Pizza has the best pizza in my opinion but the most horrible customer service i have ever experienced. Wow! Its mind blowing!I mean do you train your staff at all? Incompetent and above it, very rude! Its really sad... Brace yourself with tolerance if you want to order here, especially this branch with that special rude lady who takes orders on phone, messes it up and doesnt bother to apologize!

As usual they had stuff on the menu that they werent serving.Drinks we ordered delayed a good 20mins.Whilst eating one waiter decided it was a good time to sweep.And a part of the pizza was sandy.They were taking trash out with customers still in the restaurant.

Im very disappointed. This is not the eddys pizza of the recent past. I went there and my date was running late. The tried to evict me several times because of that. Also the pizzas are absolutely tasteless. A lot of people have been complaining and I experienced it myself this time. Nonetheless, the waiters are quite nice regardless of the way they wanted to throw me out cos I hadnt ordered yet.

Great pizzeria. What more can I say. I believe its better to visit there yourself and also write a review or better still give your own recommendation or feedback.As for me I have nothing but great love for this place.Especially when it comes to delivering the pizza to wherever you are. Once you order and request for delivery, they promptly attend to you and make sure you get your pizza on time.

It is not nice to lie blatantly to honest people who just want to eat. If you have decided that Im not worth your service, thats fine. Theres no need to deceive me and keep me waiting for a call that will never come. Treat people as you wish to be treated. Worst customer service ever. I would have given a negative star rating if that was possible

Place easily gets crowded. Orders can take a while on busy days, otherwise time between order and receipt is just okay.Be sure to give clear instructions on busy days. Staff might make mistakes with orders.Pizza itself is nothing special. Just okay.

One of the best pizza joints in Accra however waiting period must be worked on. Customer services are not satisfactory.The place is romantic and cozy though. More room for improvement.

Their pizza is among the best, and in general its a cool place. My only suggestion is that they must find a way to effectively handle the demand during occasions and holidays. I once had to wait there for close to an hour before being served probably because of the holiday crowd.

They serve delicious pizza, for me; so far the best but their workers. On more than three occasion, I ordered pizza to be delivered and it took at least 5hrs before receiving my pizza. Secondly, I ordered pizza and they delivered the wrong one but I paid more for it. I called them and complained which they confirmed I was right. I never got refund for my money or an apology for what they did. They should put a suggestion box and complaint box to hear from customers

Eddys Pizza boasts great pizza, but I beg to differ. Their service has always been substandard and their staff have a very laid back attitude to service.They have boldly displayed that they accept card payments, but they have never accepted my card, always saying that their machine is broken and has been for a while. Take the sign off then!!!I hope that they can get a good manager that will resolve all these issues
