Terrible disgusting service. First of all, I watched the guy put his hand under his sweater and rub his belly for 2 minutes while he talked on the phone before he took my order. Then, he said they didnt have peanut butter cup macchiato when I saw the mixtures for it sitting on the counter and he just didnt know how to mix it. The store is disgustingly dirty. Run down and smelled. Wont be coming here ever again. Maybe you should get off the phone and do your job and clean up after yourself.

Simple order messed up and they werent even busy.I came in for a French vanilla iced coffee after walking in +80° weather, hoping for a sweet, cold caffeine run but war extremely disappointed.I ordered a large French vanilla iced coffee, extra French vanilla with cream and sugar. I also asked for light ice. I was given a large coffee with half the cup filled with ice. I told them that I had asked for light ice and the employee took my cup. When she gave it back it had light ice.... But now it tasted like she had just dumped the ice out and filled up the rest with water. I didnt want to give it to them to fix again so I walked out. I was already across the street after I mixed up the drink (because all the sugar usually sits at the bottomand noticed there was no sugar in the drink nor did it say that I had wanted sugar in the sticker, even though the employee is the one who asked me if I had wanted cream and sugar and I had said "Yes, cream and sugar please." Im extremely disappointed.

FYI ...No drive thru, and not much room inside.

Ordered coffee and donuts for a large group but was not ready and I had to come back to pick up.

5 minutes to opening the lady could’ve just let me in instead of having me wait like a dog outside !!

Avoid it. If you wear a mask, they refuse you service. This is while the person refusing you is wiping their dripping nose. Yuck.

This particular Dunkin offers curbside; however, no one comes out to deliver your order.

You have to go early! They ran out if a few kinds of donuts, but fast friendly service. Parking and maneuvering in and out of parking lot a definite challenge, especially during rush hour. No drive through... :(

No drive thru and food was undercooked. We understand, however, due to understaffing.

I went today and the server was busy straightening out the sandwich bags. I waited for 5 mins then extended my neck so in case she didn’t,t see me, she could. I have been going to this Dunkin for a while. The person who helped me today, I have seen the last month or so. When I said Senior Discount, she said; yah yah, she already knows that I ask for a senior discount and still tries to charge me full price each time. The yah yah was very condescending. So, I guess I will stop going there as often as I do.

Messed up my order because the lady wasn’t paying attention due to being on the phone. Politely asked for the cold foam that I originally asked for in my order, only to receive a dirty look followed by her putting WHIPPED CREAM on my coffee.. fuming as I walked out trying to not act like a Karen, the whipped cream starts to CURDLE in my drink!! I swear I would’ve thrown my drink at this lady she needs to be fired!

I placed a mobile order for some hash browns and I when I got home and looked in my bag the hash browns looked like they had been soaked in grease after someone had chew them up an spit them out! 😒😳😡

I stop here early in the mornings when I travel into the office for work. Some of staff seems new, but my order was correct and the service time was short. Convenient location thats easy to get to and the drive-thru is easy to manage. Handicap accessible parking and entrance is available. Wait times early in the morning are quite short.

Bad service, cold food, horrible coffee if you go in the evenings this kids don’t want to help the customers..

They dont seem to treat or pay employees quite right. Most times donuts are stale. I know someone who worked her for a few months and they left due to the fact that they felt morally compromised. The store staff would reuse single use cups. A LOT. Like if the wrong drink was made or if they were dropped. They would just rinse them out and reuse them.

Very friendly people. Of course they have the famous Dunkin coffee. Get yourself a boston creme. Consistent quality.

Best Duncan ever stop by there today itll just before 7:00 p.m. in the gentleman and there was incredibly nice and welcoming thank you for making my wife and my day a little better.

If your not a regular customer service is slow and staff can be quite rude. Coffee is good but there is better in town. Donuts were stale and choice was minimal.

This DD has the ongoing problem of never getting orders correct and having what is possibly the worst tasting coffee it has ever been my displeasure to sip upon

Walked into the Dunkin’ the gentleman working had his mask down the entire time. I was ordering and I was telling him my order and he wasn’t typing in it so he had to keep saying. By the time he started to actually type it in he didn’t know where anything on the screen was so I ended up repeating my order 6+ times to him. And he couldn’t even get it right.

Worst Dunkin ever. Will never go there again. If I could, I would give them zero stars. I ordered A strawberry sprinkle donut and a chocolate sprinkle donut for my kids and they gave me a strawberry sprinkle but chocolate frosted donut instead. When I told them that they gave me the wrong donut they said that was what I ordered. I said that was not what I ordered and then they said that they dont make mistakes. Eventually they finally gave me the right donut with attitude. I am never going here again. I also saw them argue with a customer on a different day because they charged him for two sandwiches instead of one and they refused to refund his money but gave him a coffee instead. The customer just stood there shocked. I should have stopped going there after that. HORRIBLE Dunkin - Also the croissants I ordered today were a day old, stale and nasty.

me and my friends have been coming here for coffee, donuts, and ice cream a lot this past summer by bike. The staff have been very nice and friendly! Me and all of my friends included can never say we had a bad experience here.

Good staff during mornings. Tonights staff couldnt make an item exclusive displayed on their front window. Whats really going on here? Needs more training before hes left alone! The guy couldnt make a layered reeses Sunday or even the Mango temptation.

The coffee is good and the service ce is okay.

We got a $4 coffe with ice (latteand 2 chocolate-covered Bavarian cream filled Donuts that taste like paint thinner or something. And they threw them in a bag so all the chocolate topping stuck to the paper bag. Not going back.

Stop burning all your food. Donuts are ok I guess. Coffee is good too, if you add enough sugar and cream. Otherwise, it tastes like everything else they make.

Don’t use the app to order from this store. I ordered a dozen donuts and a coffee. When I tried to pick up my order they told me they didn’t have enough donuts because they hadn’t been dropped off (at 7 am). They refused to refund my order and told me I’d have to call customer service or come back later. Customer service isn’t open until Monday- so now I’m out $18 and never got my order.

Don’t open if you’re not ready to serve food. Also a really rude cashier.

STALE. I was sold donuts so stale they seriously snapped when broken in half. The guy behind the counter should be fired for putting these bricks in the box.

Ive been going here for a few years and theyre great. Service is pretty fast, even on busy mornings Im out the door within 5 minutes most of the time. The staff is... quirky, but friendly, especially once they get to know you.

Alka is great! Knows my drink better than I do. BR Ice Cream is always good. And the kids like the clown cones.

Staff was very friendly. Offered freebies after making a mistake with my order. Very nice and clean.

Average Duncan donuts. Staff is always nice and kind. It would be nice if staff washed their hands after blowing their nose. I appreciate they use wax paper to handle donuts, but its a bit off putting. Otherwise service is very good.

Cashiers tend to mix stuff up and not give you promotion prices unless you bring it up. No drive-thru.

This location is the worst one. Always has their parking lot full and doesnt have a drive thru. The people that work there are friendly, but they dont know how to Maintain it clean.
