Petite boutique à lintérieur de la gare, pour se laisser tenter par un donut avant de rejoindre son quai.Ce sont des Dunkin Donut - large choix, très sucrés, très colorés.

Bin wie immer sehr zufrieden dort gewesen. Große Auswahl an Donuts, Chai Latte war wie immer lecker. Die Verkäuferin war auch sehr nett. Immer wieder einen Besuch wert.

Ive been to this place 3 times already. Meanwhile I like it especially with the order displays where you can put together your order by yourself and pay instantly.The donuts are delicious as everywhere at Dunkin Donuts. Staff is always friendly. Prices are 🇨🇭 prices, hence they are high but as long as the staff is paid fair I dont mind paying higher prices.

Eigentlich bin ich immer gerne zu Dunkin Donuts gegangen, aber seit ich mich als Mitarbeiterin beworben und über einen Monat lang keinerlei Reaktion des Unternehmens erhalten habe, vermeide ich das gesamte Unternehmen. Auf Nachfragen wurde ich vertröstet und kurz darauf begann das Personal, mich konsequent zu ignorieren, wenn ich den Store als Kundin genutzt habe und mich konsequent mit einer anderen Sprache anzureden als der, die ich benutzt habe. Ich bin mehrsprachig und habe dies sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch ausprobiert. Von einer Mitarbeiterin weiss ich, dass diese Englisch besser versteht, aber auch die ignoriert mich inzwischen. Deswegen sind meine Besuche nun auch zu einem Ende gekommen. Bei einem Unternehmen, welches auf diese Art mit Bewerber*innen umgeht, muss man sich nicht wundern, wenn sie über Personalmangel klagen.

Der Preis ist zu hoch dafür, dass die Donuts Palmöl enthalten. Vom Geschmack her ist es auch nichts besonderes. Das Personal ist bemüht freundlich zu sein

Walked in because decided to grab something quick and light to eat during my train ride. I was attracted to the colourful donuts and the many flavours that werent available in my country.The price for a donut was quite shocking though. I still decided to give it a try and ordered something which I had never tried before: the lemon donut.It tasted good and was up to my expectations, though would have hoped it would be a bit more sour and citrusy.

Siamo stati da Dunkin Donuts durante una visita in città a Zurigo.La frittura delle ciambelle contro ogni aspettativa si è rivelata "leggera" il gusto della ciambella non era sovrastato dal gusto di fritto.Abbiamo preso il bombolone dalla nutella e la ciambella al limone, buonissimi, li comprerei volentieri nuovamente!Dallaltra parte, vedendo il servizio, al quanto discutibile a livello di professionalità/rapidità, abbiamo optato per le casse automatiche, così che abbiamo fatto il nostro ordine e pagato in autonomia tramite carta di credito, peccato non si potesse pagare con la Postcard.Al momento del ritiro dellordine non mi aspettavo certo baci e abbracci, ma almeno una "buona giornata" o un "grazie e torni a trovarci".Mi chiedo se non sia il caso di mettere due persone, una alla cassa e una a preparare gli ordini, invece di una il sabato a mezzogiorno...

Hatte gerade einen sehr leckeren, veganen Donut 😋😋😋. Da die Verkäuferin zudem, so freundlich und sympathisch war, habe ich meinen Zug sausen lassen, bin zurück und habe mir noch einen zweiten Donut geholt.🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩

Ich war am 7 Juni 2022 gegen 17:45 - 18:00 Uhr vor Ort. Eine sehr unfreundliche gestresste junge Inderin die perfektes CH Deutsch sprach bediente mich. Hat mir die falschen Donuts eingepackt und zwar die nicht Veganen! Ich als Veganer musste die Donuts Zuhause wegwerfen. Bringt der Mitarbeiterin bei freundlich zu den Kunden zu sein und zuzuhören. War definitiv mein mein letzter Besuch. Schade denn ich hatte mich darauf gefreut. Ich bin nicht empfindlich bei Menschen die ihrer Tätigkeit nachgehen aber sowas geht gar nicht.

We always buy dunkin doughnuts anywhere here in zurich but this afternoon here in hb i feel racism in this store where the salesman told my son not touch the glass for health pusposes then i told my son not to touch while choosing…then after that we wait outside because my wife buy train tickets for us…then when i saw the next customer has a son and hes not just touching the glass but it also leaning while choosing what they want the salesman did not comment….im asian and the next to us is maybe european but i feel not fair to threat my son like that…

Perfect location and service, but didnt enjoy the donut. I took two with macarons and they were too bready and they tasted too sweet. Not the donut I would expect.

Un arrivo alla stazione molto improvviso e pieno di emozioni ci ha portato a dirigerci immediatamente al Dunkin Donuts, ciambelle che attirano molto e azionano gli enzimi nel palato. Abbiamo preso sei ciambelle al costo di 18fr circa, un prezzo fin troppo alto se viene rapportato ad una qualità, quale punta principalmente al aspetto estetico, gusti poco decisi e fin troppo dolce. Servizio gentile che ha anche parlato italiano, purtroppo non è stato altrettanto gentile con il nostro conto risparmio.

Attractive with its offerings. Atleast 16 different donuts to choose. If you are a donut lover then you just want to try each one of it. I tried 6 and 4 of them are delicious.

Making me wait for 4 minutes so that employees can do their administrative work is ridiculous. I paid 50chf for 18 donuts and an employee with an attitude. Nice way to start a morning. 4. October 2018 @ 8:56am

Sehr fein. Nach dem Zuckerschock 😂 alles klar. Nein Spass, sehr feine Donuts. Lohnt sich hinzugehen. Gefüllte oder eben ungefüllte in Hülle und Fülle. Mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Viele verschiedene Füllungen und Deko. Smileys, Herzen und vieles mehr. Süss, fein, süchtig.

Go there often mostly when I go to Zurich to go trainspotting. In general I like it more than Starbucks and it has replaced Starbucks title of "my most favourite coffee and food shop". I love the staff, always nice. I love the donuts and the Drink selection. My favourite is the Vanilla machiato. Granted, they dont offer as many snacks as Starbucks, but starbucks snacks taste a bit bland. Usually I only order A vanilla machiatto in the cold and warm variant, not often any donuts. I really love it, I am glad theres one at Zurich HB.

We were there 10 minutes before 8 pm and all Donuts were emptied. If one cannot get a donut in donut store, why is it open?

So the food was as good as the chain provides- pretty good. However the service at this Dunkin doughnuts is terrible. The employee (a girlis quite rude (been there a few times)- Doesnt say Hi, Doesnt smile, just looks annoyed. These are all things I could let go, if it wasnt that she just gets the order wrong many times. Me and my boyfriend went there, and we ordered a doughnut and drink each. After starting to prepare my drink wrongly, I then correct her. She starts over, this time preparing two drinks for me, plus a doughnut. I repeat my order, and finally she hands me a drink and a doughnut. My boyfriend orders, and she forgets to give him a doughnut. It comes to payment, and with my student card I get a small discount (which I typically dont mind not if they forget, but after this, the fact that she forgot the discount was just the icing on the cake. For none of the mistakes did we get an apology, she just rolled her eyes.

Limited choice

I ordered a coffee with milk (hot and without lactose): it was COLD and the waitress put normal milk WITH lactose although I specified her twice not too... well now I’m bloated.It would have been much easier to just tell me that they did not offer lactose free milk but she lied instead.Also, there were almost no donuts left.

Decent place. Good donuts but very expensive when compared to US prices, makes sense though considering location. I must say I would be very pleased if they had not just a sugar-glazed donut version but also a traditional honey glazed.

He could not care less of a customer comes in or not. He looked annoyed and irritated. 14 chf for 4 donuts 🍩 and rude on top was my last visit .

Bought two donuts which were supposed to have filling but searching for the filling it was like someone had injected the needle but not actually pressed to put any filling in. Very pretty donuts but compared to other places and Dunkin’ Donuts in the US this was very sub standard quality.

Die junge Dame am Tresen war wirklich sehr freundlich (und spricht Schweizerdeutsch, Zürcher Art). Donuts find ich auch sehr gut und frisch.

Although we don’t need another lousy American food chain here, they could at least have real donuts. No glazed old fashioned!?!?

I wish all Dunkin Donuts around America could be that cozy, inviting, so super customer friendly, worthwhile. The store is situated in ZH HB or downtown Zürich main station 2nd level underground, as a DD lover thats the reason why Ill continue to lover DD even more.

Delicious but a bit expensive

Worst dunkin donuts in zürich.The employees are extremely slow and rude. Theyre always on their mobile phones and dont care about their customers.If you have a choice, please go to the one at Bahnhof Oerlikon. Its a lot better.

waited in line for 6 minutes till i got close enough to see that they were compmetely out of several varieties including the one i came for, boston cream. So i left before waiting another 6 minutes to be served.the slowness of the staff makes me think theyre either a.taking the piss b.doing it on purpose because they like the way it looks to have a lineup coming out of the store. one way or the other im over it.I suggest going to Il Baretto just around the corner and getting an Ameretti. Half the cost, twice as good and probably thrice as healthy.and most importantly staff thay puts the customer first and serves you right away!

Expensive but good doughnuts

You have to be joking!!! These are not donuts!!! And for the exorbitant price they are charging, they are not worth the money, and I dont care how they are made or where they come from.... They are bread with a bit of jam and marmalade flavouring in the middle. I dont know what all the fuss is about. I have had better and nicer from coop and micros. What a rip off... Not going back.
