Very reliable, I’ve moved 3 times and thankfully I have been in the radius. I prefer to support local than the bigger chain delivery apps/services. Honestly I think the prices should be higher to reflect the quality and workmanship of these folks. Highly recommend plus they accept cash!

Overall good! Cheaper fees than GH or DD. We are in Cheat Lake so fees matter! Delighted to support a local company!

Nick Henson submitted the phone number I used to telemarketing programs and now I constantly get calls for sudden infant death syndrome medications. Sometimes he calls me and pretends to be one of them. Im glad your having a good time but can you stop?

Took nearly 2 hours for an order to be delivered. I understand that this might be a driver issue but it was still unacceptable.

Their rates for delivery are very high and will eventually push them out as other more popular delivery services become available in our area.

An hour and a half, and waiting. I should have opted out for drive thru. Chick fil is 10 min away.Customer service phone number is: "Please leave a message"!I hope the service get better. A lot better!!For now, I guess I have to go back to Grubhub.Sad!

Excellent customer service with food delivered in a timely fashion

Took 45 minutes longer than they said it would. Driver was very nice, and pleasant. Missing part of our order - May or may not be the service providers fault, but when relying on a service you expect them to double check. I emailed the support to see what recourse there is for this type of issue. Final review will depend on that feedback. Will update as applicable.

Delivery driver was Nicholas ,very efficient,polite and I highly recommend this service,very grateful to finally have a delivery service that will drive to the mountain.....

Extremely unprofessional business owner. Upcharges on restaurants food prices and outrageous delivery fees. Owner has nothing but negative things to say about competitors Doordash and Grub Hub.

Worst ever

I ordered a meal from a Oryza which is located 1 mile from my place of work. My original arrival time for my meal was 10-1030. I received an email that my meal was picked up at 10 PM (the time the store closedIt is now after 11 PM and I still have not received my order. I am literally 1 mile away!! It should have been here a few minutes after 10. I’m sure it’s going to be cold as well.

Ordered my foot at 7:30 yesterday, waited and waited and nothing. First it showed that my food will be here at 8:05 nothing, waited more and the thingy showed that it took the driver like 45 minutes to deliver my food and i dont live so far away. Finally it showed it was delivered . Never got my food from fox pizza. The driver when he was still driving showed that it took forever to finally get here, but even though it shows on the homepage that it was delivered, i didn t get it. I looked at the reviews and wished that this new service will work but it didnt. They have my phone number to contact me and email if something went wrong, but nothing. I will never trust this place. I will never order enything from this place. Btw you should check with the driver namad Cheese, because that was the driver. I have never had any problems with Grubhub always get my food under a hour.

Fastest delivery in Morgantown. Got my 5 guys order in under 20 minutes once. Other times atleast within 45 mins. They do a great job managing multiple orders especially during the busiest times of rush hour. 5* hands down tho. WAYYYYYYYYY better than grubhub. By far.

I do like the variety of restaurants offered. However, I wish they were able to deliver by the time I choose. I pre-ordered food to be delivered by 12:30 since I have work later today, and here it is going on 1pm and I still dont have any food.Whelp; had to leave for work--still havent heard back from the company yet...I just got home and guess what I saw on my porch? My food I ordered that was supposed to be delivered by 12:30pm! I have no idea what time it was delivered/how long it was there.

Alex, a driver for DubVEatz is great! The restaurant made a mistake with my order. When Alex delivered it, he actually returned to the restaurant to get the missing food and brought it back to me.I will definitely use DubVEatz again! 👍💯

If you are looking for delivery on campus, go with someone else. Trust me! I had a horrible experience that was 2+ hours of waiting, the driver leaving my food with a random person (and therefore I didnt get it), and minimal, slow contact regarding the issue. Literally the worst customer service; instead of helping with the problem, all I got back was back talk, excuses, and being called a liar- even after asking to speak to someone else. I had to go to my bank to take care of the charges! Please take your business to another delivery company! Not worth it!

No one use this service. Lee Roman is a lier and a cheat. They lied about how much money u would receive and they are rude

Love the convenience of DubVEatz!! the drivers are communicative about any potential delay and on the RARE occasional that something goes wrong, theyre quick to make it right. I love their variety of food choices (Including The Cupcakerie!!and customer service! Highly recommend

The absolute worse delivery company. 2X the restaurants were out of what i ordered... Took over an hour for them to call me. Then when i received an order i was missing half my items.Also my good costs about $5 using dubv compared to the other companies. Use eatstreet or mr delivery or grubhub.
