I absolutely looooove Dunkin Donuts. But maaaan, there is absolutely no reason for them to be as slow as they are. And they are only getting 3 stars, because their products are delicious. But they take entirely tookooooooo loooooooooong.
There are like 6 people working, instead of working they are laughing, playing on their phones while Im here waiting for my order. Plus they gave me the wrong order. I asked for a hot capuchino and they gave me cold one 🙄
I had a uber delivery from here. I walked in and it was like a ghostwn. After about five min I became a bit concerned tbh. So I yelled "hello" a few times... still nothing.... ok so let me give you a better visual image.... there were clear signs that moments before I came in the store there had to be people inside, with that being said it was messy and there was trash on the counter. So I was apprehensive to go into the hallway leading to the back. I was imagining something off of a scary movie at this point. I am still and at this point yelling hello???? Finally I had walked all the wa the back to see a guy nonchalantly spraying off something. Clearly his job was not his top priority NOT to mention he apparently was fearless. After getting his attention after all of that ish it I was not surprised yet just confused but the donuts the customer had requested they only had like 3 of the donuts that the customer placed the order for. Bottom line it was creepy and Most importantly the employee never apologized. The uber customer was understanding and kind so I guess that was a silver lining. There are other dunkins that are much better managed around greenville lol

This doesn’t make sense. How do you charge $1.99 for a donut when the menu is showing that it should only be priced at $1.59? If you ask the cashier the only answer is that’s the price that comes up, we don’t set the price. Well who is responsible for the pricing and why does it look as if each store charges whatever they want? I can see why people would rather get their donuts at Krispy Kreme instead. Maybe that’s where I need to go next time. Not a fan today Dunkin’ !!
Coffee is good but they never have all of the donut flavors. Two days in a row they haven’t had any of the donuts I ordered, not even the backup options I picked.
I recently went to get the new pumpkin spice cold brew earlier today and it was amazing and perfect so I stop by 1 last time and ordered the PSL instead but with no ice because I didn’t want it to get watered down throughout work.I received my coffee and not only did it have ice the ladies working the window were talking bad about a customer behind me and all he did was order a coffee too. I sit down at my desk and drink the coffee and SPIT IT OUT. I could get diabetes for how badly they made this coffee. I’ve had ALOT of PSL in my time and this has got to be the worst. I’m not talking bad on the store just the night shift that work 8/18/22 8:52pm
Most New Yorkers are partial to DD like myself. Good Coffee and a blueberry cake donut is just living my best life!😆
As soon as I saw an employee drink from a cup of an ice coffee drink in the drive thru area, I should have driven away. But silly me stayed. And for that I paid dearly.Extremely Poor Service with No manners.Food poorly made. Burnt in some areas undercooked in others.No sweetener add to my drink or put on the side.Munchkins put in the carryout bag not in a box. Yes, loose munchkins rolling around in the bottom of the bag. And the half opened box put in the bag. I guess so I could package it up myself.5 ppl in the drive thru and not one person cared and gave good service. Disgusting. Never going there again.
Donuts and and muffin were good but it always takes forever. Very slow moving
Come here almost everyday for the iced matcha tea latte. I always get it with oatmilk because I have a bad allergy to dairy. I always order through the app so there’s no room for miscommunication. This morning I ordered a iced matcha tea latte with oatmilk and liquid cane sugar. When they handed it to me it looked white with a slight green tint. I just thought okay whatever. Then I drank it and it was straight up a cup of whole milk with a tiny (to where you wouldn’t know there was any in there if it didn’t have a green tintamount of matcha. Zero liquid cane sugar, almost no matcha, and whole milk which I’m unable to drink without getting sick. So I basically paid $6 for a large cup of whole milk. Ridiculous.
Drive thru staff were very rude. I ordered a caramel craze iced signature latte, and a sourdough grilled cheese. Then she asks me if I want a sourdough or a grilled cheese??? What? It’s a grilled cheese with sourdough bread.. i had 2 separate orders and she couldn’t add a hash brown to my order because she closed it all ready so then we say make a third order. Then we proceed to the window where she hands me my drink and it’s straight milk so I say I need a remake. She takes my drink and stares at it for a good 20-30 seconds and says it tastes like milk like whatttt?? I didn’t see you question the woman in front of us when she gave u her drink back. Genuinely confused on why it’s that difficult. Then tells me she can’t give us the extra hash brown because you can’t have 3 orders per car? Okay why was that not said when we ordered it?? I just pulled around and got my money back inside while a whole crowd of employees decided to watch instead of idk maybe reading the menu so the next time a customer orders a sourdough grilled cheese they know what it is or maybe they could learn how to make a drink without 85 percent of it being milk.
Last 3 times I’ve been on this side of town I sit at the drive through line and not even move an inch. I wait 15-20 minutes and the line does not move forward. I’ve just avoided this location at this point and drive to the one on Arlington. Worth the drive.
gross. i understand morning rushes can be extremely difficult for DD staff. this does not mean that they can get away with not cleaning certain areas. a fine example of this would be the sandwich station. absolutely disgusting to see how messy it was, and how it properly wasn’t being cleaned. there was also a nasty film on the floor, leaving the bottoms of my friend and i’s shoes sticky. i usually am not too picky on terms of cleanliness as long as a location has a high enough rating to meet my standards. obviously, i was clearly gullible to choose eating at this location.
Usually pretty good but Ive spent 30 minutes in the drive through line plenty of times. And their food safety rating is a 90. 😬
The staff need training on effective time management skills. Some employees seem to not want to do certain things, but work the register. I think multitasking should definitely be a concept for the employees here. To keep the line inside and outside down and ran smooth. Communication is a big thing too. Everyone seem to be every where.But drinks and food is good.Time management and communication needs to be a key point.
Fast and friendly as usual. I got the hot caramel latte which I didnt feel was worth it. But it was good and sweet. But the sandwich was to die for. I think it was called sweet Maple bacon and egg. I had it on a bagel. Definitely getting it again.
Line was backed up, the girl tha worked there, wish I had of caught her name, came out to the line and was taking orders. Had no idea what I wanted just wanted some coffee and something to eat. So she starts asking me what Id like. Hot or cold, sweet, strong, flavors , peppermint mocha ? Just giving me everything they had then she said and food ? I wanted some kind of croissant they had. She orders something off for me no idea what. But when i tell you I got my order and it was the best thing Ive had from dunkins in a while. GIRL! Whoever you were. Bless you sweet child ❤
Terrible service. They gave us unnecessary amount of attitude and kept rushing us at the drive thru, they asked us what our order was because they forgot what it was and didnt make it. Sat at the window for an extra 10 minutes and all we got was basically like 10 pumps of caramel sweetener, couldnt even finish it because of how sweet it was.
The food here is sooo delicious! The staff here are beyond nice! I love coming here! My fave are the Grilled Cheese on Sourdough, Egg & Cheese Croissant, and the Apple Cranberry Refresher! Delicious! 😋
On a road trip needed some fuel to kick off the morning, stopped too satisfy my hunger with breakfast and a hot beverage but could not resist a donut snack for later oh my journey Im back towards home. Yummy Yummy!
The food and ice coffees were great ! But the one of the employees out of the 2 that were there wasnt very nice . My son n I specifically went to this one bc the other one in greenville said no dine in but this one said we cud dine in and the front door was open n they didnt tell us we cudnt come inside to order. So we went in n waited forever for out order to be taken which I understand if the drive threw was busy but nobody said we will b wit u in a minute or anything untill we stood there for 10 minutes. Then our order got taken and I had my son wait in the pick side while I used the rest room and tht one employee proceeded to say I dont kno why they are in here cant they read! Then we got our food n i sent my son out to the car bc we were waiting for our coffees for quite a while by this point. I watched as tht one employee who wasnt doing anything igrone the fact that she needed to make the drinks bc the other one was busy making food. But she didnt help at all wasnt friendly at all . Took 20 minutes just to receive 2 ice coffees. Normally if ur not allowed inside they say something the second u walk in like u cnt come inside u have to go threw the drive threw . Very rude n Inconsiderate .
Kids were a little disappointed when we ordered spider donuts and they just threw them all in a bag. Heres the result. Not a lot of pride or care for their work this afternoon
Can’t say I’ve ever had a good experience at this location. EXCEPT the past couple of times, a worker by the name of Aslee has really saved this place. Outstanding customer service, I would even go as far as saying he deserves a raise! Thank you, Aslee!
Today they were perfect! Granted some days Ive been in the past it seemed like no one knew how to make coffee. But I normally have a good experience. "America runs on Dunkin"
Genuinely shocked this place is still in business. They run out of bagels daily, none of the employees look like they want to be there and the customer service is abysmal. I sat at the order screen for nearly 10 minutes with not a single car in line before finally being greeted. Placed my order, drove up to the window to find I had been talking to the manager all along and that half my order could not be fulfilled because they were out of everything. No apology. No attempt to help or remedy. Nothing. If the manager has no idea wth is going on in her store, who does?
This Dunkin Donuts is by far the worse on the planet. The service sucks and I really think the employees has some sort of mental disability. They are unorganized, slow and never have what u want or ask for. I think they are only capable of making sweet teas because they are easy. It be 20 people at drive thru yet and still the line is always backed up. Dont go in the store you will be there for 30 mins tops. Everyone just running around looking at you tryin to figure out what to do next. Nobody knows how to take orders, make orders or nothing. They havent been trained properly and it shows drastically. This store needs help from top to bottom. I will never go here again.. I will take that unnecessary drive for better coffee and service.
Ive never had a bad experience at this location. The employees have always been kind and service has always been great. I just wanted to shout out one of the employees (he may be a manager?). Tyler, thank you so much for your random act of kindness! I forgot my debit card and after a declined transaction with another card, Tyler insisted he would pay for my order. I know that may seem small to some but the gesture was big and says a lot about his character.
Wow. I’ve been to some awful locations for Dunkin’ but this one takes the cake. The costumer service is absolutely awful, they are all rude and couldn’t care less about your coffee or anything else. My most recent encounter with them was a you lady who it took 3 times to understand my order and still didn’t have it correct at the window. Which resulted in her getting who I assume to be her rude seemingly homophobic manager who I’ve had unpleasant encounters with before (when she couldn’t do anything but glare at me and my boyfriendat the drive thru window. My best suggestion spend the extra buck and go to a different coffee shop where the are respectful and actually care about their job and how they treat other people who just want coffee and a pleasant encounter with another human being.
literally so slow. three cars ahead of me and have been here since 3:15. not to mention i can’t go inside to get my mobile order so i have no choice but to wait. Also, who starts off with “welcome to Dunkin” in the WORST tone ever. Then when i pull up to the window, I told them my name at the window, then they had to ask again, gave me the wrong order so while waiting for my food, you had the entire staff full blown arguing and I could literally see my food but because they couldn’t stop arguing I waited what felt like forever and then making the people behind me wait too. Absolutely unprofessional and I will be calling corporate on your manager because they should be controlling their staff members & providing quality customer service.
Had to go though drive thru twice because they refused to add 2 Sweet teas that I forgot to order at the window. Never have I had a place of business refuse to add something at the window. They could have made the teas faster than the 3 people who came to window to tell me no. Then the wraps where so hard my kids could hardly eat them. Unbelievable survive will not go back.
We had awesome service today at the Fire Tower location in Greenville, NC! Melvin gave us outstanding service and went above and beyond to make sure our order was taken care of even though he was finished working his shift. Thank you Melvin for excellent customer service!
No indoor pickup. The drive thru line took 30 minutes. Slow and dont care. It looks they go slow so people will give up and leave!! Come on. Its ready made coffee and ready made doughnuts!!!! Worst Dunkin ever!
Come here all the time. I’m used to the long drive thru wait but I got the wrong coffee today and when I called they said they’d be right out with a new one. I waited 10 minutes until I finally went inside. Some woman snapped that the inside is closed (obviouslyand I waited to get my coffee while she just gossiped right in front of me. Neither she or her friends were wearing a mask either. Very unprofessional, but the girl who remade my coffee was very nice and fast.
Slow. Staff very un professional, some employees not wearing masks, rest not wearing them properly. After waiting 17 minutes in line, still waited 5 more for cold donuts to be boxed. 24 filled donuts- cold- 0 napkins.Good morning is always a good way to greet folks if you didnt know...Comes off a little better than "your order.. Dunkin doughnuts has really great coffee! however, the staff at this location are always in a bad mood and offer poor customer service. When I got to the window I was not greeted just given a total. Then after the cashier rung me up she gave me the wrong order. I told her that It wasn’t my order then she asked what my name was. I gave her my name but I told her that no one asked for my name and even told her my order.She then closed the window and talked to her coworker about the situation. After a few seconds she opened the window and asked for my name again. Gave her my name again and told her i ordered from the drive thru Then she said oh, I thought you said you ordered online. She clearly didn’t listen to anything I said. She gave me a new total and I asked if the difference would be refunded... she said oh?You already paid?? Mind you it was the same girl that took my payment the first time. While she was ringing me up she was very loudly complaining and bopping her head back and forth about a customer being too loud on her head seat and how he better stop. What a joke!! I get the frustration of work but girl that’s why you have vent sessions AFTER work with your coworkers not in front of customers. I get this might not be their life long career but a good attitude gets you far in life. Weed out the bad employees because it’s a bad representation of your company.
Im gonna start off with the positive. The coffee is amazing, they have the best iced coffee. The food is also decent.Sadly, these dont compare to the bad experience I had recently. Ive only been to this location twice, and I had never been to Dunkin Donuts before this. The first time we went through, the employees seemed quite down on their luck, probably because they had a long day, I understand. The second visit though, our order was completely messed up. Ordered a sandwhich, only had half the ingredients on it! Ordered two packs of bagle minis, only got one, and not even the kind I asked for! Both times the employees seemed to be in a pretty bad mood. Im not sure why there seems to be such a negative vibe, maybe management, maybe employees arent getting paid enough, or maybe theyre extremely stressed. Whatever the reason, I wont be going back to this location, and I hope the best for the employees.
Honestly this Dunkin does not deserve any stars. They never have anything on their menu or can not make it. And even when they do they always get my order wrong the line always moves incredibly slow and the staff is very rude. By far the worst Dunkin i have ever been to !
I am not this type of person. I give grace and I counteract problems with patience. My boyfriend and I placed an order online before 12:00 pm on Saturday September 19. Long line at the drive thru. No curbside or pick up option. Whatever. Not in too big of a hurry. It wasn’t until 12:20 we reached the speaker. Another twenty minutes before we reached the window. To be asked what we ordered. What? You had our order? We ordered it online. We ordered again and waited another ten minutes. It’s now 1:00 to get half of our order. Drinks were okay. Sandwiches fine. We didn’t get our donuts. The main reason we were there! We were told we can’t get a refund because we ordered through the app. Okay sure. Well you can’t call the app support because they’re closed. This is a broken system with no accountability apparently. We can’t even go get our donuts without going through the line because the dining area is closed. I’m not angry with the people working there. It’s just upsetting to spend almost $20, wait for an hour, and not even get what you wanted.
At lunch I ordered 2 small vanilla lattes; one no sugar. When I pulled around and paid I received 2 small iced coffees of some sort. When I said that is not what I ordered, the young lady (who I have not seen here beforeasked me to go through the line again; NOT Happening. I just left with what I received. These were not for myself, but for colleges; they told me they were awful tasting! The young man that normally is at the drive thru in the morning is AMAZING, he needs a raise; I have not had any issues with him. He has great customer service and is always polite.
I just want to thank the girls at DD on Firetower Rd in Greenville NC for their awesome customer service ! Are usually do not go to Dunkin’ Donuts in the morning before work but this morning I did. I put in my order for drive-through pick up and when I arrived I was shocked of how long the line was. I called the store and explain the situation and just ask for my order to be canceled instead of the manager or whomever answered the phone just canceling my order they offered to bring it outside for me because it was already ready. So thankful & my pumpkin coffee was bomb 💣 ! You go girls
Today again I got so very disappointed. Twice in just a couple of days. So this was not just an accident but a pattern how carelessly they do their work. I wont go back to the one on Firetower Rd. And I think they surely dont care. Not only are they less than helpful and dont have a clue of customer service. The second time this week I was handed a large coffee which was full to the rim and the lid was not properly placed on the cup, then she was swinging it into my hand and right over everything cause the lid opened and spilled coffee just about everywhere. For the worker this was just it. No apologies or can I help or napkins, nothing. I had to ask for napkins and could not get any for a while cause they couldnt find any. Then by the time I got napkins the coffee was dried up nasty on the cup. I had to bring this coffee to someone so I couldnt bring it looking like this. So I asked for an extra cup to double-cup it. She couldnt understand this concept either. While I was waiting for this cup I noticed that there was a huge amount of green pollen on that metal table where they reach out to give you your items. Are you kidding me? They dont see this either but have to reach over it 50 times a day. Wow. Nasty store, untalented workers and super unhappy customer who typically is easy to please. But this establishment is on my NO-GO LIST now. Well there are many more Dunkins in town, ha. Lets try one of those.
I ordered through the app and when i arrived i was informed with attitude that they could not make frozen drinks. they did not offer anything in exchange and did not tell me if i could get money back. they all had attitudes and were not pleasant. They dont deserve any stars and i will not be returning due to their horrible attitudes. they are extremely slow and not friendly
Its usaually really good !! Today service very slow workers siting in the lobby! The coffee tasted burnt !!! Got another cup it was nasty too until I added sugar. My first cup had sugar she asked and I told her . eveidentally she was more interested in leaving than her. Customers!!!!
I stopped by to get a particular drink. However, their expresso machine was down. The barista offered to fix something very similar, and it was even better than what I usually get! Everyone was so friendly and made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it!
Twice now they have managed to get my order wrong - first I asked for a iced coffee with almond milk at the drive through, when she handed me a hot coffee I nicely said I wanted this iced I’m sorry & she rolled her eyes. Two minutes later I received a cup full of milked down coffee (with real milk- yes I am lactose intolerant). Next I ordered a veggie egg white omelet on a sesame bagel and they failed to make it correctly... tired of wasting money at this place
One day I went to order me a Hazelnut latte it wasnt flavored enough, another day I wanted a Caramel iced latte and the machine were broken, then today "again" I wanted a Caramel iced latte and I was told that they were out of Caramel. Im beginning to understand/believe that this area in particular have some lazy and unpleasant employees. Glad Baskin Robin is just on the other side of their building where I always get what I craved for and gets a better treatment/service.
Horrible this is the second time that the employees are to busy listening to music on headphones or on their phone texting away. When ordering a large item I’m looking forward to the cup to be filled to the top not three quarter filled.
Update: I’m lowering my review to one star because they decided to clean the machine at 10am and no latte can be made. Seriously, bad timing folks. People want their coffee in the morning and it’s really inconvenient that you are cleaning the machine and we can’t get it.Original review! Ive always had service here that left much to be desired. Usually I go through the drive through and when I get to the window the person opens to the door and just kind of shoves the food out to me without saying a word. It is quickly shut and if I need anything, like napkins, I just sit there waiting. Ive had to knock on the window before to get someones attention. I would rather drive to Starbucks and pay more to get better service. Going through this drive thru in the the morning isnt the greatest way to start your day.
I am writing a new review to reflect changes in the way this location is nowadays. I had previously given it 4 stars as I never experienced more than a few issues. Things have changed unfortunately, and the quality of this location has gone down immensely the last few months. On three separate occasions I have ordered ahead on mobile and they have not filled my order in a span of 15 minutes, two of these times it was because they failed to load their printer for online orders and thus I had to go over and ask them repeatedly what was going on with my order since the place was empty. Today they took my order for iced coffee and then didn’t make it for nearly ten minutes as they served people behind me in line who had, presumably, easier drinks to make. I decided I needed to remove my 4 Star review so I wasn’t misleading potential customers.
