Excellent location, ten minutes walk from Zhongxiao Fuxing MRT Station, a major interchange. Two minute walk to supermarkets, fast food, cafes, and a small park. Very clean rooms and shared bathroom. Quiet room (internal, no window by my choice), with good air-conditioning which was also quiet. Small gym room available, and washing machine for laundry. Comfortable bed, small but good sized room, with a small refrigerator. Towel and bathroom supplies provided. Free coffee available from a machine in a shared living area, which also had two computers and a printer. Responsive, helpful, informative staff at reception. So far Im very satisfied with day one of my three day stay.

Stayed in Eastin for few days during my trip to Taipei. The hotel is very conveniently located and there is plenty of transportation nearby. A lot of restaurants and shops close by as well.I was staying in the female single room with shared bathroom. The room is small but it has good privacy. You can hear people closing doors but generally it’s not too noisy.The shower and toilet area is spotlessly clean. I saw cleaning staff over there constantly.Wi-Fi is quite strong in the room even if I have to work and download files.

Found an empty alcohol bottle and dirty tissues under the bed. Super disgusting

My hotel view was of the SoGo mall and the bed was comfortable, after a night of partying at Triangle.

very friendly staff and great location. the room is very clean and cozy, also the hotel provides free laundry room for guests to use, with free washing powder and dryer, very sweet and thoughtful. With the location, clean rooms, friendly staff and even decent price, would definitely choose here to stay next time when Im coming back to Taipei.

Small room but clean and warm in the winter. The shared bathrooms are also clean and classy

I really enjoy the stay, although my room has no window but the air is good and the room is clean and bright. The shower gel, shampoo and soap are all from 歐舒丹， the location is great as well, highly recommended!

Was quite disappointed as was not similar to their advertised photos. We were hoping for a beautiful view of Taipei 101 but instead most of the view was the building next door, their heating system and only a small view of Taipei 101.Rooms was clean and staff acceptable but we were also hoping for a buffet style breakfast. Unfortunately we got fast food instead.As for toiletries, we requested an extra bottle of shower gel as the bottle offered was so small that we finished it on the first day, but they said that they werent allowed to give us an extra bottle.

Really polite staff. Accessible to many amenities. Good centralized location. Came back year after year for everything it offers.

Small hotel thats convenientely located near the main station.Rooms are not that big but they are clean enough. The bed is comfortable.However, it appears that some of the rooms do not offer any window. Plus, the ones that do are located on the street side and hence, expect some noise at night.As for the breakfast, the hotel does not have any proper facility. There are a couple of tables in the corridor just behind the front desk, along the rooms, and breakfast is either delivered directly to your room or at the front desk and you can have it there. It consists of some asian food (like dumplingsor burgers from MOs burgers. The choice is quite limited.

The staff at the hotel counter was poorly serviced. I have never ever met such an impolite attitude.

Nice boutique hotel at a great location in between 2 stations. Rooms are clean. The staffs were not very friendly though. Cant do restaurant reservations for us, no empty boxes to pack stuffs. Breakfast provided by a local stall and mos burger. Its not great tasting but are delivered to room.

Lovely little hotel. I stayed in a single bed ladies room with a shared bathroom. I love that they have LOccitane shampoo and body wash in the showers.

Rooms were tiny. Bathroom shared with 9 other room occupants.

Really enjoyed the stay here. Booked on agoda and the price was about $2000NT.The rooms: cozy but has everything you need. Free water, wifi, coffee. Quiet too. You can book rooms with a window for about 1000NT more. We stayed in one without a window, and it’s not so bad if you’re just going there to sleep.The gym: mostly cardio machines. No weights, but they do have a resistance boflex style machine that gets the job done.The location: it’s such a good area to stay in. Close to all the action in Taipei, in the heart of Da’an you’re getting shopping, food, city vibes, parks, MRT is a 2 minute walk.Breakfast: didn’t eat it, lots of good food just a walk away. There’s a great brunch spot called Herban that has drinks and vegetarian food that we enjoyed. Good coffee places too.Parking: we rented a car and struggled to find parking for the 4 nights we stayed here. It was very difficult in this area to park given that it’s so popular and Taipei has sparse parking. On the last day we found a private lot behind the hotel and it was 100NT/night. So that’s an option. Otherwise if you can find street parking it’s all free.

Actually we are still at this lovely hotel for the next few days and why not? The staff are very accommodating and the beds are to die for. OMG are the beds comfortable. Its like sleeping on a firm cloud that cradles your body like a mother holding her infant child. My Beautiful wife & I could not be happier; infact we have set up my lovely wifes parents in the same hotel whom are coming in from Hong-Kongas I write this; one room down from ours as they have arrived to join us for our holiday. Having flown in from the United States; my wife & I really needed a hotel that would be enjoyable to sleep in the moment we arrived & this hotel ended up being the place we were looking for. Its clean, comfortable, and affordable. You can not go wrong should you decide to go with this lovely choice. I almost forgot....the gym at the hotel is lovely as well🤗.

Nice little hotel thats conveniently located, and the rooms are utilitarian with no windows. They provide a hairdryer and the basic soaps, and can lend an ironing board if needed. Every guest can choose from a Western and Taiwanese breakfast, served at 8, and there are about 16 breakfast options and 8 drink options.

Conveniently located hotel, just a short taxi ride away from Taipei Main Station. A pharmacy, convenience store, and McDonalds are all just short walk away. The staff are very friendly, super helpful and speak perfect English. The rooms are immaculate, and theres a convenient lounge area with free coffee.Check out is at 12pm, but the staff are happy to store your bags until a later time, even after youve checked out.Very good experience overall. I highly recommend this place if youre in Taipei for business!

I loved my 3-night stay at this hotel. The rooms are small, but well lit and the minimal decor helps make it feel bigger, and the bathroom/shower were really large! The free breakfast in the morning was a nice touch and you get a choice between Western style (Mos burgerand traditional Taiwanese (rice rolls, soup dumplings, dan bings, soy milk, etc). There is a free coffee machine available on each floor that was available all day. The fitness room is small but has enough for a quick workout.

A place of unexpected surprises...very comfortable n clean place to stay. Excellent service. Highly recommended.

Difficult to find the location/lobby of the hotel as it is nestled in an office building. Room was cosy. Free pantry to use for coffee, tea, snacks, and light reading. Service staff is welcoming.

Solid option in the centre of Taipei. The staff are awesome, multilingual and very patient! Rooms are spacious considering the location and the amenities are decent. Very reasonably priced.

Nice clean place near the subway station . Pillows are very soft, but can ask for more subject to availability. They provide loccitaine bathroom amenities, but doesnt refill on a daily basis so better bring your own shampoo and shower gel. It can get noisy around the corridor and neighbouring as well because the walls and doors are thin, but that seems to be the usual for all other hotels as well. Oh and they are actually an office building with that particual floor converted into a hotel. Theres also a self service coffee bar available FOC and vending machine as well as laundry room.

I recently stayed here for 3 nights and loved it. Easy to get to from Zhongxiao Fuxing MRT station (this station is close to everything in Taipei). Use exit 4 if you have heavy luggage as there are escalators. Otherwise use exit 3, walk through the underground mall until you reach exit 11, go up the stairs and the entrance to the hotel is literally right there. The hotel is located in between Zhongxiao Fuxing and Zhongxiao Dunhua MRT stations. I had no expectations on how this hotel would be given the price, but I was so surprised and amazed at their service, the cleanliness of the room, and just the overall vibe of the place. The room had pineapple cakes as a welcome which was a nice touch. Also, if you get the breakfast package, it is delivered to your room! They also have a washing machine and a dryer to use free of charge! I will definitely be back here the next time I am in Taipei. Thank you for the pleasant experience.

i like my stay in this hotel. it is at the city center which is close to many tourist spots. some minutes away from mrt, and the staffs are helpful and friendly

Hotel is decent. Location is really got and close to MRT. Show taxi the business card in photos as difficult to find. If you’re new to Taiwan expect an Uber to cost approx TWD1000 and limo from airport TWD1300. Hotel reception is on 14th floor with more rooms on 13th...Breakfast isn’t great (see photosso plan to go out. Showers are good and Wi-fi is okay.Apparently the French toiletries are top notch for girls, but I typically take my own so can’t comment.Clean, safe and practical.

Super clean and well maintained facilities. Located in the very center of Taipei city and a few minutes walk from MRT station. The reception is open for 24 hours with English speaking staffs. Bathrooms and toilets are shared but should not be a probrem.

Great location. The rooms are clean and are of reasonable size. Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel also has washer and dryer available, but the dryer doesnt seems to work very well.

Very nice location with good staff working on hand on. The beds are really nice and the wondering l window views helped us sleep at night. I would suggest it to other people. Only other issue is that the shower is a bit short so you have duck if you are over, 6ft tall.

I think this hotel did a great job when customer visiting this hotel. The front desk lady showed professional and courteous but i would like to give a suggestion on restroom without door lock. It make me feel uncomfortable all the time when i using it :(

30ml body soap and 30ml shampoo. For 2 persons use. We had requested for more but were informed its a rationed item.

Great location, right in the middle of the shopping district. Very affordable rates as well. They also provide a snack corner with constantly refilled snacks, alongside what must be the worlds noisiest coffee machine. Downsides: Room ceiling is very low, and you will probably have an issue in the bathroom if you are any taller than 6 feet. The hot water in the shower has a tendency to cut off occasionally for a few seconds, leading to an unwelcome surprise. However, still recommended overall.

Located close to metro and shops. The staff was fantastic. We adopted a 3 Year old from Taiwan. They helped us translate and to help us to get a smooth stay. Clean and fresh. Only thing i missed was restaurant area as we had small kids. But staff microwawed things for us in staff area😀

Though the staff were very helpful and rooms were clean this is not a typical hotel one would expect.It is located in an office building so the lobby itself is on the 14th floor. There is no restaurant and breakfast is procured from outside (fixed menu with 4-5 items like burgers), also you need to inform your breakfast choice the previous day.Sign board is inconspicuous and lost in the midst of stalls on the road.Coffee machine was not working.We had opted for a room with "101 view" paying a much higher price, but alas the view was mostly of the top floor terrace of an adjacent building with AC vents.Room itself is small and there is no closet.Bathroom door has no latch.Toiletries were not replaced next day.Location is great but for the price it is not worth it, much better places around.

Convenient location just beside an underground mall linking to train stations. Nice small outdoor roof area. Rooms are clean the toilet could be better ventilated. Mirror only in the toilet and not the room. Overall good stay for the price

My husband booked the wrong date for the room and the Eastin Hotel changed and arranged the same room also at the same price within minutes. I am extremely happy of the service they provided myself and my stupid husband. I would recommend anyone who is staying in taipei to stay at the Eastin taipei hotel in a heart beat! Truly satisfied! :)

Hotel is clean and view is nice. Staff is polite but the only problem I had was they missed my breakfast for 2 days. First day I requested for breakfast to be serve at 7 am but they told me is 9. So I thought is my problem, waited till 9, Happy my breakfast came but items ordered wrongly. Did not complained on that as I thought some items may not be available in the morning. On the second day, we requested for breakfast to be serve at 7 and again past 7 still no news. Called the front desk and they told me was 9 again. We get mad and told them we wanted it now as this screwed up our trip. In the end they went down to buy the Mac instead of the usual MOS. Not sure why this keep happening as I had already saw some similar feedback on TripAdvisor too. I dont think is language or communication issue as we speak with them in Chinese. Dont understand why.

Please read my comment if you want to stay at this hotel. Very honest comment.I just realized when I get back that there were bed bugs in the beds of this hotel, as my hands got swollen and also when I wake up from my bed in the hotel, there were red biting marks from bed bugs.Service is very good. Only sometimes breakfast orders get mixed up, AND wake up calls too. I asked to wake up call at 7am, they wake me up at 7:30.I think its a bad idea to build a hotel on top of a office building. Because, 1, you have to be quiet. 2, sometimes when youre rushing out, youll get stopped because another person is coming in from work.Its very hectic here. The hotel...very dusty, at certain places of the room.Shower is ok, decent.. good maybe?The hotel also DOES NOT, have ventilation.You cant off the air conditioner. Ive tried with my mom, at least 5 times, because its freezing in the room. But its still freezing, theres no controller to control the air conditioner. Very disappointed in that.Also, when I wash my hands whatsoever (brush teeth included),After 10 seconds of using the sink, you could hear a loud "deeeeeeeeez" at the top floor. Not a mouth mouthing "deeeez" but a loud pulling noise. Very annoying.-service, 3 stars-room, -1 star-building wise, 2 stars (bad location)-location of hotel, 5stars (its near mrt station)

This is a very new, nice a cozzi hotel. I like the style. Its very comfortable and you can always feel that you are home cause every staff at the hotel are very friendly and nice and always welling to help you give you suggestion to look around. And the MRT station is just about 5min. by walk and lots of restaurant around the area. There are shuttle bus that could come from the airport directly. Its very convenient. I highly recommend to stay at this nice hotel.

Hotel is very clean and convenient!! Staff is very friendly and easy going~ they give us many good recommendations of restaurants! We love it and will come back again definitely!
