According to google, their place was set to close at 10pm on Thursdays but they told me to leave at 9pm to close, which was stupid. Because I sacrificed a lot to go there and use my laptop until 10pm rather than choosing the closest one that said would close at 9pm🙄
The drive thru service was quick and service was excellent. Ill be going there again today for my hot caramel macchiato.
Staff is always friendly with smiles. Location has a 100 health rating and is spotlessly clean
The customer service here is terrible, I waited in line with no one in front of me for 10 min and never got served.
Got egg bites which was fine, ordered a heated blueberry muffin with melted butter, when I took the muffin out the bag I know it looked weird but bit it and it wasn’t as soft as usual. Shared it with my baby and picked a piece with blueberries in it took a bite and spit it out! The muffin was old, the blueberries tasted bitter as if the muffin had went bad. They barely speak English there and when you express your grievances they seem to have an attitude so there was no point in returning to discuss this issue I just won’t go back.

The food was great. I enjoyed my meal, everything was hot and tasty.
The most inconsistent Dunkin’ Donuts in Georgia. People spend that extra money at Starbucks so their coffee will look exactly the same everyday. Not DD though. Sad, the service has gone down further and further these past years, before Covid. Been going to the place since it opened, new faces constantly. I don’t know, don’t work there but it’s probably lack of training. That’s what equals inconsistency, you train correctly everyone should make the same thing, no?
Went for breakfast and even with 8 cars in front of me I was done in less than 10 minutes. Dare I say Chick-fil-A efficient? Their bacon egg and cheese on a croissant sandwich was great!
Waited a few minutes no one came as I was driving of saw three persons doing everything but helping me it was 538am and the opening time said five! Very disappointed
An absolute awesome experience. Even though the new guy was training & didnt speak much English everything I ordered was right. Very friendly and helpful staff
Whats not to like, they have coffee and icecream. The staff are friendly and everything has been good over the last 3 years Ive been going to this place. I like going to the tucker Duncan better than the place down the road with star in the name.
Customer Service was Excellent The guy who was cleaning the restrooms I observed he had on gloves. The lobby & Parking lot was cleaned. The score was 100% Great Job
I order Frappuccino and it came without the Whip cream and I ask for it the manger told me he will charge me 54 more cent , which it doesn’t make since .

Service was good. The place was clean. Its a little expensive but if you like Dunkin than thats your spot. Ample parking.
Ive only been to this location twice but both times, everyone was very nice. There wasnt a very long line in the drive thru on both mornings I visited.
Beware of ordering food at this location. I ordered a maple bacon croissant sandwich and got 1 piece of bacon split in 3 pieces instead of 3 pieces of bacon. Shameless tactics.
Been coming here before work for months and the food/drinks are always great and the staff is super quick and friendly. I love this location and all of the employees are amazing!
Great attitude...want to please customers, always open....my co-workers loved the doughnuts!! I got a mixed dozen. I also had a hot chocolate and an avocado toast for myself. Total was @ $20.00.
Live down the street and can say, hands down, this is the best Dunkin’ around. Consistently good drinks, and the team is super nice. It’s def been rough for them (and every other businesswith staff shortages and all, so give them a break! Thanks for making our day, every day!
To the lady who takes the drive thru orders, NEXT TIME KEEP THE ATTITUDE!!! It’s 6:30 in the morning and no one wants to hear that early in the morning. If you don’t like your job, find something else!!!
This location also has a Baskin Robbins, which is what I patronized. Service was friendly and overall excellent; the facility was spotless and the ice cream was delicious! What more could you ask for? I highly recommend this restaurant.
Told me my order was canceled when it wasn’t and had me wait 20 extra minutes to even talk to someone to see if they could make my order. Barista who was supposed to help me ignored me, then lied about the order, and when I asked for clarification he said “oh sorry I don’t know about the app”. Waited 35 minutes and left with nothing, was charged and had to call customer service
Went through the drive through on Sunday morning and was given burnt water with cream instead of a coffee. Im not sure if they are trying to save money by not adding coffee to the coffee. It was so bad that I brewed my own coffee once I got home and added the dunkin coffee to cream it.
Worst DD experience in 55 years. No plain cinnamon donuts or donut holes.Given the wrong 2 donuts initially, went back to the drive through window, employee ARGUED with me that the contents were correct, they were not.The replacement 2 donuts were also incorrect. How difficult is it to get a bluberry glazed & a creme filled from full trays of each? In the 8 minutes it took me to discover the error, turn around & go back they could not have sold out.In fact both were available after a SECOND ARGUMENT concerning the replacement bags contents. I didnt leave, checked contents immediately, they are wrong AGAIN.On their THIRD Attempt, I finally received the products I ordered.No apology, no regrets, no remorse, only lies & bluster.I am unaccustomed to contemptuous food service workers berating me, then telling me the wrong products were correct. I KNEW they werent, & so did the sorry excuses for friendly helpful staff.I was appalled. The situation was so ludicrous I couldnt even get angry. The pathetic performance at this DD location defies description. Since when is the customer always wrong?Ill drive further to go to a different location, I sincerely doubt Ill be spending any money withe store # 352613 in future, simply not worth the effort.tl/dr Miserable experience, rude staff, poor service, got order wrong twice, very unsatisfied.The coffee was good, fresh, hot, black & strong.0 stars out of however many
I love my cappuccino blasts, but I surely dont like having someone walk BETWEEN my car and the drive thru window to talk to someone inside. No apology from him for his rudeness (great example for his child that was watchingand no apology from the associate that allowed the exchange to happen. She definitely should have told him to step to the side. AND its Covid and he had no mask on. Inconsiderate and rude!
Worst experience ever. Ordered 2 frozen coffees.. tasted old.. disgusting.. tried to get my money and instead.. gave me 2 more frozen coffees which tasted older and worse than the first 2. The manager was rude and hid from me when I came back. Do not go here.
They got 100 on inspection in Feb 2021. Happy for that BUT my hash browns were still frozen even after being asked to pull up from the drive thru & someone will bring my food out
This location is a hit or miss. Sometimes they get my coffee (iced caramel macchiato with extra caramelperfect and other times not at all, like I just have to throw it away. They do get you through the line very quick. They also ran out of coconut donuts today, it was only 12 pm.
The avocado toast is like baby food pureed avocado with a little bit of everything bagel seasoning on top. The bread wasnt very warm either. We were not a fan. Also since theyve discontinued the beyond sausage well likely not be returning. ☹️
Customer Service needs serious improvement, unnecessary SLOWness. Simple things like paying attention to detail, totally disregarded. Cold Food & not so fresh given out & the beverage wasnt sweet, just Creamer 😤🤦🏽♀️. I dont know what happened with the previous staff, b/c Ive been to this location before & it wasnt bad @ All. This was unacceptable.
Went through the drive through. I bought their really good unsweetened iced tea and one order of avocado toast. The avocado toast is generally quite good, but whomever made my order, only toasted one side of the bread. Not good. Service was good. They need to fix this issue.
Why why why when I come and order my caramel latte after 9pm the expresso machine is clean and cant make my latte,??? If the place closed at 10pm the machine shouldnt been clean before that time. May 6,2021 here I am again, I love my caramel latte but its 9:40pm and machines are clean, so I didnt get my latte. So disappointed.
I pass 2 other Dunkins to come to this one. Xaviers energy is a great morning starter in addition to a cup of Joe. Keep up the good work!! See you tomorrow!
Visited store at 3:34pm. Employee refused to wear a mask. I politely asked him to wear a mask before serving or handling my food and he refused to. He got rude and said are you going to order or not. I said only if you wear a mask. He then said " next customer " and started taking the next persons order. I asked to speak to a manager and he repeated "I am the manager ". We are still in a pandemic and he would not wear a mask. He refused to give me any information on owner or a number to store...he rudely said"google it". This person clearly should not be working in the customer service industry or food. Do not go to this store if you have health concerns.
Everything served is fresh and so good. Their coffee excellent!! I love their bacon with extra bacon croissant bkf sandwich. So light and fluffy (the croissantand (the bacona sweet and savory flavor if I love it, you will like it.
Don’t go to this Dunkin. I placed an order on the app and there wasn’t an option for whipped cream, I pulled up to the window and asked for whipped cream and told the manager the whipped cream option wasn’t on the app. He basically blew me off. I hope he gets fired.
Ive been going to this Dunkin for a couple years. They always do a good job, but today was the BEST BEC Croissant! So whoever made mine at 8:54 am... Thanks! Keep up the good work.
Donuts stale more than fresh. Inconsistent in types available and frosting is always wonky, barely enough to say"frosted donut.". Powder sugar is a foreign concept. Store always dirty. Cant keep employees. Ones who stay are funny, kind, and easy going. 3 men and 1 woman. Managers have all sucked but one white lady. Ice Cream side is as unstocked and dirty as rest of store. Again, the men at night are fun and always friendly. New Donut City in town, so we wont go back here for donuts, ever. Just ice Cream.
Unless you want to be interrupted every two minutes and get something you didnt order, go to a different Dunkin. Staff is quick to curse you out. Corporate doesnt seem to care about how this one is ran. Enter at your own risk.
This is the best Dunkin I have ever been to. They are fast and accurate. Every single one of their employees is nice and friendly and has genuine conversation with you at the window. I visit this Dunkin’ Donuts multiple times a week and have never had a bad experience. I will drive past numerous other Dunkins to go to this one and it’s always worth it!
Nice place. Clean and quick. Lopez was very friendly and helpful and provded great service. There were 2 other employees (man and a womanwith headsets sitting in the dining area that basically did nothing and Lopez was running around fullfulling my order by himself. He had to ask them for help to come in from the dining area to make our drinks while he gets our donuts. They didnt seem happy about having to do their job.
The food and facility is nice. My only issue is I’ve noticed at least two times while in the drive thru that the man at the window is taking my money and operating the cash drawer with his gloves on. Which makes me wonder if he’s handling money AND food with those same gloves. If so, that’s a huge no-no. You can’t prep food and handle money at the same time due to cleanliness concerns.
This was not a good location. They were under staffed and long lines . I ordered a Cappuccino Blast which I always get from the location by my home. This one was just a Vanilla milkshake. No Carmel or coffee either. The young lady that was there was very nice and thats the only reason Im rating this a 1 star. The guy was a bit rude and not attentive. Hes the one made my beverage. I didnt even finish it. I threw it away. I usually dont rate my experiences but this one was so dissappointing I had too.
Went to this location yesterday morning and the girl at the drive thru was very professional and gave great customer service. She told me to pull up because my drink would take a moment. Once she took my drink to me I was surprised and delighted that she upgraded my drink to a larger size for waiting. Will definitely return to this location!
I use to love coming by everyday since its on my way to work, the girls were amazing always greeting me by name and they made GREAT coffee! Now with new management the service is HORRIBLE, the guy at the window always seems pissed at me and they almost never get my order correct (I order Ice Latte the give me Hot Latteand to make it worse the taste is awful!!! I had to start going to starbucks because at least it taste better and they treat me nicely enough.
I hate writing bad reviews but this location of Dunkin is very poorly managed. This morning I walked out for the third time (in 6 monthsdue to long wait lines (after people have ordered). Others are frustrated too. Staff are disorganized and incredibly slow - even if you only order a cup of coffee.
I literally just walked out as I am on the bus now typing. I stood at the counter from 9:21 a.m. till 9:25 a.m. & still was yet greeted by anyone to take my order I just walked out so I wont miss my damn bus so I will have breakfast some where else.Customer Service is bad on just a greet as the two ladies walked by from drive thru & said nothing one lady making a smooth in a white shirt, asked for help and they kept walking in a red shirt short little lady and a younger lady in a brown shirt slim.I transfer buses every morning and the one morning I finally decide to eat Dunkin Donuts for breakfast it sucked because I didnt get to even order it.
