Dunn Place Car Park in Hobart

Close to the new Sunday markets and plenty of space

A handy car park, good access to Con. dock, Mures, Mawsons Hut and Elizabeth St. Pier. But certainly not cheap... although cheaper than a parking fine in Hobart, where the parking police are as quick as sharks on a saveloy...

Upside is that it works with the EasyPark app, as each spot has its own number. Downside is that it is as expensive as the most expensive parking meter rates. I parked there recently, between 11:33 and 13:40 on a weekday, 2 hours and 7 minutes - cost $11.64. Be aware that Hobarts multi-storey car parks offer the first hour free and are not time-limited to 3 hours, like this is between 8am and 8pm!

A very compicated parking machine situations majority of users have to phone to get right results.

Can be a bit hard to turn around and get out again if its full and many cars are piling in, but its a fab spot to park.

Sadly becoming expensive - but the up side is, there are now lots of spaces available as drivers give Hobart CBD a miss!

Only 3 hour parking, not all day

Small crowded carpark next to TMAG, Tasmanian Museum and Art Gallery.

Close to Constitution dock its really expensive ticket 3P parking ..but you can stay free between 8pm and 8amI camped here NYE no issues ...close to city centre and Hobart waterfront ..

A very convenient location for a car park. It is close to all the major destinations in Hobart CBD.

Veoma lepo

Outside the car park there is a bus stop which is the first of six pick up and drop off points for the Airport Skybus Service. The airport Skybus Service charged $ 19.50 each way from the Airport to Hobart City Centre or $ 37.00 return with a 3 month validity on the return portion - correct as at July 2019.

Easy access to CDB close to waterfront

Good carpark if you do not want to access the wharf area to get food

Parking time maximum 3 hrs. Payment by cash or card. Much easier than the ticket display system previously.

Visitor should always remember the parking is free after 5:30pm

Very to find a parking spot in Hobart for a campervan, glad that this was available.
