Dunkin' in Euless

Sat 0830. I am at elevated risk for covid. Friendly server who gave me my order did not have nose covered with mask. This is against state mandate. Mouth was covered which would indicate she does not have a medical exemption. This is a serious issue. Please correct immediately.Sat 0844am. Black male employee not wearing mask properly. Unacceptable. Covid is still real and this behavior does not help.If your lobby is closed please disable your third party delivery apps. I went in to the store to get a couple donuts today, and the service was horrible it took them 5 minutes to even acknowledge I was there. I placed my order and the staff went back to talking to each other. It took them 15 minutes to get me 3 donuts that were there on shelf. They simply just forgot my order even existed even though it was not busy. I will not be coming back.

We had horrible service and the staff laughed at us at the drive thru

First off the staff was extremely rude, the entire staff.They got our order wrong twice and then had an attitude about it when we took it back.The line was terrible and so is their coffee.The staff needs better training.

So they said they are short on staff, they will not open the door although its their work hours!! We called they told us to get to the window and then said they cant give us our order because we dont came with a car!!!

Absolutely unprofessional crew. Was there Sunday around noon and the line cook (glasses, dreadlockswas loudly cussing and yelling that she wasnt remaking anything. The lobby was completely full of people waiting on late orders. The girl making the drinks kept stopping to take more orders. Not only was she unable to focus on one thing at a time, she had ZERO sense of urgency. Moving at the speed of smell. (Wonder why they were so backed upI also deliver from this location and they are often understaffed and confused.Go to the Shipleys down the street. This place is an absolute joke.

So I did once like this place until they hired some workers that I don’t agree with making my drinks. Another reason why I will not be going back to this location is the price on the advertising is the price I would pay. If your advertising is expired take it down. Honor what the advertising says or ✌🏾

Id avoid this one for now. The lobby is closed so its impossible to figure out whats going on. Long, inescapable drive through (wait time at least 10+ before ordering, good luck with online ordersand they have no idea what a chocolate Long John or bar donut is when asking about their available selection. At least the coffee was pretty good.

Very poor service. Ordered three times from this store and I got wrong latte and food all the time. Very unhygienic store I saw cleaning spray sitting next to order pick up food. Very dangerous.

Long wait time . Employee quit during morning rush .. I definitely think the lady in charge was the reason . Smh treat your employees right you would not have this problem.

Just waited 20 minutes in line and was told “one moment” when it was finally my turn. Okay fine normal, ten minutes passed by and I said “hello” she tried to make us wait longer. Someone else came to help (bless her loland when we got to the window the lady did not apologize or acknowledge our 30 minute wait and one of our drinks were not filled up all the way. The drinks tasted fine but haven’t had that bad of service in a hot minute from my beloved Dunkin. Won’t be returning to this location. Also no we couldn’t get out of the line as it was a one way blocked in drive thru😭

Decent place. They keep forgetting to put the espresso shots in my iced latte though. But the manager is very helpful and fixes it.

I visit this dunkin’ donuts location often as it is close to my house. I never had any issues with it until today. Upon receiving my coffee order, I noticed there was a long strand of hair inside of my drink. I was grossed out to see it. I asked the manager if I could have a remake of my drink and before I could finish my sentence, the manager was very rude & interrupted me. He repeatedly said no before I had the chance to explain to him about the issue with my drink. When I did get to finally address the hair in my coffee, manager looked annoyed & stated that it was my own hair that was in the coffee. Manager did not apologize to me or seem sympathetic. He was rude and was accusing of his customers. I suggest others to not buy from here.

All I can say is don’t come on Sundays especially if you’re in a rush. They are veryyyyyyy slow on this day. I’ve been in like now 15min.

Fast service, clean location and my ice coffee with mocha was made to perfect.

It was the first time that I ventured in there although theyve been here for a few years now. We had a nice after dinner goodie. I had the very berry strawberry ice cream cone while my date had the classic rocky road. Yummy 😋

This place is dysfunctional. A manager type belittling the other staff. No one seems to know what’s going on? Too many people behind the counter which seems to be over staffed. I’ll pass. I’m not a Dunkin’ person and this helped me not want to be.

Today I received a old apple juice, it was brown! I called to tell the manager Kayla she just said they just changed out the drinks today. Just left. There was one person in front of me, and one behind me. I mobile ordered so i had already paid. Waited for about 15 minutes before I was even acknowledged, even though I was in the drive-through. Once they had accepted my mobile order, I waited in line for another 10 to 15 minutes even though there was literally only one person in front of me. Once arriving at the window, they had a different order and tried to charge me. Never going back.Updated. Just started drinking it and found out there was a bug in it. Literally didnt open the drink yet and its in there😑😑

waiting for more than 10 min, for bacon , egg and cheese croissant. horrible service, the staff are arguing with each other infront of customers. Needs a new Manager in charger to teach them costumer mannerism. lines are backed up. everyone stressing each other out, bad work environment.

I mean you can buy Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins ice cream in the same store. I cant think of any reason to be mad about that. That was a great idea. 😊

They have the best sour cream donuts! Amazing location with lots of cool stuff around it to do!

line inside and out with 2 employees in the store that cant handle both, they were helping the drive thru and not the people inside, dont open the store if you cant handle both, no managers to be found in control either

The customer service and the quality of the products are awesome. As we are vegetarian so we asked for eggless icecreams and sandwiches. Although there were many options for icecreams, but only 3 options for sandwiches, as eggless. However, the icecreams were delicious and the sandwiches were good as well. Thank you!!!

The staff is sooo nice. But, they are always out of something!The drive thru line is generally long and slow and unfortunately the only option for mobile pick up.

Went there 4/3/22. Ordered from inside. The poor cashier doing everything possible to maintain her cool as the lobby was full of degenerates! These kids were obnoxiously loud. The food the was awesome. She was awesome! Yes! I do tip. ...and yes! I handed it directly to her. Mgmnt needs to step up their game!

Euless location… ordered a drink they advertised and was on their sign… they didn’t have that flavor. Ordered a donut… they didn’t have that. Are you not a donut store? Boo hiss

Good place to grab a coffee. Just hit or miss when they have the dinning area open. Early morning sometime it’s been drive through only and the line gets long. I do mobile orders so it would be nice to just grab and go when there is a long line in the drive through. Afternoon sometimes also but I think it mainly to keep the school kids out.

The first thing I noticed was that there were no name tags for the ice cream on display. When I asked what kind of ice cream the response I received was, "Im not sure." Asked for a banana split, no bananas. Asked for the frozen yogurt and added the hot fudge, I was told there was no fudge. I left and went to Brawms and received first class service in a well run shop and walked out with a banana split. Next time, I will drive the extra mile to get quality.

Staff is not very welcoming and my online order was incorrect. I ordered a Match latte with Oatmilk which includes an extra charge. They were out and I did not receive a credit on the upcharge. I had to settle for regular milk. We had to return Saturday for the correct donuts but still didnt receive a credit

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This THE worst Dunkin I have ever been too and took another chance and ordered through Door Dash who had to contact me at the store because they had no croissants-how is that possible other than poor management I will never, ever attempt to eat hear

The place was full of chaos I ordered two scoops of ice cream in a cup. And a small smoothie . The smoothie was not blended correctly . The cup was overfilled so it made a mess in the car was very chunky with ice cubes.. The lady that seemed to be in charge was shouting announcements out that the other workers somehow messed up by giving out some sort of coffee shots . She told them all very loudly in front of other customers and all . She told them that they better find a way to pay ten dollars out of tips . She was very rude loud and obnoxious . My girlfriend became overwhelmed and had to go to the car . Meanwhile I stood around for a good ten minutes before I was able to pay and exit the place . It was a horrible experience . What should have been a nice day for ice cream was ruined by an established restaurant thats not being correctly established .

I visited this location twice, last Monday and the Monday before. I received my food cold and hard. Not fresh at all! So confused because it was 6:40AM. I was so disappointed and sent my food back just to get lied to about fresh, hot food. Got the same thing. I WONT BE BACK!

First time visiting Texas going on a road trip to El Paso, so I stop by at this location. Okay first off let me explain I am from NY and I like my protein. I ordered a double protein and cheese on a plain bagel. They Didn’t tell me they don’t have one of the proteins at the drive thru mic so at the window they repeated my order and I said no I want this and they gave me an attitude and looked at me weird because I asked for double protein. Okay and!! Just make it the way I asked is that so hard? (I didn’t say that because I have manners). Then my friend who last minute ordered a drink which okay it’s his fault but still he said it politely if they didn’t mind can they make it. So now another employee starts freaking out because it was ordered at the window. Then the lady at the window started to tell us that it’s the time of the day where it’s busy and a lot of things happening so this is why you order it at the mic -_- okay that’s not something you tell your customers. Overall not a fan of the customer service here.

The ladies here are always so nice when I come and make the coffee perfect! Decided to try a different location this morning (NEVER AGAIN 🙄and they got my coffee order wrong 2x (2large caramel iced coffees w/cream and sugar, easy iceso I came here seeing if they could just add what was missing and they gave me while new coffees and apologized for the other locations mistakes. Absolutely love this place! The croissants are delicious, highly recommend for the breakfast sandwiches. Love the variety of coffees & teas. We always order through Uber Eats and the togo packaging is always nicely done.

I went to this location at 8:50 pm on 11/4/21 and the doors were locked which was fine….there was a young lady moping the floor. I asked if they were closed and she said no and directed me to the drive through. When I drove up to the drive through I was told that they were closed due to being short staffed and to come back tomorrow. Highly disappointed…..why put me through all that if you just want to close early. The sad part is I just wanted one of the prepackaged quarts of ice cream.

I had a free birthday coffee loaded in my mobile app. For some reason, even though you could clearly see the free birthday drink in the app, it kept popping up a jumbled mess. That is annoying, but the main issue is that the employees didnt give a flip. Their attitude was "tough s&$%" lady. They could see with their own eyes that I had a free coffee coming, and it wasnt my fault that the app didnt work. They could have easily just given me the coffee, but they didnt care enough to be bothered. Thanks for nothing. You lost a REALLY good customer over your uncaring and mean attitude. Dunkin Management: do you care?

Normally this location is good, but this morning I went and they did not make our drinks properly. I ordered a frozen hot chocolate, and it was so bland. Normally it’s chocolatey with whipped cream and chocolate syrup and it had absolutely none of that. It basically tasted like frozen milk. My husband tasted it and he agreed. I know they were busy but they didn’t even try to make it the right way. I asked if it had been made correctly and a man that I guess was a manager told me it was correct and just looked at me without saying anything else. Very strange experience. I ended up driving to the other location in Hurst and it was much better. Quicker service and they made the drinks correctly.

We love this location. The service is fast, the employees are friendly, and the drinks taste mostly how you expect them to taste. Every time we have ever been to a Dunkin, the drinks always taste different, not in a bad way, its a fun game to see how sweet its going to be this time.The other locations anywhere close to here have all proven they are not worth my time or money, but this location keeps us coming back, even though it a pretty good drive for us.

Workers were so cheerful and went out of the way to make our experience memorable. They brought out animal headbands for our kids and let them taste test a special ice cream treat for free! So nice to have employees notice and take special care of their customers!

Not toasted avocado toast, cold croissant, unsweetened coffee when specified stevia, hazelnut flavor non existent. Worst experience never coming here again

Absolutely would never eat here again, because of the way their employees treat customers. Lying, saying they don’t serve the total menu when you know that isn’t true, and they ALSO know it isn’t true. Corporate was contacted, and someone will be reaching out shortly.

BURNT English muffin, they were out of glazed donuts so based off other reviews I guess its no surprise they were out of it. I was far away by the time I noticed my muffins were burnt, so I still ate my sandwich and had to deal with the burnt after taste. Cant wait to get home and brush this taste out of my mouth.

Great DD, I’ve never had any issues here, friendly staff for the most part. Specialty coffee, cookies and cream is amazing! Definitely give it a try!

Well..the pictures speak for themselves as far as the bagel goes. A bunch of other little issues that happened here. Bathrooms both out of order, no strawberry cream cheese, didn’t give me water I asked for and gave me the wrong kind of munchkins. The only thing else that could possibly be messed up is how much I got charged, but unfortunately I threw out my receipt so I couldn’t double check that.

Warm, friendly service and good donuts. We were greeted warmly and got what we ordered quickly. Place is colorful and comfortable. This is a combo Dunkin donuts and Baskin Robbins ice cream. Drive-Thru service is available. Free med coffee promo. Free Wifi. Nice place.
