Duragi Hotels Ltd. - in Yola, Nigeria
They have to touch of royalty
Duragi is a nice hotel located in a safe and lively location. Trust me, one of the best in Yola. I loved my stay there in Yola. The staff are very courteous. I was there to facilitate a training for some days. The rooms were OK but a bit old. My table collapsed but that was just it. My fridge though wasnt working but I never complained anyway because i had no need for it. One thing I loved is the rooms and toilets were always clean.About their food, I would recommend they have variety in their food as I got tired with eating same thing over and over again(yam, fried rice, yam, yam, chips😩).They have a swimming pool and a pool bar. Their bar always serves very chilled drinks. I loved that about them.💯 I also loved the peppered beef I ordered from the kitchen whenever I sat at the bar. It was my highlight and the best of it all, it was very affordable. 😉 The pigeon was terrible though as they fry theirs instead of roasting. 🤢 They also have "ise ewu" though I never had the opportunity to taste it.The bar is not a good place to do Solo as a lady though as alot of men kept sending for me thinking I was hookup or something and I found that very disrespectful. Other that that, I loved hanging out their every evening. ❤️ 😍Just outside the hotel as you step out there is a mini mart, a place they sell "suya" and also another where they sell burger, meatier, doughnuts etc. There are restaurants around, pharmacy, POS post etc. It is always lively even at night. Also immedietely you get out of the hotel, right infront of the gate, you can get a keke(tricycle which is the easiest mode of transport in Yola if you want to go anywhere.Above all, I enjoyed my stay there and would love to visit again sometime soon. I recommend! 👍
Its wonderful place to visit
It’s old but quite spacey and a good proximity to the roadThe staff are courteous and the rooms as well as the environment are clean
Nice rooms and premises
Its convenient being close to main roads and at the center of the city
Went there for a drink with friends and we had fun
Pleasant staff. Old rooms but spacy and clean. Kitchen needs to do better with meals.
Good place for holding meetings and conferences.
Good hotels and bar
In one word - topnotch!
Very nice staff and management. Very professionals
Nice and affordable hotel.
The hotel services are ok
Nice outlook with good comfort
The services need to be improve
Affordable place to lodge in.Clean too.Staffs are very courteous and friendly
Nice place, u will love it
Very nice place to visit
The hotel is very nice and good with steady power supply
They extremely good
Ok, just well positioned in Yola town, thats it
The place is quite nice
I wish there was a negative rating because that is what this place deserves. Very poor maintenance, epileptic power supply with no generator as back up.
Nice but not much
Cool serene location, very suitable for trainings and conferences, with quite cooperative catering services
Duragi Hotels have good rooms at affordable price with good air condition, good restaurant and a beautiful pool. There waiters have good interpersonal relationship skills
Its getting difficult for the management to maintain standards. The house keepers do not clean the rooms, there are plumbing issues in the bathrooms/toilets. The AC do not cool on its own except with the aid of a working ceiling fan. The current manager, Mr. Ishaku interacts very poorly with clients, he argues when issues of their poor services are bought forward, denies them even when it is so glaring.
The hotel meets any standard of good lodging, comfortable bed, big rooms with every needed facility, constant light, room service, nice food, good environment and good place for hangout, functional intercom, good and secure location.
Clean sheets, affordable rates and centrally located. Services provided by too few staff.
This is a home away from home for guests! Its real a place of hospitality with lots of experience which everyone would like to stay and feel.
Exciting, a nice luxury accommodation with restaurant and bar.A swimming pool for recreational activities.
Nice hotel even though I only went for a training program. Meaning I dont know anything about thier accommodations.
Pretty cleaned, but building interior old school, small bed. But really clean and spacious
It offers great accomodations and has a very good kitchen plus the meals are affordable. There is an outdoor bar and VIP bar where u can watch TV and relax. They have a sizeable hall to host your events with great space for parking, let me not forget to mention the swimming pool...check it out when youre in town
Great hotel but poor services. The meal taste good. Nice isi ewu and pigeon served at Duragi, but poor customer service
Not so great…Rooms not very neat and the shower doesn’t work properly.Power keeps going out.I enjoyed the food though.
Very spacious rooms. Good bar and manageable food. Good power supply. Swimming pool available but cleanliness not certain. Fumigate and eliminate the mosquitoes to get my 5 stars.
This Hotel will never see me again. The manager is rude and he did not even apologise to me when they served me food with hair in it.It is fairly priced, but I would not recommend it at all, seeing that after my complaint we where not allowed to extend our stay.Well it is their loss. Don’t go here you will pickup more than what you are bargaining for. I have photos to proof what I am saying.
A nice and comfortable hotel to stay. A serene environment and has a pool for one to swim and relax during the hot 🔥 Adamawa sunshine.
Its a very nice hotel. My eldest bros wedding reception held there and twas cool 😎
Neat and spacious rooms, their meals are a little over spiced but hello it’s Northern Nigeria 😅It’s a very quiet environment if you are looking towards staying in a quiet place in sokotoHotel staff are a little bit tad and clueless when it comes to service delivery, if you don’t have a lot of patience to spare please find another hotel 🤣
A wonderful experience. A wonderfully organised and neat hotel with classy fittings comprising beds, electrical fittings, tiles, bathrooms and the architectural sense demonstrated in the structures. Also very flexible in their rates showing true sense of hospitality.
Very popular hotel in Yola. Has a small shallow swimming pool, a beautiful garden and a bar where people hang out and relax mostly in the evening. Good hotel services with nice customer relationship. It also has a big hall for trainings and a kitchen that serves as a restaurant
Lovely at the poolside/bar but too many mosquitoes.Rooms and sizeable but needs some paint. No reading table in rooms 🙄.Meals are very affordable but d staff needs lots of training.
Bed sheet wasnt changed in 3 days. Nothing is complementary not even bottle water.Rooms are without extensions to plug devices and you cant request for because the hotel would tell you they dont have.We requested for coconut rice for group lunch. We had rice sprayed with sliced coconut. Well, it was comic relief moments. The staff are quite approachable and generally nice hence the 2 star.
Nothing special to this place. I stay here whenever I am in Yola. Easily one on the most consistently decent hotels in the city. But do not expect stand out service of any sort. It doesnt exist here.Take time to check the rooms first especially the a/c. Some work better than others. You will always need a functional a/c while staying in Yola.
Duragi Hotels Ltd is a place to be. My stay in the Hotel was very interesting. I had a wonderful time all through my stay and I hope to visit again. I want to encourage you to keep the standard. I rated Duragi Hotels Ltd GOOD.
Room is good with work desk and chair. A/C cools well and option of ceiling fan is available. Bathroom has water heater. Restaurant food is affordable but not fantastic. Come prepared with mosquito repellent or spray to keep malaria at bay. Location is 15 minutes from airport and central to other places.
Service leaves much to be desired. One of the most expensive hotels in town but no service to match daily rate. Water stopped running midway through my morning bath. With soap in my eye couldnt get staff to restore water or fetch me water in a bucket. Orders took hours to fill at restaurant and confused staff easily mixed up orders. Horrible experience. Manager said hotel was new so working on staffing issues.
