6008 N Illinois St, Fairview Heights, IL 62208, United States, O'Fallon
Long-running chain serving signature donuts, breakfast sandwiches & a variety of coffee drinks.
Lobby is open, but employee rudely told me they only serve people who have mobile orders
Do not waste your time here. Coffee is overpriced. Ordered a large cold brew with creme and sugar after waiting 10-15 minutes in line to the speaker. Took about 2 minutes to even get my order into the speaker. Person was obviously overwhelmed and upset. Was short and to the point, but not rude. Took another 10 minutes to get to the window to pay. Short and to the point, not friendly. Oh well. $6 for a large cold brew thats 75% ice. Waited 30 minutes for large cup of ice with a little bit of coffee in it. Wasnt even mixed. It was a large clump of chocolate with some creme and gritty sugar. Cant order inside anymore to avoid the drive through. Im not getting an app to order online and walk in and wait. How long do you even have to wait to get your coffee if you order online? Not worth the $6 for me. If you have a half hour to wait in line and REALLY like coffee flavored ice and have an extra $6 go right ahead. But for those of you who read this far there is a new drive through place that is opening up down the street and their large iced coffee is going to be about $4 and the one by my work the people arent overwhelmed constantly and actually put coffee in my iced coffee. Hopefully dunkin will be forced to change.
Not sure what is causing it, but this is the second time I’ve been here and they’re sold out of all hot food, all muffins, and when I ask what they do have available it’s “coffee and a few donuts still left”Not sure if it’s due to staffing or what but I wish they would at least put up a sign on the drive through speaker when this happens so I don’t waste my time trying to order.
Love Dunkin’ but the manager here needs some help long wait times and annoyed employees
Waited almost 40 minutes in the drive-thru to get watery burnt coffee.
Busy and short staffed, like every other place you go these days. Out of the two donuts we went there for. Seems like they are always out of Boston Creme....make more!
This Dunkin is a joke, stood at the checkout inside for 10 minutes and nobody would take my order. The person in front of me was there for 15 minutes. Had to go to the drive thru to get my order taken. That took over 30 minutes with only four cars in it. Employees were very rude when taking orders.
How can you ever go wrong with Dunkin Donuts?! A coffeeeek and some Donuts will straighten your morning or your night out if youre planning on staying up! Lol. Great staff, I love this store and the friendly ladies. I love them... I mean I love their service.
We stood there for 10 minutes and even though a person was at the register they did not acknowledge us and was rude when we ask them to take our order.
Terrible experience! Lobby was filthy, employees were rude, both to us and each other, & they were out of most donuts at 9am! We ended up getting a refund because they didnt have the donuts we paid for. We went to Krispy Kreme instead. Disappointed to say the least!
Have never came here before so thought I try it out what a waste went to order the Halloween donuts since I couldnt get them at Krispy Kreme well to my surprise I couldnt get your Halloween donuts either cause you didnt have any made either what a waste of gas
Why have a doughnut shop and be out of inventory and they dont make doughnuts fresh they should just say dunking coffee shop
Friendly service, clean store but donuts were not a winner with us. They tasted horrible the next morning even with coffee
After entering the store, was told by the shift leader that in-store orders are only for app purchases. If I wanted to order without the app, I had to get into car line!. So, I turned around and walked out the door. He told me to "keep walking". I guess he didnt like my silent laughter of not wanting my business. I guess he was trying to get in his verbal punches. Bad attitude, bad service, bad business...
normally this place is incredible but they hired one guy who constantly gets my orders wrong and then yells at me when i ask for them redone. i said i got two large lattes and then he gives me a coffee and a small latte. i gave them back and said i didn’t get this and he said don’t give me attitude and at that point i just wanted to leave. but then this lady who was nice to me gave me my stuff and shushed me when i said “me give you attitude??” and shut the window on me. then they gave me my stuff and forgot my sandwich. i asked for it and the lady got mad at me and said “don’t be mad at me i didn’t do nothing” and finally i got everything. like gosh when did managers compromise quality so they can have workers. they need to seriously fire that one guy. at least my latte was good. when i actually got it
Dunkin donuts let my order go through the app for a dozen donuts when I got there they didnt have a dozen donuts somebody else had not picked those up so I was able to get them they were friendly nice and very helpful
Two weeks ago I drove nearly 20 minutes to get a Baskin Robbins ice cream. I arrived in drive thru and was told the freezers were broken and had no ice cream. This morning I drove 10 minutes in the rain to get donuts, passing two other locations that sold donuts because I wanted Dunkin and coffee. I arrived in drive thru to see a sign that the store was closed for maintenance. You lost a customer today. I wont try again.
It always takes no less than 45 minutes to wait in the drive through. I love Dunkin but not that much
Both google and the sign on their door state that they are open until 10 pm. I went at 7:30 pm and the whole store was closed down, dine-in and drive through.
Their lines always take a long time, but today was exceptionally bad. Wait 40 minutes just to get our order taken, we don’t even get the food we tried to order because “it’s going to be a 15 minute wait, all the stuff is in a cooler and we heat it at the window.” We get to the window after another 15 minutes because they messed up the order of the car in front of us. Instead of mentioning anything about the wait, we get shouted at by a man inside with a very loud “ello” in a poor English accent of some kind? They have us wait a few minutes, hand us three coffees, two of which weren’t in our order. They sat one aside and had to take our order AGAIN, and the coffees they remade us were incorrect and didn’t have whipped cream on the top like we asked for. Go to taste the coffees and they’re foul. Might as well have asked for black coffee, they’re so bad. Another thing; nobody’s wearing uniforms. They’re all wearing slightly disheveled looking clothing and none of them match. Definitely will never be back. I’ts disgusting.
It was super hot outside and I wanted something refreshing to drink, but have never tasted any Duncans refreshers so I asked the lady at the counter what flavor she prefers. She said she liked really liked the mango pineapple refresher, so I chose that one. Let me tell you when I say this lady hooked me up, she hooked me up! It was sooo good! Just remember to ask for two pumps of sweetener in a large This lady was so nice and so friendly to me, and her customer service was on point. I really had a great experience and enjoyed my drink tremendously. Thank you!!! 😊
Best donuts and best coffee. I just got the mango pineapple green tea refresher. It is awesome! I love the ice coffee, too.
Normally, I like coming in and getting a frozen coffee. I usually use the drive thru, but I needed to use the restroom so I went in to order. Mistake on both parts. Restroom was dingy and gross. The sink hasn’t been cleaned in awhile: it’s gray. There was no toilet paper and I managed to scrape some off the roll. I went out to order and had the misfortune of looking behind the counter to see donuts and donut wrappers and garbage strewn all about the floor and it seemed really sketchy/dirty. It’s really sad this is the only one in this area.
After placing a mobile order for two drinks when I arrived to this location the only had one drink. When we were waiting there for the second drink the lady at the window, who was not wearing a name tag, she came back and rudely asked if we had something else. We explained that we had another drink made the exact same way but with a toasted almond instead of toasted coconut. The lady then remarked "Well I didnt make your drink so show me order." We pulled open the order and showed it to her. We had to repeat the order multiple times and she made it seem like we were being an inconvenience to her as she kept slamming the window after coming back multiple times.I felt like her tone of voice was very rude and it felt like you could tell she hated her job and didnt want to be there.
Fast drive thru for coffee and polite employees. Wouldve been 5 stars but its so hard to understand anyone on their speaker system.
Was incredibly dirtySandwich guy gave our order to DT so we waited over 15 mins to get our food. Was charged for sweet black pepper bacon BUT did not get it.
Nearly everything has been sold out or unavailable the last 3 times Ive been in. There were at least 5 employees that I could see, yet took 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me at the counter. I rarely write bad reviews, but this has proved to be a consistent issue.
I love locations with baskin robins attached because then I can get a cappuccino blast. This location either never has the mix or gives so much attitude about making them. Their donuts are always hard also. Ive given many chances but I think today was the last straw
Ive tried this location twice now. The first time, we had to wait in line for 45min and the person taking orders was incredibly rude. I thought it may be a fluke, but went today and the small line took 20+ min and by the time we were at the window, my toddler decided he actually did want a donut. The guy told me they dont add on at the window, but meanwhile there were 2 other people just talking with each other behind him. I have never been to a business that doesnt "add on at the window." Not to be a Karen, but it would have taken less than 30 seconds to grab a single donut. Especially since we had been waiting for so long anyways. Also, the iced coffee tasted like water. I probably will not be trying this coffee spot again unfortunately.
This black lady there she talk pretty and on the slender athletic build she really served me better than anyone at Dunkin Donuts. She fixed my order and made my order better just like it should be sold. I am great full. I got a chance to eat because of her. I wish I would’ve got her name so no one else would take her credit. Amazing Kudos to you girl pray your year and many more years to come be exciting amazing and free with lots of smiles enjoyments and comfort. When I left out of the door at Dunkin Donuts I said I know what you are doing what I meant was you are doing the work of GOD and being on the LORD’s side is the best side to be on. You are doing great works young lady keep up the good works and I pray you a very beautiful vacation to get away from all of these things people do to customers. Then when your back from your exciting beautiful vacation you continue to be amazing!WarmlyThank you. From a customer who was hungry and you served well
The experience at the Fairview Heights Illinois location has the best customer service. Rob the General Manager is great! Some items were not Available, but he was so calm, helpful, and apologetic. He solved our problems with a smile. What a wonderful experience. Kylie was great also with a smile helped the General Manager solve the problem.
We travel all over the United States, and we prefer Dunkin’ over anything. This morning we skipped breakfast at the hotel because we were headed to good ole Dunkin’.Upon ordering, the rude employee behind the counter apparently does not like her job or people in general. So patiently waiting on our dozen donuts, 3 caramel coffee’s and 2 strawberry refreshers, we witnessed more attitude and eye rolling. Got out to the truck and to our surprise the coffee was burnt. Have you ever tasted burnt coffee before? Let’s just say, I would have rather eat the dirt out of the flower bed in front of the store than drink burnt coffee again. That was disappointing, but ok, accidents happen. We open the box of donuts that smell so good. We pass donuts out and I take my first bite, “seriously”. The card board box was fresher than our donuts. My little Frenchie that loves Dunkin’ Donuts didn’t even like them. So not only were we out $40.00, but now we have hungry kids and a hungry Frenchie. Now we get to go spend more money and feed these hangry children. So bottom line is the disappointment we felt at this location. I really hope this isn’t the norm for this location, because if it is, these customers do not know what they are missing out on. We do look forward to eating at more locations hoping for the best.
We absolutely love the evening staff. Weve never had any problems. Hard working young adults doing the best they can to make it a good place to go to again. Before they all took over it was like you were an inconvenience to the workers. Kudos for them for making it way better!
I had an uber eats delivery for a customer that sent me to this location. I parked my car and went inside where I waited for awhile. When I got out th drive thru line was wrapped around the building and I could not get out of my parking spot due to the line of carsThree individuals where having a smoke break in the back of the store just staring and laughing at the line. One was a white male with a red hat, an African American girl, and a white male is a white hoodieI spent almost 30 minutes here for one trip
If its due to understaff or Dunkin across the US have closed their dining rooms. Long waits for the carry out orders and pick up! They were out of large cups for the hot beverages and really bad service. They overfilled my coffee and created a mess in my car as it started leaking.
The winter blend coffee was the most bitter, watered-down coffee Ive ever had. Took 1 sip and dumped it. No communication between the order taker and person handing it orders at the window. Turned what shouldve been a simple and quick mobile order into me repeating myself being held up at the menu board
Ordered A French vanilla cappuccino and two donuts. I donut for perfectly fine but when I opened up my coffee half of it was home and barely 2/3 was coffee. I ordered a medium. Definitely not going back.
This location is always backed up with customers despite despite having about a dozen teenage employees unmasked and wearing no gloves working inside the building. Ive gone on multiple occasions to find them out of donuts, waiting on the one cook to make more. Ive placed a mobile order here only to have to wait up to 45 minutes for a coffee and a croissant sandwich. Dunkin food and drinks are good, but this store seems incredibly mismanaged.
Has anyone noticed that this Dunkin’ Donuts never have any donuts? I mean, it’s like every time I come here they’re out. And they never offer to make any more, even though all they have to do is defrost them. Plus, right now you’re forced to go through the drive through and if they don’t have what you want you’re still stuck in the drive through if someone is in front and behind you. It’s very frustrating. Maybe management should realize how much more money they would make if they would actually have the product that they advertise .
The Fairview Heights location never makes sandwiches anymore. The last 4-5 times Ive stopped by, Ive waiting in line for 30 minutes only to be told at the ordering kiosk that the oven is down or theyre too short staffed to make sandwiches. Its not the employees fault as theyve always been great. The owner either needs to pay his employees more to properly staff the location or sell to a franchise owner who can provide their customers with Dunkins menu.
Pretty tight small parking lot for a busy day. The drive-thru line was long so I figured I’d go inside to get my donut real quick. Well, it was a line in there also. Moved alright considering the lines. Got my sour cream donut. Fairly friendly staff considering how busy they were and out of change. Love that they recognize Veteran’s day deals and are supportive of veterans!
I took my husband to your store for breakfast seeing as how hes a retired veteran and it was Veterans Day. I couldve taken him somewhere to eat free but he wanted Dunkin Donuts. We waited thirty minutes in drive thru to be told we had to have a credit card or exact change. My husband asked her why didnt she tell him that when he ordered. Her response to my husband was, maybe he should apply for the job. She was rude and obnoxious. I cant believe you have someone like this working for you. I will no longer visit this place after being disrespected.
If I could give this particular location a negative star review I would. We have stopped at this location a few times (at least 4-5over the last year to try to give them a chance, but each time it’s gotten worse, and I don’t even know how that’s possible. They have completely stopped stocking their breakfast sandwiches in the morning, apparently due to the length of time it takes for service, but even when people are only ordering donuts and coffee it takes 10+ minutes for service. The current staff is brass and rude and makes no attempt to apologize for the inconvenience. Maybe consider posting a sign or take the breakfast sandwich list off the order board. They have not attempted to open the inside of the store over the last year. As a small business owner I get the difficulty faced from COVID, but this is a large company with a known name. Make an effort!! Get the right staff in place and make an attempt to salvage what is expected from a nation wide business model. It was so bad that even after waiting in the drive through line for over 15 minutes we decided to just keep driving without taking the order. The staff and establishment need leadership. Period.
I dont normally give 5-star reviews, but I am giving this high rating due to the employees working on 10/2 at 5 PM. There were only two employees on duty due to lack of staff, but they had a positive attitude despite there being nine cars ahead of me when I got there. One of the employees had his arm in a sling. Great work ethic by these two men. Store management needs to recognize these two valuable assets.
I placed my order on the app for walk in at 8:15 and did not receive my order until 8:55. I understand that times are tough right now for the food industry. My issue is that the people who ordered inside the store got their items in maybe 10 minutes. I feel like orders should be finished in the order they were placed within reason.
Get this, I pulled into Dunking Donuts Fairview Heights. I was going to get an ice-cream shake using a gift card. They had a sign up at the drive through listing all of the flavors they were out of. I got no problem with that, but they had no list of what was available. When I asked, the cashier refused to tell me. I asked three times.Still he refused. ???
Went this morning for a few donut treats hoping the register was open for ordering instead of waiting in the drive thru. There was no sign other than wear a mask, so I went inside to order. Waited 5 min, being the only customer inside and was finally told I couldnt order inside. Didnt even look at me. No sign was posted saying otherwise. How am I supposed to know?? Lost my business for sure. Post a flipping sign for God sake.
This was really delicious. I have had many different flavored drinks but this was far by the best that I have ever had. I will be getting this as often as possible. I recommend that Macha Latta or whatever its called with the original blueberry. Its super delicious. The staff was friendly and they were quick to serve me my drink. Not bad for a large and I look forward to having dunkin doughnuts again soon. Thanks you guys for the wonderful time and love you put into my drink.
Sorry to share this. Was waiting 20 min. I didn’t get bagel I got coffee right way. When I asked she said other lady supposed to give but she didn’t. After that they r start serving other customers. Then I left without bagel. So bad customer service. This is not Dunkin’ Donuts customer service.
Pretty much out of everything most of the time. Today 01/06/2018 at 9:30 p.m I ask for hot coffee they said boiler is not working so they can’t give me hot coffee then I had kids with me and they want to eat ice cream. she said she can’t give us ice cream either because they were out of sanitize and she said ice cream scoops need to sanitize otherwise my kids wood be sick. In Dining Supposed to close at 10 PM at 9:30 all the chairs were up on the table. Poor Management. Are you listing Mr. owner Your customer is not happy with your service not everyone write reviews. they will go somewhere else and not complain. Please improve your service Dunkin’ Donuts Baskin-Robbins should take action on this location. 😡😷
