As a kafe or bistro, it is over the top! I like the food for dining in, and I like shop part where You may buy take away.Best part pf Dukāts is bakery. Locals love everything they do.Usually most popular sweets are taken a couple hours after baked. Cakes and other bakery products may be ordered exactly as you want them and at time you need them.Prices are €€ (average).

Closes too early but working hours in Google and their homepage usually are one or two hours later than actual. So its a great honour to eat here. One star because its a place where you even cant eat when you think you can.

Good interior and terrace but food is without soul

Average sized portions of stale food warmed up in a microwave. Taste is below average. I know jūrmala is more expensive than the rest of the country but everything costs double what I would expect to pay in a regular bistro in Rīga. Gets 2 stars instead of one because of the atmosphere and design.

I was born and raised in Jurmala, so this place (originally only the bakeryis no stranger to me. :)You would have to put a lot of time and effort to find such awful attitude of the staff in other place.It is a regular canteen with no hot food. It is quite ok for a microwaved food, but the price is too high. I would highly suggest to go to "Pankūkas" instead.

Very good food, it is bistro, so no need to wait for food.

The food is pretty tasty, but it is cold and they just put it in the microwave when you order. Thats not very nice for french fries.

Foods great, a bit more expensive than your average bistro. Waiters are amazing at their work, but they dont get much tips tho.

Beer and dessert are good, I really liked it. Friends complained that there was a lot of vinegar in the salad and the coffee was bitter.

Very fresh goods and quick service

Once very good place slowly declining.Bistro is too expensive for what it provides. Gets very busy in summer around lunch time. Nothing special...Shop on the other hand could get 5 stars. Its probably the best bakery in Jurmala.My advice therefore is to get stuff from bakery, maybe some meat salad pot from shop as well and have a picnic on seaside instead.

The most delicious bakery in Jūrmala! You can buy there everything for your beach picnic. Grab some salads, bakery, drinks and make your beach picnic fabulous.

Extremely delicious pastry in Jurmala!

Beautiful place and very local and tasty food. Quick service and very professional personnal. A must have in Jūrmala. I recommend the Salmon filet with vegetables and also a pastry with a cup of hot coffee. Less than 10 €.

Great canteen style bistro. Had lunch there. Busy but not packed. Great value with lots of regional specialities. Left satisfied. Has open air seating in summer on the patio area in front of the bistro. Great selection of dishes, fast and friendly service.

Very good place to have lunch or just coffee, atmosphere is peaceful with nice music! Food is good most of food already prepared, so they warm up in microwave. There is conference room for any time of big gathering together.It’s close to a sea. Great location store next to it also part of that place.

Good eatery in centre of Jurmala. There are very tasty coffee, muffins and cakes.

Awesome bakings!Awesome strudels, but not only. The rest of baking which you can find here tastes great too, so you can try any and I bet you will be impressed. The cafe can be overcrowded especially in case of good weather, but you can find all the same sweet things in the shop next door to cafe.
