Popped in hoping they had a pool table and they did, free to play on Saturdays along with the jukebox, normally (£1 per gamedrinks were cheap, service was friendly, overall atmosphere was inviting and not a typical only locals allowed vibe. I have read they also do good food so we will be back to try that. although we are not local (we live in Farnboroughwe will be making this a spot to pop in when we fancy a drink or just to unwind.

We had our wake for our dad at the Duke of York yesterday. We had fantastic service from the new owners and a delicious hot and cold buffet with a wide variety of very tasty food to suit all pallettes. My personal favourites were the fish goujons - big pieces of moist fish with lovely crunchy batter but I enjoyed the rest of the food which was very fresh and very tasty. Thankyou so much for making a difficult afternoon so pleasurable. I highly recommend the Duke of York and their yummy food!

Arrived at this place earlier to carry out the services we provide for various companies across the country.. Met the Landlady, Extremely helpful and polite, Good Sense of Humor too which helps in the situation were all in a t m.. A vegan and also a gluten free menu

Not bad for a teatime pint or three, especially in the sun. Not a food venue!

A very good Sunday lunch followed by enjoying the FIFA World Cup on their TV. A wide range of drinks are always available. Worth a visit.
