Easy - Living Luzern in Luzern

This is a joke of an apartment where we were given a bottle of empty shower gel. The shops were already closed so guess how we showered that night? When i emailed Leine for the situation and clearly stated the apartment number, there were no apologies. Instead of sending one over the next morning, she wasted more time by emailing back asking for my booking details. For your information, we were already corresponding via email the day before regarding check in. You could have just did a quick check to find out my booking details and save us more of the inconvenience you already caused. Zero stars if I could rate. Also, there were old blood stains on the toilet seat cover. Just horrible.

5 stars because it exceeded expectations, and Leine was really pleasant and helpful. Price was great, too. 25 minute walk to the heart of Lucerne, and easy to travel by bus, if needed.

Nice and spacious apartment for a family. Clean and hygienic with beautiful view and a short distance to Luzern station.

Lappart est très spacieux et plutôt bien organisé avec une terrasse rooftop sympa. La personne a laccueil est vraiment sympa et aidante.En revanche, trois gros soucis me font mettre 3 au lieu de 5:- pas de clim, malgre les ventilateurs fournis il a fait très chaud sous les toits cet été- 4eme étage sans ascenseur ca nétait pas facile avec les bagages- difficile daerer car pas mal dinsectes qui rentrent

Its a good place to stay. 2 bedroom apartment, equipped kitchen, living room, TV., Washroom. Veranda. Noisy because its on the road; 2 railway tracks and 2 roads. The apartment is on the road.

Excellent place to stay for a family of five! Very spacious and offers a tv and coffee. The neighborhood is a bit older but would recommend!!

The best place for a big family to stay !! We stayed there for 4 days and it was awesome !!! The staff was so friendly and they took soopperrrr care on us ... the staff was so helpful and had a genuine care on us!!! They made a huge difference. The place was very much near to bus stop! Very spacious place and so neat and lot of kitchen utensils

An absolutely fantastic place to stay! Extremely spacious, comfortable and well equipped with all amenities!! Just a few minutes via bus from the train station! Walking distance to the bus stop! Fantastic people to deal with and quite helpful!!

有家的感覺，位於市中心側但交通方便，附近環境清淨及優美登記入住過程較長，因為接待處並不是廿四小時長開，最好同酒店方面約定時間登記入住。員工幾好人，講咗好多資訊畀我地知同埋態度好親切，拎到鎖匙之後上到去好有家嘅感覺，兩個出租嘅單位都乾淨而且裝修簡單但得體，單位設備都好齊全，有哂煮食需要嘅爐具、焗爐同餐具，同時暖氣露台都有，而洗衣機就需要去地底果層，免費wifi都有。交通方面，層樓附近一分鐘距離就有巴士出市中心(可再搭火車去Engelberg，Titlis)，同埋有直接去Kriens嘅巴士，方便上Pilatus，班次都好密，同埋出返去需時都係二十分鐘左右，非常方便。tips: 最好講定幾點到，同埋問定加床加稅後要畀幾多額外費用，可以用信用卡畀錢，同埋住Luzern會有免費Tell Pass搭車用。
