Walls of TVs playing sports & tons of beers on tap are the main draws at this lively Irish pub.
The waiter was very nice with me she waals beautiful, great music and cold beer. The only strange part of the place is the location of the restrooms since you gotta use a lot of stairs to the basement, careful with that if you have already drunk a few.
My experience of the 7-Eleven Im working good service on time with the bag on this name for life and whatever left over and study throwing it in the trash they give it to the homeless they have the homeless out and a very good place I like it good people around here
I like it alot and the food is absolutely amazing!
2 Stars because of the cleanliness and status of the bar and restroom area. The only urinal was broken, so you need to use the stall. The stall was not cleaned in what seems several hours or all day. There was urine on the floor and "evidence" on the toilet bowl. It was impossible to pee in the stall without stepping into the urine that was on the floor.Anyone that used the toilet would have that on their shoes, soil the stair carpet, and the general bar area. Disgusting. There are areas in the bar that needs more lighting, it looks like a cave with outdated and old decor.TVs too small to view unless youre at the bartop, or they have a "fuzzy" image (not HD).The food is good for a bar and the server was GREAT.
If you got a thirst, and no-one else can help, and if you can find them... visit Dublins.
The food was amazing! The service was sub par though. No one came over to check on us or take our order for the longest time.
I wasn’t happy with the 1 part pour of the Kilkenny and Smithwicks also looked flat. Guy serving wasn’t 2 concerned when I told him. Supervisor came over later and apologised. That’s why I’m giving it a 3* and not a 1*
Good food, good options, good service, but a bit pricey (pretty standard for the area though).Impressive amount of security as well. One customer couldnt handle himself and was making a mess and was surrounded by very professional staff and security to both escort him out and clean up the mess in the blink of an eye.
A nice dub with decent whiskey! Though it didn’t feel as clean and it can potentially be!
BEWARE of jalapeño poppers! The insides are molten and will burn your mouth and hand. Two days later my lip is still burning. I’m not talking spicy… I’m talking temperature. No warning at all that they should be allowed to cool for 30 minutes first. Another member of my group ate one 15 minutes after I torched my mouth and hand and remarked that the inside was still “molten”.Other than that, the service was good and the other appetizers were quite good.
Relaxing atmosphere, watched the game, have a few drinks and enjoy the friendly ambiance, the snacks are delicious too 😋😀😊
Like cheers but for degenerates. So better than cheers. Probably don’t eat actual meals here, but you do you
Been a couple of times. If you want to go to one of the most unauthentic Irish Pubs, youve arrived. A few of the staff while in/out getting high out front. Other staff great and attentive. Food is average. Bartenders they never poured a proper Guiness. No soap in the restrooms, ever. Visit after youve released ambitions.
It is a dingy dirty place. I want to the bathroom and it was disgusting. Standing liquid on the floor, no soap...... NO SOAP???? Who does not have soap in the health crisis we are in this world? Wow, just wow.... The bartender was more interested in social media than his guests. I doubt that I will return....
Thank you Eve. The best Barmaid in all of the US. You have a heart of gold. Thank you for your kindness.
We had two orders of fish and chips for 4 people and it was way more than enough!
They went to this place because it serves food until 2 at night, but I will not repeat the experience, it was very normal
Its a great place for beer only!!! We ordered mix drinks and they was nasty yuk i tried 3 different ones so decided to stick with beer instead great crowd and stays open till 2sm
Went here because I love Irish pubs, and it was close tonour hotel. The server who sat us seemed to be in no mood to actually want to serve anyone, and overall wasnt very pleasant or efficient. The food was fine, i got nachos and also tried the fish and chips and shepherds pie. The beer was reasonably priced, but the rest of the experience was middle of the road, at best. A bit pricey for what you get, in my opinion
Busy, busy, Irish Pub. Friendly top notch staff, and friendly patrons. Clean, happy atmosphere. Many selections on Drinks, Food, and Televisions.
Great sports bar styled as a pub, friendly staff who regularly check in on you and your food and drink needs. Short but decent menu and a reasonable selection of beers and spirits.
Well it was an ok Bar, we only ordered beer and onion rings and the onion rings were bad honestly...the beer selection was ok. The staff was friendly though.
Bad service from the bar tender.makes u wait and has a bad vibe attitude. Chicken nachos are good the people from the kitchen are alot friendlier.
Lauren is amazing! Busy af and she works like a soldier! Just go here! Highly recommend
Reminds me of the classic Irish pub feel which makes me nostalgic for the 1940s and 50s.Should be a pretty fun place for St. Patricks day this Thursday. Lots of beer on tap
Excellent Downtown LA bar, feels like a spot where all the workers from other bars go to, to relax. Great vibes and great bartenders. I’d be a regular here!
This place is awesome, has a hometown bar feel but in a big city. The Buffalo chicken sandwich is a winner. And the service was great!
The fish and chips I ordered were good. The cocktails not so much but it might be more of a beer place.
Great, and I mean, great customer service. Cool vibe, drinks and food. Of all the place Ive explore in LA around the intercontinental hotel, this was our favorite. Go by and check them out.
Food gotta say 10/10. Atmosphere 10/10! Jersey bartender 10/10! So good so Amazing!
Atmosphere was great & the food was delicious. Service was amazing! Keep up the great job guys. Best lemon pepper wings!
Open on Thanksgiving. Tons of draught beer. Harp! Kilkenny! $7. Highly efficient friendly service. ESPN. At least 12 tv screens. Great cocktails. Idyllic views across the road
Really cute place to grab a quick drink and barfood, but dont expect the best service. Lady bartenders seem to always be overworked while security sits on their thumbs. They are however adequate. I will say though the fish tacos are awesome and drinks are poured well.
The crowd can be loud on game days, but its pretty cool if you like that. It can be a lively bar, but I was there on a date, so depending how you work it, this bar could be used in a versatile way.
Very nice pub I think I paid 25$ for two well drinks! So to me thats kind of expensive. But it was worth it finally being able to go out and be in public getting a drink and having a good time . So if youre downtown by 7th Street Metro station stop by and get a quick drink.
Dublins is the only place in Downtown LA where you can get a Guinness on tap before happy hour so by default they already are the best spot for those who know better! Add the awesome salads and chive tv and you got a winning combination every time. Love it here!
The setting was great after a long flight. Thanks to my sisters sister from another mother and father. I was great. 1st spot that had a welcoming scene. The carrots and celery was on point.
Food & drinks were great. The butter bread 🤤🤤🤤 was so good! Staff was great and me and my girls really liked Eve. Congrats to the guy getting married!!! Looking forward to going back.
This is a kool hang out bar, drinks are good, staff are friendly, can get super crowded, tables can be hard to come by in the eve. Great place if your bored or want to end the night. Parking is terrible around the area. The crowd around the area is weird but nothing crazy, would go back again
Best all American bar appetizers. Good drinks and a friendly bar staff.Chef salad needs to be upgraded to included ice burg lettuce and a variety of meats to be stay on the menu.
Theres not many Irish pubs in downtown Los Angeles but Dublins made it through the pandemic and theyre bartenders still have a heavy hand. The indoor outdoor setup they have is great and the servers very attentive. Get here early here on the weekends but also going to be winning online for quite some time!
Pretty good shrimp tacos honestly was not expecting to get full off of them and fries. Next time I will try the fajita bowl. LookedSuper tasty.
Place is good! I enjoyed my chicken tenders and the variety of beer here. The vibe was alright, granted I was there on a game night so all TVs and sound was directed toward that. My lesser stars is more due to the slim pickings of Irish. It was a Mexican restaurant named Dublin’s Irish. It got me good.
I feel kind of bad ragging on a place during the pandemic, but their music tends to be a bit loud and service can be a little slow. I really like their burgers and they happily replaced the fries with a decent salad. I do not however like the chicken strips... I do not think they salt them or brine them and they have always turned out a little dry. The steak in the quesadillas can also be a little gristle-y. Have not tried the rest of the menu, but the burger is a great pub burger!
Always a good time here. Drinks are on point. Atmosphere is chill. Perfect place to bring a date or just kick it and have a few brews. I dont always get to stop by, but when I do Im treated very well. Thanks guys, see yall again soon.
Loved the place. Very relaxed, nice people and of course great alcohol !
Only gave it two stars because it has lots of tv’s. I work downtown and want to like this place so bad but the food is awful. Last time I went I got the fish and chips. Horribly dry, tough, obviously frozen. Fresh can’t be used in the same sentence. I think it might have been microwaved. The wedge fries were dry, bland, massive disappointment. Not sure why they would keep them on the menu. Everything looks like it is frozen. No where near traditional English/Irish pub fair. Get super wasted before you eat and you may like it.My knife had a chunk of food on it almost as big as a dime when they handed it to me. I don’t think clean is a concern in this place. Can’t say I won’t be back to watch a game and grab a beer because the vibe can be good but might have to leave to get food and come back.
Decent beer prices, friendly staff. The bathroom is down two flights of stairs though, consider yourself warned lol.
Nice dive bar with comfort food. Relaxed atmosphere. Music is not too loud. Prices are reasonable and happy hour is 3-6pm. If you are here on a work trip, this is the place the locals go. Location is in the heart of downtown LA. I would Go back here again on a weeknight.
Beeeer.Scotch.Whiskey.Amazing staff. Great crowd. If ypu can make it to this place, I highly recommend it, it is so choice.
