East Restaurant - Restaurant in Dublin, Ireland
Extremely well decorated and lovely atmosphere in evening.Food was good quality and taste, would visit again. Have child options in the menu and gave us a colouring pack so very kid friendly!€100 for two adults one picky child.
Perfect with young children
Amazing food. Service was great. Staff some friendly and helpful
The ambience was nice and good service. The prices are good and the food is delicious. Highly recommended.
Great experience.. nice music and people.
We figured we’d try this restaurant as it was in the hotel we are staying at. It is an Asian fusion restaurant that was Fantastic! The Croquettes and Spring rolls were delicious. The wings were succulent and the Steak was cooked to perfection! Yummm’
Tasty Beer
Nice place, but honestly there are better places to try in quite close proximity.
Very good ambiance and friendly helpful staff. Food flavours underwhelming but nicely presented. Very fast service. OK prices for city hotel.
Some new staff so a few teething problems. Food is solid but nothing to write home about. Got a very distasteful look from one of the staff for asking what cut of beef was used in a dish which was a bit off-putting. Never came back to offer dessert menu either so we just requested the bill and left. All in all a very mixed experience but will still give another go in a few months to see if issues are resolved. Great setting and atmosphere aside from that.
Quite pleasant atmosphere, very nice service, friendly and attentive waitress. Went on a Saturday 6pm with reservation, service and food was quick despite the crowd. The food is very tasty. We also got the ice cream as dessert but can not recommend that. Price wise completely worth the value. Beef Pad Thai was amazing. Spring rolls were nice, crispy , only 2 per portion.Would go again.
Fantastic food and service. Highly recommended
I wish I knew this restaurant before! Allocated inside the Spencer Hotel this restaurant was a nice surprise to me. During my staying in the hotel I had a very tasty thai beef salad and spring rolls, it was better than my expectations. The flavour brought me back to Thailand. The day next I had dinner with a friend and we both loved it. All staff very attentive. Specially Flaviane took care of us very well. We had mussels to start, a veg pasta and tuna steak for mains and again a delicious surprise to the palate. I will be back there specially for the Tuna Steak and the service.
Very nice Lunch Menu.
Best cocktails in Dublin - fantastic ambience, good prices and interesting flavours. I used to go here quite often with my housemate and friends and they all enjoyed it as well.
Amazing Asian inspired menu in the heart of the financial and GQ area of Dublin. Hands down best cocktails in Dublin and the mixologist, Alex, knows his stuff. Tell him what your tastes are and hell whip up a concoction that wont disappoint!
Came here on a Friday night with my girlfriend for her birthday. Can’t attest to what the food tasted like as no one would take our order.Fine if it was busy but with three other tables occupied, began to understand why it was so quiet in a Friday night. The one star is for our neighbours food which looked pretty good.Milanos next door does a great alternative
Food was amazing and the flavours really stood out! We got a starter and a main as our expectations were that the food portions would be smaller due to the presentation... Little did we know we was very wrong!Portions were just right, leaving us to struggle finishing our mains!Nice quiet atmosphere was an addition to the kind staff on the night. Not a single error. Not only that, they also brought me a birthday tray with a brownie on wishing me a happy birthday and this was totally unexpected so was a nice thoughtful gesture. All in all, this restraunt made a great day a perfect evening. Until next time!
If you are looking for an average generic south eastern restaurant this is the place for you!!Mediocre techniques, bad concepts only the potatoes (in south east cuisineare edible
Very good restaurant for a fusion experience! Atmosphere is good, staff is great but food is a bit overpriced!
Restaurant is lovely but the food was a let down. Chicken was pre cooked and dried out.
Always have delicious food here. Usually go in for lunch but it can be busy. Service is great but sometimes a bit slower when busy.
Great menu. Good service and food was fantastic and worth the price
A regular for work lunches. Delicious food, would recommend the Benton box!
Sadly, a failed lunch. It is a beautifully decorated local. Singapore noodles had an immense amount of bland noodles, 4 thin and small slices of chicken and 3 small shrimps (counted the pieces). A rip off for 13.5 €. Cero spice, only soy sauce as flavoring. Slow attention even if the restaurant was not full. Not an Asian and not even a “fusion” concept.
Nice and long term experience
Great food, lovely mocktails and awesome service! I highly recommend it
Our waiter could not have been more helpful. One of our party has multiple food allergies and he was great in talking her through the menu, asking the chef when he was unsure. They made a dish specially for her and even remade it when it was too spicy for her.He also asked the bar staff to answer a question we had about an unusual liqueur we were discussing over dinner. Our food was delicious and cocktails were inventive (again, the bartender was happy to mix me a non-alcoholic version).
Their lamb burger left me with a case of food poisoning.
Food was good, but service for our group was slow.
Visited east restaurant last night. Really enjoyed it. Had the Nasi Goreng and it was delicious. All staff were very friendly and courteous, service was excellent. Would recommend it and I would come back
Nothing special in terms of food m, however pricy. Staff is very attentive though.
Visited East Restaurant last week and must say we had a wonderful evening. Everyone we had contact with was friendly and smiling. Food was delicious, specially the Roasted Duck dish was best I ever had. We went there on our way to 3Arena, its really just a short walk away but we will come back if in Dublin again.
Staff lovely, good service but the food was average! Shame as the place has a really nice vibe
Its nice restaurant I guess
Good Thai restaurant. The pub however is very expensive in the Spencer for pretty average beverages
Excellent menu great value and service
Went looking for something nice for dinner....turns out all their chicken is halal...very tasty sate chicken skewers..and red and green thai chicken curry...lovely setting and very friendly service...
Omg the sandwiches here are to DIE for. So delicious! Loved the ambiance, and loved the selection of books on the shelf. The server was so friendly and funny, and the manager was good with banter. Seemed to me like they were a tightly knit family. Unfortunately we did intend to sample the Asian food, but there wasnt any obvious info that they only serve large mains for dinner so we ended up eating the lunch menu of sandwiches and tea. Expected to be disappointed but I was extremely happy with the food!
Food was ok but the music was way too loud for a good dining experience. Maybe rename the place to "East Bar"?
Awesome hip atmosphere with good bar food and music
Great experience overall. There post theatre with a group of 14 of all ages. Excellent food and really nice staff.
nice, relaxed atmosphere, good food, nice wine. Fireplace...
Nice ambience, great staff & service, good choice on the menu but looks like the slat in the foods seem to be off either too high or low. Because of it I wanted to go 3 stars or lower but the staff got extra credit.
Nice space, good drinks, decent menu. Would have been four stars except every dish had 2 pinches too much salt.
Nice food but limited food menu. Great cocktails.
Busy nice enough food
Good service, nice food, reasonable prices
Calm, good menu, enjoye the meal :)
Service was first class, food was so tasty n served very promptly. Staff were very pleasant. My bill did not include wine so I advised staff and they appreciated my honesty and gave discount on the revised bill. Prices were very reasonable and we will be back again.
