Dunkin' in Oak Grove

Staff is too impaired to get the correct donut off the shelf.

Dunkins food is already awful. The fact that they can’t keep track of mobile orders makes it even worse.

In my quest to review all the Boston Dunkins, I can confirm, this is one of them. There are donuts to dunk, so promise of the name is upheld. Other than that, super fast, got the order right, so what else do ya want??

I use the dunkin mobile app. They always have my coffee ready before I get there, and I know thats the whole point of the app but I walk in literally 2-3 minutes after placing my order on the app and its ready EVERY time, like clock work. And theyve yet to mess up any of my orders. My new favorite dunkin location since I moved to Malden

The staff dont wear masks when they are preparing coffee.

No customer service and bad drink

1st time going into the office in 18 months, and my man still remembers my order. Right across the street from the T, its super convenient for commuters. Since theyre not 24 hours the coffee is always fresh.

The worst Dunkin Donuts Ive ever been in. The coffee is awful, RESTROOM FOR STAFF ONLY NOT FOR CUSTOMERS!, the staff is rude.I will never ever go in there again.Now I understand why some people prefer Starbucks. Ill start spending my money at Starbucks now. Dunkin Donuts really has no class.

Slowest service ever, took them 15 minutes for a iced latte

The location is decent when you want to get inside and away from the elements. The pricing and service is standard. The last visit I was not able to purchase a dark roast medium coffee for my wife. The regular blend is like brown water to her. She is originally from Argentina. I mentioned it to the attendant and he gave no response.

Cashier Sapna S. was rude and sarcastic when I asked a simple question “ do you guys have white chocolate mocha” she laughed in my face and in a elevated pitched voice said NO.” She then stated “we only have white chocolate.”She didn’t have to laugh in my face, she did not have to elevate her voice, nor be sarcastic. It was just a simple question that could have been answered with a simple and soft no.The customer service needs to be worked on in this establishment.

Its a small Dunks, but the staff is friendly. The tables are often occupied by people long after theyve finished their meals.

They dont listen, Medium Ice Black 3 Liquid Sugars, STOP PUTTING CREAM IN MY COFFEE

the employees were engaged in a conversation in their language I believe was Indian of some sort. They continued to talk as they asked me for my order still talking over me. Then I went to get my hashbrowns and asked for a mayonnaise and a ketchup packet if possible. I had to ask three times before she repeated it and handed me a mayonnaise packet and walked away. I then asked for the ketchup and they both sat there talking to each other and ignored me so i stated I would write this review. at the same time a woman asked to use restroom and they did the same thing to her, kept talking ignoring her until she just left the business. Horrible service

This DD by far has the poorest customer service ever. Ive never had a pleasant experience here. The staff are rude each time. Theyre too focused on personal issues and personal conversations instead of helping the customer. I ordered a regular black coffee and waited 10 minutes to get it. They forgot to make my drink for me until I reminded them. Completely pathetic. I dont mind experiencing bad service here and there, but this happens every single time.

Its fast and cheep coffee that will never let you down. That being said itll also never blow you away

Definitely do not recommend. No bathroom, no parking, no drive thru, guys from nearby halfway house asking everyone for money right outside the shop. I was a customer, with a young child and the staff didnt let my child to use their bathroom (which is right there, next to cashier). Therefore they lost a customer. Enough other DDs around to choose from.

Dunkin Donuts is fast food. The quality of their baked goods has declined

I’m regular customer. I been going to Dunkin’ every morning. There customer service is good but sometimes can be bad. This morning I ordered my not chocolate and they barely filled up the cut and I ordered cream cheese with my bagel they gave me peanut butter. I’m allergic to peanuts butter.

Terrible service, terrible coffee, terrible food. The worst DD Ive ever been to. It may be convenient, but just avoid it.

The food is good for a chain store. The service is a little snippy and impolite, but quick. They have no bathroom, so dont plan on staying there to long. More of an in-and-out place. Excellent location by the T. And there are loitering folks who are down on their luck/have mental illness.

The customer service sucks here they sit on the counters and talk to there friends they dont smile and greet anyone I give this location 0 stars if they let me

This Dunkin Donuts I went to was very cold. I think the ventilation system was on and air was cold going out of the vents.

No bathroom for customers - same goes for any other business in the area - its like a conspiracy

On thursday 9/21 I was in There a this lady Cameron ask to use the bathroom she knew them in there then they let here in she leaft the bathroom so I ask to use the rest room they said no public bathroom .I felt really insulted.

I lived in Malden for 12 years. I still have business there even today. Every Time I have visited this DD location I never had one problem with the staff or my order. Everything done right, fast, hot, and like I wanted it to be. Friendly and professional service from over a decade of patronage from me. I will always go there. No parking available.
