191 Baker St, Marylebone, London NW1 6UY, Bignay Uno
Long-running chain serving signature donuts, breakfast sandwiches & a variety of coffee drinks.
Doughnuts were stale, large iced coffees are full of ice so there is barely anything inside. Explains why they didnt expand in London.
Great stuff! Donuts and coffee are great value for money and its nice to see the chocolate cake donut make its return to the menu. Staff were very patient and kind. My only pet peeve would be the shop was a bit cramped but overall fantastic quality! 👍
The variety of food offered by this restaurant is great! They also value their customers, always making sure that our needsare met and we are happy with the service. Dunkin - 5 stars!
Never had such terrible service in my life. We spent 10 minutes waiting in the empty shop for someone to appear, and when he did he told us service takes 20 minutes so he couldnt do it unless we just wanted donuts, and only if we were "quick about it".
Dunkin - Thank you very much! Apart from the excellent crew and great ambience, the food was absolutely amazing! Definitely one of the best restaurants that we went to in this area.. I highly recommend them!
I LOVE Dunkin Donuts! 😍🍩 There are so many varieties of doughnuts you can choose from! One of the places which I miss from my country as there are so many branches, whereas, this is the only branch I know close by.The chocolate munchkins are the best! 💯 The Halloween varieties are so cool!I hope that one day theyll have the Choco Butternut Munchkins 😋The prices are decent. The place is small so its best to order take out, however, there are 2 or 3 outdoor seating area. The staff are always friendly, helpful and patient.Ill always come back here to get doughnuts again⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Epic!! 👊🏻 They dont mess up my order like Starbucks does a lot of the time so that was a relief. Been here twice this year and will return on my London visits... 👊🏻 Very tasty stuff.
Being from Massachusetts (where Dunkin is fromI was excited about trying this . The donuts were pretty great, better than at home, but the experience ordering and the iced latte were lacking. I speak very plain, non accented English, why did I have to repeat myself multiple times for them to understand my order? As for the latte, size was small even for here, and it was way too sweet.
Miss the taste of New York.
service was not so great, but the donuts were yum😋
Very small location with a very limited selection. Nothing wrong with anything they did offer though. Except they only had the limited run halloween donuts which dont offer any doughnuts my wife enjoys. People were friendly and service was fast.
Nice solution for the kids. Oh yeah not bad donuts too.
Awesome fresh donuts after a cycle around Regents park, a lot of different flavours to choose from.
Very nice and tasty donats....you mustt eat
Not the nicest welcome in town as from the staff goes, but truth be told the cold treatment and the inpatient attitude of the Brits is common knowledge in London.
👍🏻 very good , its only in London
The only branch in London. We took our chance and we were very happy :)Boston Cream!!!!!!!!!!
First time I was ordering the cold brow coffee, it was nice and refreshing.
I love Dunkin donuts, I cant wait to return and eat more
Loved this unique, closet-sized rendition of a U.S. fav! Great to experience the cleverly named donuts that taste exactly like ours! The coffee was delicious and the staff was friendly. Highly recommend everyone check out the cool donut names.
I called to ask if they had cold brew he said Yes and then I asked how much each size is and he said your not funny and hung up on me so I called again and he declined on me !?
Really tasty doughnuts! My sister knew this apparently famous place, but I didnt. But the iced latte was a bit deceiving.
We ordered 2 strawberry lemonades, an apple crumble donut and 4 glazed munchkins. The strawberry lemonade was refreshing. The apple crumble donut didn’t really taste like apple crumble and I wouldn’t order it again. The glazed munchkins were alright. Might try their passion fruit lemonade next time.Downside: there’s no seating/ queuing is outside.
Buying donuts from here is much better than buying it from there branches in Co-op. Donuts here was fresher and tase better. Drinks was good as well and staff was nice.
Id give it a 0 star if I could, this is LONDONS DUNKIN it should be the best, but its not even close, the coffee is very bitter and the caramel fudge frappe was just caramel no fudge in sight, I went to complain about my coffee not taking nice and making me feel sick and they made me feel like the bad guy for complaining, the staff were also very rude in general and the manager apparently doesnt actually work properly, the women serving shouted at the back "can you actually come and do some work please".
The donuts were hard, not soft, not fresh. I cannot believe that I paid so much money for donuts that cannot be even compared to the fresh ones from supermarkets. Never again. To be avoided.
I never knew there was a Dunkin in London! It was a big surprise!! The donuts and coffee were nice and wonderful but not the same as the ones in the USA, but your near enough definitely worth buying something from this Dunkin store!
Really nice iced coffee and affordable also! I wish there were more Dunkin’s in London - doesn’t make sense this is the only one!
The donuts and drinks are very well made would definitely recommend to others and go again. One of the workers Sami is very hospitable and gave good customer service when ordering.
The Easter theme doughnuts werent available so we chose from the remaining which wasnt much. Very busy/popular store. Staff were nice and doughnuts were tasty
I was somewhat shocked by Dunkin Donuts today. I was told I couldnt have my 3 donuts packed in a box and I would need to purchase 6 Donuts to have them packed Im a box. I even offered to pay for the box... when asked why the Donuts couldnt be packed in a box the lady told me "they just cant but you can purchase 6 donuts" I didnt need nor want 6 Donuts so I again expressed that I only wanted 3... I was told I could buy 3 and have them packed in a box but they would charge me for 6 Donuts... I was gobsmacked by this suggestion especially as the lady was unable to explain why she couldnt simply put 3 Donuts into a box- 3 Donuts would have cost around £5 and 6 Donuts were almost £10. I just couldnt comprehend the logic and after speaking to the manager i walked out without any Donuts!
Open more branches and with indoor seating, this cant be the only location in a city like London. I used to live and work in the Middle East before and there is always a Dunkin Donuts closeby. I ordered a coffee and a donut combo today. Unfortunately they ran out of filter coffee at the same time, the Barista improvised offered me an Americano. Well done mate 👌!
No complaints on the food and drink - does what it says on the tin! Only gripe was that I ordered a coffee and about a minute after realised I could get a donut for free in the deal however employee refused saying I didn’t ask at the time of paying…
Have absolutely no idea why there aren’t more Dunkin Donut franchises in The UK let alone London. Great Coffee and the donuts on offer taste fresh all while being priced extremely competitively vs other high st coffee shops. This is an ‘express’ store so not the same size as you might expect from US or European cafes but rest assured you can expect the the same high standard of service and fresh coffee.
Not the biggest shop, however the donuts and coffee are out of this world! It has now become the beginning to a day out in London. Lovely staff adds to the experience, and theres still a great variety of both drinks and food. Well worth a visit
Small, and due to covid restrictions there weren’t any seats indoors but the coffee was lovely :)
If you are in London make sure you make a trip here. The coffee is fabulous and what can I say about the donuts! They are awesome. There is even a little seating area outside. Staff were also really friendly.
Always full display, clean well decoratedFast and prompt serviceI come here nearly every day it’s pleasure
Only one in London for now, but really brilliant coffee and donuts are served here. Definitely recommend, good service too
Dunkin doughnut, well I can say that since the 80’s I already love Dunkin doughnuts! I went here literally near Baker Street station, when you come out from the station you turn right next to the bank and taco bell. The place is small but tables and chairs are available out side and enjoy the sun. What I loved about these doughnuts? They’re not too sweet and the coffee taste great. Top tip, this is near to madame tussauds, sherlock holmes museum and beattles store.
Came here for a quick coffee stop on my way to Baker Street Station. The lady serving us was very kind and was more than happy to give recommendations - I was unsure what to order as I personally prefer sweeter coffees. I got a large iced latte for less than £3, so the portions were also extremely generous. Quick service and creamy coffee. What more could you ask for??? Highly highly recommended 10/10
Good selection of donuts considering the small size of this branch. We usually go there for "munchkins", everything else is too sweet. Customer service here is hit and miss compared to the excellent service you get in America, something for the management to improve perhaps.
The donuts are very delicious but the staff are not so friendly! Also, the place was closed today and the timings are unclear .. the only franchise in UK should be properly managed!
Honestly so good!! I always get them whenever I’m in Amsterdam so to have one in London is great!! They are the best doughnuts my only fault would be to have more variety as there isn’t a lot to choose from.
Im a huge fan of the chain in the US and am thrilled that London finally has a branch. In my opinion they definitely need to expand further as there is only one branch. Donuts are great, as is the coffee, and you can buy bags of the coffee as well so I can enjoy it at home. Theres also a limited selection of merchandise like mugs and reusable cups.
Had the best Latte and doughnuts. Exactly what I was expecting from Dunkin Donuts. No blueberry munchkins though! Shame its so far from where we live but its in a good location to get some to have a nice trip around Regents Park.Come on DD. Expand in the UK!
Unfortunately not many shop of Dunkin Donuts in London so definitely have to pass here in Baker Street to try the donuts I definitely recommend the box of 6 if you wanna share or for 2 people. Nice and very good plus not that expensive for price
A small dunkin Donut Shop with two Tables and couple of chairs Outside. There are No other Options to sit inside As it is really Just a small Shop. The Staff was really nice and The Coffee promptly Made. The Coffee was also quite hot which ist good. The donut was fresh. I was There in The morning.
My favourite Donught Brand is in Londons ! . Still a good selection when visited around 530pm will visit earlier next time for better selection and maybe a new tumbler.... Would have been 5 stars if the young helpful lad behind counter had a friend as service was a tad slow.
I loved this place as its one of the few Dunkin Donuts branches in London and at the time I lived in Harrow I used to go often and have my coffee and donut. Very good quality. The blended coffee is so nice. In summer I recommend the ice coffee.
