Splendid, home food. The sitting area lacks ambience, and not conducive for fine dining

Ooh mine, just remember a joint called Duncan’s Pub just a seconds walk to republic, this is we’re you can get very chilled beer 🍺 and some spicy 🌶 spicy fried rice 🍚 &chicken 🍗 to buy and also super biggest tilapia.. trust me you will love it, because they are professionals and they mean business for real, when you step into Osu don’t forget Duncan’s all the way..

The FISH IS SIMPLY AMAZING! Butter in my mouth... So FRESH... Ahhhh... I will come back!

Always a good place to grab a bite located right in the busiest part of Osu - Oxford Street especially if youre a night crawler. Im sure you catch my drift.

I frequently visit duncans especially in the evenings to get my drinks from there whiles enjoying kareoke at republic bar and grill... During the day, when I visit, its for their fufu and pepper soup with tuna. They also make one of Accra best banku and tilapia

I bought Fufu there but was not satisfied with the quality of food served. I also thought the food was expensive for that quality.

Duncans is a street side pub. Its also has this amazing banku and tilapia joint next to it. The grilled tilapia is some of the best in town. Very tasty, well spiced and juicy. The addition of vegetables and pear/avocado when in season is absolutely delicious. Its quite affordable and nice to go in a group. It does get noisy with the music blasting on the streets and sometimes you do have people selling all kinds of things like beads etc which tends to be distracting for people who just want to eat and converse in peace.

They have fresh bubra. U will not get in Osu with this price. Staff is very nice.But they have to improve their environment. 😊

The old G of places.... been running for 40yrs plus...tilapia is good...drinks are cold...good place to eat in a group....

A cool place to hang out with friends having a cold fresh zapped Draft for a reasonable price. Late afternoon and evening time you also will meet a relaxed mixture of embassy people, expats, local and foreign business people, lawyers etc.Regardless if you are a settled resident or newcomers.Duncans is a must.

One of the best places to get banku and tilapia. The seating capacity is quite limited

Pocket friendly. Ok crowd. Sometimes music is nice. Great place to start your weekend with the shawarma place opposite to Duncans.

Top bar! Quite large - two counters to buy drinks from inside, a covered indoor place, a terrace inside, and ample seating outside. Great music, too (the typical contemporary African pop/dance).Also the owners really take care of you - just when I arrived a woman came over, properly drunk, and screamed in my ear to buy her a drink. So I did... and when I came back the owner took my arm and took me to the next court to have a word with me as he said... I briefly got scared and thought about running away and fleeing the scene already, not knowing what was going to happen next! Would he get the police for molesting the woman? Were his friends coming now to rob me? But once we arrived he just signaled me to sit down and he told me that here I am safe - I really had to laugh for half of the night, this has never happened to me before :-)))!So yes, excellent place, enjoy!

For a local bar with good prices, you cant go wrong. Has lots of food options there and nearby.

Best local joint in town for obruni who want to relax with their Ghanaian friends and make stratum for nightly events. We love you Duncan and thanks for all the beer at parties :)But I think whoever started this thread must have done it just after leaving Duncans Bar because they moved it like a block-o. Used to be on the corner opposite WATH building.
