Came in on the 21st with some friends.it was a real unique and fun experience everything was really clean and well presented.the staff were very awesome had a great time will be back the next time Im in kelowna

Had a great experience here. Staff were friendly and the room our group did (Haunted), had good flow to it and clever puzzles. Would definitely like to try some other rooms.

It was a fun experience to have! Didnt end up getting out, but I really enjoyed the escape room.

Pretty ordinary experience. One lock was missing, so we started with one puzzle already solved, then electricity in a separate room wasnt working, and EXIT host had no clue about any reasoning or logic behind game - only answers.Might have been an off night, but poor training of staff / compounding issues made for a pretty poor session overall, especially at a cost of $30 per head. Would avoid.

Went with our 3 grandkids aged 10-14. Had a great time, looking forward to going back so we can successfully escape the Haunted house🫣

Excellent staff and well designed puzzles. Hard to find a better way to kill an hour while hanging out with friends at the same time, and its even harder to do the same these days for such a good price.

Usually enjoy this place but idk if Ill come back. Misunderstanding the other night and my friend thought she had booked a reso. We got there early for our "reso" so we decided it would be better for the people working if we waited a bit. Maybe 20 minutes or so later the cops show up? Apparently were partying and drinking? We were literally standing in a circle chatting. Some of us were running around granted, but definitely doing no harm. We tell the cop that we have a reso (we thought we did), we go in and turns out our friend booked the wrong place lol. Obvious it was the front desk who called, but I dont know why she didnt just tell us to leave instead of calling the cops immediately. Idk maybe she was having a long night, but kinda turned off now. So yeah hot tip, dont stand in the parking lot if youre early, you hooligans!

So much fun! My friends and I have beaten Potions, Black Ops and Haunted. The staff is always great in both their instructions and attitude. Heading to Pirate Cove next and then making an afternoon out of the Penticton location.

Very fun and immersive! Our game master was very friendly and helped us out when needed! Would definitely come back and try them all!

It was okay. They didnt let us open the door at the end so that was really sad - said she had another party waiting so we didnt get the satisfaction of actually opening the door. Otherwise pretty good. Be prepared to have your phone and smart watch taken away. They forgot the staff keys in the room so it would have been easy to cheat. The one lady at the desk was really nice and helpful, the other lady was a little...hmm...too rushy/pushy/quick? The end of Pirates Cove you NEED a hint for because there is nothing saying how to enter the numbers for the door at the end - so if you didnt ask someone chances are you wouldnt have figured out how to get out anyways. It says right on the wall "not part of game play" but then she tells you actually part of it is...

Incredibly fun experience! We tried the Potions 🧪 themed room and had a blast! Any potter lovers this is the one for you! Lots of exciting twists and turns and we were able to escape with 2 seconds to spare! Looking for an exhilarating family friendly time? This is for you!

We tried the Black Ops room at the Kelowna site. My 12 year-old had a great time, but my 9 year-old son found it too dark and there was a bloody body on the ground. The owner of Exit Kelowna was really responsive when I reached out via email with my concern about the age listed on the website for this room; the website lists it as appropriate for ages 6+, but I recommend it for 12+.

The only downside is the price, the puzzles in the room were pretty good. It would be better if they had group discounts or something, as Ive wanted to do this for a while but $25 for an hour is quite a bit for students.

It’s unfortunate to even have do a review. I called to book and pay for my son & a few friends to go for his 16th bday. When I booked, they wouldn’t take a payment over the phone which I found to be quite odd. So I asked what the total was, the young man told me. So I transferred that to my son so he could pay with his debit card. When I talked with him when he was home, he said it was more then what I transferred to him. I was confused, so I called on Oct 26, I was in contact with one of the mangers. She had told me that he was charged for an extra person. She then gave me her cell phone to text a photo of his charge on his card and in fact yes he was charged for an extra person. She said, I will get back to you shortly to resolve this. I have never heard back and a refund was never given. I have since tried with no luck and no response. Very disappointed to be ignored, so here I am writing a review. Will never be back.Update from after my Google Review…. Funny how you make a review and they want to then reply back after months of ghosting a person. Now the manager texted me back and has put it on me as though I’m not sending the proper stuff. She had said a screenshot would be just fine, so I did just that. So I sent her a screenshot of our conversation and she still puts it on me. She didn’t try once to resolve this nor did she try and call after our initial conversation. WOW!

Staff was amazing!! Super informative, friendly and they had great knowledge on the room! We did pirates cove and had an awesome experience! Will 100% be back

My wife and I did the Harry Potter themed room. It was very well done and an exciting room to play. The rules and story and everything was really well explained by the staff. Will definitely return!

I normally love Exit and have a great time. I went last week with my coworkers and we were very disappointed. First I will say all the staff were wonderful and polite but our room was not maintained at all, there was 3 pretty important things broken in our room (Pirate covethat we had to call staff in to fix. These broken items took not only a lot of our timeslot but we would not have been able to move on as they were all things that led to the next clue.

Awesome idea for an evening out! Was challenging yet fun...If youre looking for a unique idea to try with some friends i highly recommend them :)

This was our first ever Escape Room experience. So cant compare. However, we got maximum bang for our buck. The staff were very courteous and super helpful. The puzzles were very thoughtfully and aptly framed as per the theme. We thoroughly enjoyed the hour. It passed by in a jiffy.

Kids and I had a great time! Have done three of the rooms and they were all well done and a lot of fun! Staff was great too! A great way to spend a rainy day indoors.

I had a great time at this escape room and it was a super fun thing to do for a birthday party. All of the staff were really nice, friendly and helpful. When we asked for hints they were very descriptive. I recommend trying it out sometime.

I’ve done one of the scary ones before and it was super scary but a good experience. It was a bit hard but definitely fun and I want to come back and do one again sometime soon. The staff are very friendly too

I love doing the escape rooms, I have already been twice recently and am booked to do more! The staff are always super friendly and explain everything really well! It would be cool to see more themed rooms available but I know there is limited space.

Love this place! I have done 2 of the rooms and have already booked to do more!! The potions one has been my favourite so far!! The staff are friendly, fun, and helpful! The rooms are very well thought out and you can tell they have put time and effort into them!

I enjoyed the Haunted Escape room with my kids - ages 17, 13 & 10. We did make it out with 6 minutes to spare but used 5 hints. We had a great time and can’t wait to go back and try the other 3 rooms they offer. Staff was friendly and helpful. Fun adventure for all!

Had a great time, did the pirate escape room and had a blast (we didnt get outit was hard but not to crazy that we couldnt figure out to move forward. The staff was great and explained everything we needed to feel confident! I am excited to try more rooms out!

Rooms were really good. Staff was helpful but theyre doing a "giveaway" we were told if we gave a review wed get 50% off our next visit (our group of 6). when we went to use it the next time we went there the employee told us sorry you have to give the review in store in order to get the 50% off. We told her that they should specify that next time and proceeded to do the room. Normally wouldnt care but that was an extra $100 we had to spend because they misinformed us. When we were done the room, I came out and I wrote the review in front of her, she then said oh sorry only you get 50% off not your group. Basically told us they were buying reviews. Super unprofessional. Probably will go to another escape room next time.

Staff was incredible, the second my group walked in they took great care of us, explaining everything. We played the Potions room and loved every second of it! We will definitely be coming back in the future and continue recommending to all our friends and family, definitely worth it!!!

What an amazing experience I had with my kids. I’ve been to plenty of escape rooms and Exit is by far the best and most creative one out there. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and I met the owners as well, such wonderful people!!!

After having never done an escape room, my family and I attempted the potions room on Saturday. It was a very creative setup and also challenging. The staff was friendly and helpful, and gave us our hints whenever we asked. In the end we did not escape, but I would recommend this experience to anyone looking to do a group activity. Definitely worth the time as it is well priced.

My friends and I have done a lot of escape rooms, and this one was our least enjoyable. We did the Potions room.First of all, half the “challenge” was just the fact that it was very dark. We were given little wands with lights on the end, but they flickered and didn’t work. It was just way too dark to see and that shouldn’t be part of the challenge - it should be fun puzzles not infuriating darkness. Second, a huge portion of the room’s “puzzle” was finding specific ingredients on several shelves. There must be 200 or so jars and we were looking for about 10. Then we had to make a “potion” in a pot by following a recipe, which felt silly. It just wasn’t fun, it felt like a chore.The staff were all really nice and accommodating, we got there late and they went through the rules really quickly to get us in as soon as possible. We appreciated that. But the room just wasn’t fun :( I recommend trying a different one. The rooms should be brighter!!

Came here with a group of 7 university students for a birthday party!Was challenging and very fun! Would definitely recommend or come back. We did a 3 star difficulty room and got out just in time. Also staff was 10/10.

We had never experienced an escape room and probably should have started with a little easier puzzle as we did not escape , however what a BLAST ! Will definitely be back , the staff and service were exceptional the night we were there for my partners birthday ( and if you go on your birthday with ID your game is free). Great team building activity!!

This place is absolutely awesome! Unique selection of rooms and very well put together. Good for anyone wanting to test their mental aptitude or any veteran looking for some fun. With excellent service and optional hints, you will find yourself having more fun solving puzzles than you thought. 10/10 would and will recommend to any one looking to try something new and fun with a bit of excitement.

Great place to try your luck at escaping. The potions theme was so much fun and you feel like a chemist mixing all the different ingredients together. Definitely coming back to this place as the staff was very friendly.

Had a great time in the Pirates Cove room - Our guide was fantastic despite being SO busy!! They were attentive and very efficient. The game itself was a great time - good puzzles that were challenging but not overly so, and with a couple of clues we were able to escape! Awesome way to spend an hour :)

Great place and great staff. The rooms offer a decent challenge without being insanely difficult. Its also nice that they give you the option of having 3 or 6 clues throughout the game

Just went with my daughter for the first time and it was amazing. The service was a 11/10 and so well done. Especially in a pandemic I felt clean and safe because the staff was so attentive. Would 100% go back. Thought it was a great value for the amount of awesome fun we had !!! See you soon EXIT !!

Amazing staff! Elliot was so incredibly friendly and polite, so helpful and he was very professional. The establishment in general was great when informing about their safety protocols for handling covid and made me feel really safe knowing what theyre doing to help. The escape room itself was super cool and I had an awesome time. A really enjoyable experience altogether :)

How many blondes does it take to screw in a lightbulb... I mean, unlock a door.. clearly more than three. Exit Escape Room Kelowna, stands apart from the “usual” in regards of things out there to do. My husband rocked it, I was mediocre at best with the odd helpful suggestion here & there & Lana, well she did an excellent job pressing the hint button. I could see this being a pretty boring hour should you bomb at putting the clues together. Was fun & an out of the norm indoor activity for us to do. The themes are inventive & rooms are clever. Im sure Ill be back again, especially when I feel like doing something different than usual.
