Dunkin' in Titusville

I was visiting this particular Duncan for 2 month everyday sometimes 2 and 3 times. I am well traveled and I have been to quite possibly thousands of DD and this one takes the grand prize for worst DD. If I actually wrote on here how bad this place is Id probably get a call from the health department! One time my coffee tasted like strait up sour rag, lol for two days I smelled the cup and tossed it! I can review and share pictures of what I have experienced here. Honestly the place should be shut down and retrained!!!! Hopefully someone does something so we can just have good coffee again!!!!

It unfortunate to see how this store has went downhill. A year ago it was pretty good. Now every order is wrong, food is terrible and the drinks are never made right. Definitely needs new management and trained staff.

The staff are real nice here. Alway on point with my order. This is a top 1% Dunkin’.

This is probably the worst Dunkin I have been to. They never get my order right when I get a donut then always put it in the bag upside down so when I wake it out the frosting is no longer on the donut but on the side of the bag. And the one lady never even speaks to dame she just takes my money and hands me my stuff without even looking or saying a work to me.

I normally don’t buy donuts and as a matter a fact I buy donuts about once every 3 months or so. I happened to be at the bank next door to this Dunkin Donuts and bought a dozen donuts. I asked the young woman behind the counter ,” where is everyone?”. She replied, “ it is always like this”. After I paid for the donuts I see why nobody goes here. These donuts are all STALE if not 1 or 2 day old!!! They obviously do not make donuts here 😕. You can go down the street to another donut shop that has a line out the door every day and those babies are Freshhhhhhhhh. The donuts are literally hours old right out of the fryer. Good bye D.Donuts I won’t be back.

Very nice people, they don’t always get our cream and sugar right. Love Dunkin though so can’t complain too much!

The team in Titusville on Washington is awesome! They are friendly, efficient and a fun group of ladies in the drive thru! Best Dunkin’ on the east coast. Thanks ladies!

The Service here socks, and dont bother working there cause they can fire you based on suspicious activities of pocketing money, which was never told from where. Customers does give tios 3 way. Credit Cards, Tip Jar or directly on the hand of the staff serving the customer. No Manager on scheduled, only the regular staff runs the show in there. No concrete or solid evidence against my daughter. JustBecareful if you work for them. I try getting an attorney and no one help us out not even the local firm.So my Daughter reputation was almost ruined, based on no solid evidence. I left everything in the Almighty God’s hand.

3 times all in one week . After I specifically Reiterated my order I drove away got to my destination opened the bag and the order was totally incorrect again I will not go back to this Dunkin donuts ever again 3 strikes and youre out

Donuts are never fresh theyre always out of something or dont have it in stock and were talking between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. he cant even get a good Donut from this place theyre out of most of their drink selections most of the donuts they dont have Dunkin needs to go back to making donuts on the premises a better donut much fresher

Service was fast but product was bottom of the line . ordered two donuts chocolate covered with white cream inside. they both only had white cream the size of a pea inside. it just shows that there is little to no trainimg or management here. would rather go to one of the independent shops for better product.

Their donuts are really good, but they have holes in them.

Theses people had me waiting 40 minutes for 2 drinks bacon and a egg bite. They only gave me the drinks before I said Im done and left there is no line and 7 people doing nothing. Same thing happend last week. This place is trash now never again. 😒 all the good people there seemed to have left.

Ordered a toasted Bagel with butter. The guy that made the Bagel handed me the bag announcing Bagel with butter. Got to my car- got a toasted Bagel- no butter. Really!? I guess his mind was on something else. Not the first time. I used to go to Dunkin about 5 times a week. Now I might go once every few months. This is why.

Nice place to chill and have a coffee. All cups are Togo paper, no glassware. Limited plugs if you care to plug in. Staff likes to play around a bit. Kitchen music blared and overpowered the Dunkin music and probably wasnt what the franchise owner envisioned for the brand.

Love dunkin donuts over any other. just wish they carried glazed twists.

Order 2 chocolate donuts. Was given 2 in a bag. One upside down. The chocolate icing smeared. No napkin. Donuts were goid. Service. Marginal

Love Dunkins menu, but this location has gone down hill for helpful friendly service. 330pm, only car in line, we were told rudely that the next time we placed "a large order like this, we needed to come inside to order, cause we holdin up the line"...6 drinks and 3 donuts and no line. Never have weve been told to do this in a drive thru and we always order for 6-7 people. We said no thanks, and left. Will visit the one on Garden St only for a while.

I stop ped for breakfast on the fly couple mornings a week theyre always fast friendly and I cant remember ever having a complaint about the garden Street and i-95 exit location

Been here twice. Both times hash browns are soggy AND burnt. My husband asked for iced coffee, light on the creamer, they gave me 95% cream. Doesnt even look like coffee, slight hint if coffee flavor. Defeating the purpose of getting coffee. The line was long and he didnt ask them to fix it because they already had to get him our hash browns they forgot to include in the bag.Will not ever be back. This city needs more places than Sonic that serve breakfast all day thats actually decent.

The worst thing about this location is how rude they are. I’ve been handed my coffee through the window so hard and practically tossed. The employees are so rude. I normally always get an iced coffee and I asked for a straw and they said “ugh do you NEED one?” This store could use a good secret shop from corporate because YIKES.

This has to be the rudest and most unprofessional place ever, I know it doesnt take much to make donuts, bagels and drinks or to ring up items the right way. But these rude people and manager need to learn better customer service specially when your trying to rob or over charge someone and make sure the person doesnt know or wont look at what they got charged....gone to dunkin wayyyyy to many times and got the same things evrytime, 3 bagels and bagel bites with 3 1.5 oz cc on the side and never paid over 15 and this time they wanted to charge me 28 dollars for 3 sides of creac cheese and whwn said something to them they acted like they had no clue how they over charged me that much and disnt want to give me a refund and kepted playing around like they didnt know how to and still aint got a refund but that was the last time im spending any money at dunkin and i normally go once to 3 times a week but got me when they wanted not to refund my money and get rude with me when it was all on them and the manager thats suppose to fix the problem had or acted like she had no clue how to fix it

The Manager Carie is rude, mouthy and makes you feel like your a bother when she is taking your order. She acts like we are an inconvenience because we want to order. Wake up lady its customer service and your skills are beyond poor. . Worst place ever. Very bad managment. Never again will i visit this location.

Bitter, not sweet as usual- could hardly taste fr vanilla in it. Took longer than it should have, also. Wont go back...

Almost every time I get an order from them they are missing something. Terrible experience they need to double check the orders before sending them out. How do you consistently miss a whole sandwich.

My first time visiting this location and I have to say it was one of my worst experiences I have ever had. When I walked in, there was one customer waiting to order. We just both stood there waiting to be attended. All their employees were in the back doing who knows what! Then after a good 15 minute wait an employee came and helped the customer in front of me. Then again waited, another 10 minutes or so, until the same employee came back to help me but instead decided she needed to switch out the cash register drawer. Then another 5 minutes and she came back with a new drawer and Finally! helped me with my order. And mind you, she wasnt very pleasant towards me. She made me feel as if I was bothering her. Never again will I stop here for my donut fix. Ill just go somewhere else. So overall, I do not recommend this location, especially if youre short on time.

Id been told by multiple people dont bother going to this location because the employees are abrupt, rude and not at all customer friendly. Also, the coffee is rarely fresh and they dont pay attention to special requests. Today I found out these things first hand! Extremely unfriendly staff...wont be back.

Ordered online and my hot coffee came iced. Tried calling. The guy who answered informed me that wasnt Dunkins number.

10/10 recommend driving out of your way to go to this location!!! The staff at all the other locations need to be trained here! Staff is always so nice and more importantly my coffee is made the right way every single time I order it!

The service at this location has been terrible lately. A stocky guy with messy reddish curly hair who seems to be there everytime I place my order. He sounds as though he dont like taking drive through orders messes up the order to include and the food is given to me looking like it was taken out of the garbage and put into a bag. The coffee tastes old. Some people have food allergies and food workers need to listen to what customers are asking for not to be given their food looking like a workers attitude and not what they didnt ask for. I always give a nice tip to include. Customer service training doesnt hurt every now and then to freshen up for this can hurt a businesses owners buisness. If you have employees who have the attitude of I am here because its a job your buisness is going to lose everyday faithful customers.

Terry is literally the best dunkin’ employee i’ve ever encountered she ALWAYS makes the best coffee. she should definitely be their designated coffee maker

Placed an order on my mobile app this morning. Showed up 30 minutes later and went to pickup counter, my order not there. No one acknowledged me so I get in line. Tell cashier I had a mobile order. Was told they couldnt fill it because their latte machine was broken, and that my order shouldve been cancelled and to check the app. It was not cancelled. I ordered something different, but wasnt refunded the difference. Was told that when it slowed down the manager could resolve it. I was already late for work at this point so just left after getting my donuts and ice coffee. What is the point of ordering on your phone if you still have to wait in line or maybe they just dont make your order?!

Went here after a hike with a friend, drive thru girl said we were cute. 10/10 would come again. We thought she was cute too. He was just very shy, he went into reverse with car on accident. anyways coffee was very good!

Dunkin is great! I’ve been many times. Never has my order been messed up no matter how complex I make it. I only wish there was one closer to my house 😁😋

Once AGAIN they are out of everything! No French vanilla, no mocho, no hot chocolate etc etc etc! Please please please put new management in this place! Yall could have so much more business if someone ordered the truck on time. This is my last visit here and Im a daily dunkin Donut customer..not this one!

the help there was absolutely excellent. The reason I say this is because I came in to buy donuts for my doctors office I was getting ready to visit and my doctors office had a new building so I wanted to give them something to celebrate their new building. The woman behind the counter was very cordial and very informative and very suggestive. I purchased everything she said because I believe she was right. My doctors office was just thrilled with my arrival of donuts and donut holes. Everyone had a wonderful day and I think dunkin donuts for the whole thing... Honey I dont know your name but thank you very much for everything

Would give zero stars if I could. Dont usually waste my time writing reviews but this place is horrific. I am also contacting Dunkin Donuts Corporate to submit an official complaint. Staff is ARROGANT, food is sub par, coffee was not hot who knows how old it was. Orders always wrong, this is a joke of a DD. Also calling the health Department for an inspection, dirty.

Waited 30 minutes in line with only 2 cars in line, 15 mins per car - really? Asked for a plain bagel, no plain bagels. Ordered a Bacon egg and cheese on a Cinnamon Raisin bagel with no cheese, came with cheese. Asked for a vanilla donut with no sprinkles, came with with sprinkles. Asked for a medium coffee with cream and sugar, came with no cream. Why bother taking my order just give me what you feel like. Gave this location 3 tries and finally giving up. Manager should be fired.

The workers were clueless. I waited until after 2pm to try their special. They argued with me and then over charged me for both of our drinks. One coffee was good the other, not so much. I paid over $7 when both drinks shouldve been $2. NEVER AGAIN.

Ive never seen a Dunkin Donuts sell Bagels that look look like a round string bean? Thats a bagel?

What I don’t understand is why one does not take pride in their work.

We went in at one on a Saturday and were told that they were out of bacon, cold brew, and only had one apple fritter left (were trying to order two). We adjusted our order to adapt and paid. One drink came out within a minute, then the wait was on. We got one sandwich about five minutes later. At that point we reminded them that we also ordered donuts and another coffee and asked for a knife. We were told they didnt have knives. We asked another staff member and they gave us one. When we started eating the sandwich...there was bacon on it. We had to remind them that we still didnt get hash browns and when we ate those, they were frozen in the middle. Not a good experience.

I love Dunkin Donuts coffee, and love their Bagels, toasted with cream cheese. Very tasty! But, as usual, when youre ordering any of the specials, like flavored frozen coffee drinks? FYI* The prices can get a little higher than expected. But that still doesnt stop me. Lol. They are so delicious!

Employees are always good but the coffee is always so inconsistent! How do you mess up a mocha iced coffee?! Every single time I go it’s different. Sometimes they taste okay but ALOT of the time they are horrible. Crazy as it sounds I can tell if it is going to be good by the color of it! lol. I ordered one this morning and literally had to dump it out, it was that bad!

I am a Dunkin donuts fan. Not alot to make an experience bad for me. But when i dont get the simple things like a straw or any meat on my sandwich it becomes bad for me. Drive thur did move quickly. But the one coffee i ordered wasnt correct. Lucky my second one was black. But my sandwich looked pretty pathetic.
