EMA Karaoke & Bar - Karaoke bar in Silicon Valley, United States
Good place for private rooms. The owner is super nice! Decent song selection of English and Korean songs. They serve alcohol and snack food here too.
Karaoke at the bar and private rooms. Good service and very reasonable prices.
Nice place, and the staff is very friendly (especially if you can speak Korean). English song selection is disappointing at times, and some of the karaoke software is in Korean. The second time I went here they did have an alternative setup where you could do karaoke with YouTube videos. I guess your experience would depend on if you can find a good karaoke version of the song on YouTube.
Amazing place.♥️Worth every penny♥️✨🔥
A little Less on ambienceBut super fun on song selectionReasonable tooGood English pop selectionWe went in thinking we may not do this. But stayed there for 1.5 hrsIt was a lovely date for me and my husband
One of the best karaoke bars Ive ever been to. Awesome selection of music.
Private Karaoke Rooms 👌Soju 👌The Karoke machines are slightly dated and do not work seamlessly 👎
If youre a primarily English speaking party, dont go here. This place and its English song list hasnt been updated since 2010. If you dont bring a Korean American who can speak Korean, your treatment will be worse. Booked a room for two hours. Kicked out early and during our time, no one checked in on us during the entire time.Have fun with these oldies.
A must go anybody love karaoke has 6 private rooms. Got good beer selection. Terra beer was awesome a must have.
Very nice karaoke bar
Fun place with a good collection of English songs but we were constantly interrupted to pay the bill, last call, finish our drinks because they wanted their cups. To be fair we came in at close. Will update review once we revisit here.
Fun! First experience was great! They serve pitchers! They have a good list of American songs! A little difficult learning the controls.
Came here with my co-workers before the pandemic. We had so much fun. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would avoid the food.
I enjoyed my time. Food and drinks were good. Karaoke equipment was great. Host/owners were nice as well. The place is a bit worn down but still a great place with friends
Fun place... The remote requires a CS degree to operate (which makes sense in the Bay areaand the English selection can be questionable, but for some reason they freaking have Ramsteins Du Hast, so theres your 5 starts right there! Also avoid the food...
Great service. Had an awesome night with coworkers in the private room. Bring a larger party. The more the merrier.
Fun little Karaoke bar in a Sunnyvale strip mall. Has about 6 private Karaoke rooms, and one small main room. Great place to come with a group of friends to sing your heart out.
Karaoke place with a full bar? Yes. Friendly staff? Yes. International songs? Yes! Definitely the better karaoke places on El Camino!
Sooooo fun!!! The best for kpop fans!!!
Went here for my birthday! It was a lot of fun. Had some trouble operating the karaoke as it looks like it is some foreign software but eventually we got used to it. The people are very nice and helped us but for the quality was a little overpriced. Would still recommend if you’re new to Karaoke.
Wide variety of songs, good bar, great service! Staff was very friendly, and gave good directions for using the system!
Awesome vibe. Not a bad selection of songs, a little limited, but theres something for everyone.
Great place! Single karaoke rooms available!
Great selection of music and food!
Pretty sketch but decent place. Good language and song choice, solid service and food.
Guess not so much karaoke options around, so its okay but dont expect good food. Just for singing and fun, I think its fine.
Everything here is reasonably priced, friendly staff
Last week was my second visit. Rooms charged by the room not per person. They are all friendly. You can also speak Korean here.
This place was a blast. The song selection was ok for English songs. The people were nice and once we figured out the controller we had a much easier time finding songs. It was totally worth the cost.
The selection of American music is a bit sparse but we still had a great time.
Wildly overpriced, mediocre song selection at best, staff was quite frustrating... Yea Id go elsewhere
Book a private room! Excellent song selection and the servers are amazing!
Clean, well ventilated rooms. Large bar in the central area. Friendly hostesses and very good prices! English song list is not as good as other karaoke bars.
Nice place but it was too pricey at $5 a song! Unsurprisingly the food is pricey as well but thats common for bars. Also the bartender seemed to pressure us to order more after we ordered a beer and soup which was really annoying. Also not kidding the soup was exactly like instant noodles.
Great selection of music and food! But it does get crowded and rooms fill up.
We called to reserve a lot ahead and were told the space was unavailable when we arrived. We waited for an hour before giving up and going elswhere.
A good karaoke place with a lot of song selections. The bar is a bit pricey
Great song selection and rooms were very clean. Service was excellent.
Had a really good time in this bar. DJ plays along with you on keyboard. Very friendly bar staff. Plan to visit again.
The owner/chef/organ player of this is fantastic. The sashimi plate was fresh and great. I can always come back here when I fly in from Las Vegas. Employrees here are all Koreans and they are friendly and very receptive.
They serve booze with karaoke but the song selection and equipment are outdated. The people are friendly and sweet although hardly speak English. Not my favorite but its alright.
They have drinks and food and private karaoke rooms
Awesome ppls there the workers are awesome go on weds Friday n Sunday awesome worker
Great place for late night karaoke, especially Sun - Thur during their happy hour.Service here was excellent and attentive. Our hostess, Minna and Minji, made sure to go through the menu with us since it was our first time there. They checked up on us every so and so and cleaned up any finished dishes to free up more space. On top of that, the owner gave us a free side dish of french fries (more accurately twisted potato wedgesand an extra 10 minutes in the room. Honestly, very generous and considerate service. The happy hour seems bomb; $50 for a main dish (protein), one side dish (carbs), and a beer + 1 hour of karaoke. They have a second option which includes more food and beer for $80. Sunday seems like your best bet for this deal.Outside of happy hour, rooms are $40 an hour, pretty good considering how spacious they are. Theres a fan inside to keep the air circulated. While Ive heard that the rooms are soundproof, I could still hear my room scream/singing through the walls, so bear that in mind.As for the selection, its a bit limited for English. Not really gonna find Passion Fruit or current hip-hop/R&B songs here. But the international selection is huuuuuuuge. Viet, Indonesian, Chinese, and of course, Korean. This place seems ideal if youre trying to tune out to EXO or Twice.Food was great; ordered grilled eel, fried chicken (really chicken wings), and got a plate of complementary french fries. The eel was grilled piping hot and broke at the press of a fork. The chicken wings can definitely be messy, but the meat just comes right off the bone. Surprisingly, the french fries werent french fries and were twisted potato wedges. Actually had a good crisp and savory taste to it.For drinks, ordered otokoyama sake, smooth and not too dry, goes great with snack food like chicken wings. 2 pitchers of beer, the selection is sparse for their draft, its either Stella Artois or IPA.All-in-all, great experience and likely to come back soon.
$5 per song in the bar area is almost double what youd pay in a NYC karaoke bar. That being said, the staff are fun people, and the general atmosphere is friendly and supportive.
The bill for 3 hours (happy hour timewith some food was $204. The place is cheap and not worth of it.
The hostess was very friendly and accommodating, the room was large enough, and the sing selection was, overall, good.
Price is good for big room. And the machine is new one
The staff is welcoming to walk-ins from the get go. Theyll give their recommendations on Korean staples, while providing lavish service with snacks and drinks. Singing here is the as close as it gets to an authentic karaoke experience in the South Bay.
The rooms are really nice and new but the karaoke system is stupid we couldnt figure out how to queue songs and had to wait until every song finished to select the next one.Their English selection was also very limited and old. So it was a bit disappointing and hard to find songs.
