Drury Inn & Suites Knoxville West - in Oak Ridge, United States
Nice hotel with good customer service. Breakfast was very nice. Parking is convenient and the location is ideal for sightseeing or access to the many good restaurants in the area.
Location was fabulous, walking distance to pubs, shopping you name it. What made our stay for 6 nights, my friend and I, was the front desk staff, they were all absolutely amazing, ready to help, give us tips on getting around, I cannot say enough of their kindness. Emma, Emma, (theres two Emmas:-Laura just to name a few. I will be back, this time with my husband, and will definitely stay at the Dury court Hotel. Sending our best Sandy
Front desk staff - Emma and Emma and Leonie and Alexandra (housekeeping..... this entire team is super helpful and make it a joy staying in this hotel. From check-in to check-out we enjoyed everything. Breakfast is next door and the staff there is super nice too. We would come back to this hotel because of the staff, the location, the convenience to local shows and shopping area is GREAT!
This hotel was perfect for our family to stay in 4 triple rooms for 5 nights while attending a wedding and the festivities. Great that is was close to the wedding venue but also loved how they were centrally located to restaurants, bars and shops. More importantly is that the staff went above and beyond in making us feel welcomed and comfortable for our stay. I knew of Emma and Fiona through the many changes that we made through email and they were wonderful in assuring us of details and accommodating those changes. Also a plus was PMac’s restaurant attached to the hotel as it was convenient and had great food including room service.
Terrific hotel right in the middle of Dublin. Clean, updated rooms with a/c, perfect for a stay after a long flight in. Hotel has a lift and is very secure. Staff is super friendly and gave great recommendations for breakfast and pub dinner. Would definitely stay there again!
Lovely hotel, awesome staff, delicious breakfast great location. Thank you
Very clean rooms. Very quiet and close to everything you want to see in Dublin and close to the bud stops for day excursions. Our luggage was lost when we flew into Ireland. We didn’t not get it for nearly two days. The staff was so extremely helpful with giving us a few essential personal items to help us for a few days. While we were out trying to make the most of our vacation, the staff called the airline and the baggage company 67 TIMES for us!!!! We never felt more cared for! They all kept us updated with who they talked to and when they talked with someone each time we came into the hotel. The staff are absolute wonderful and caring. I would definitely stay here again and I recommend everyone to stay here. It’s a fantastic place
Perfect location, very nice staff. All staff were accommodating to any changes we needed, lovely breakfast - thank you for our goodie bags for Gareth Brooks
I had absolutely nothing to complain about during my stay here. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and cosy and the windows did a great job at blocking the noise from outside
A great hotel, the location is good and the rooms are very nice.Breakfast was ok, nothing special
We arrived after 3pm, Sunday 15th August 2022.We found the check-in easy and smooth.Reception were fantastic and we could not ask for any improvement. We brought some bubbly and asked if we could have a ice bucket, it was delivered very very quickly. The room was as the images on thier website and even though we were on the first floor, above the bar, it was well insulated.Would recommend the overall experience.
The hotel is brilliantly situated - close to St Stephens Green and Stephens Green Shopping Centre, and within 10 minutes walk of the city centre. Day tours also depart from locations within 5-10 minutes walk. They offer loads of information on what to do in Dublin and day trips across Ireland. The room had plenty of storage space, as well as a safe. They do a great breakfast, both continental and full Irish. The staff were great, and the hotel even has one of only four copies of the Book of Kells, if you dont want to pay to see it at Trinity College. Do give the Hairy Lemon bar across the road a try - its absolutely brilliant with great food, homemade lager and Darren, the best host ever!No bar fridge in the room, but it wasnt a great concern, as we didnt spend much time there. The wifi was a bit iffy at times, and from the photos, I expected a small sitting area, which we didnt have. However, the rest more than made up for that
Right convenient to center city. Great pubs around . Visit the hairy lemon across the street. Nice b&b bkfast whatever you want from menu room neat and clean
Excellent location. Lovely staff. Clean. Breakfast was delicious. Bar next store is great. Dumpling restaurant on the other side was a perfect meal.
We stayed here for our wedding night in May. It was the perfect hotel for us, the room was lovely and staff were so friendly and welcoming. Not to mention location is excellent. We really felt cared for at the hotel so thank you Drury Court Team 😊a few of our guests had also booked rooms and they enjoyed their stay. Were looking forward to staying again someday
Just perfect! Thank you so much to the staff. They are so helpfull and so kind. The room for 3 was great, and the breakfast was excellent. We Will comeback for sure
This hotel deserves 5 stars and more. The staff could not do enough for our party of Seven and the rooms were very clean and well equipped. We had ordered a taxi for 5 passengers via reception and a car arrived which could only carry 4 passengers. The hotel immediately offered to pay for an extra taxi. The quality of service all round was brilliant and I cannot wait to visit Dublin and stay in this hotel again.
Excellent city centre hotel. Staff go above and beyond. We got room service for lunch and food was gorgeous.
We cannot speak highly enough of our experience at the hotel between 31st May to 2nd of June. The reception staff are champion, hope to return in the future.
Booked an apartment here at Drury Court Hotel.... Spotlessly clean and everything you need... The Sofa bed was the Best Ive slept on..... Really Comfortable and duvet light... Spacious for the 3 of us.. Would stay again
Had a great 2 night stay at Drurys couldnt fault the hotel, location staff so friendly and professional, room was great comfortable bed fantastic shower pressure. Will definitely try and stay here again next time in Dublin. 👍
Fantastic location. The staff are incredible helpful and friendly. Bed and room really comfortable.
Stayed in a family Suite for 1 night over Easter holidays. The room was spacious and clean. Super location, close to restaurants and bars and walking distance to Grafton Street and St. Stephens Green. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. We will stay again.
Incredibly expensive (300 euro for two plus breakfastfor one night. Yes its Dublin city centre but the rooms arent even remotely quality enough to warrant that sort of price. The room was dated but fine, the bathroom was very dated and looked quite worn. It was however clean.Decent hotel but not worth the high price.
The hotel is fantastic very clean the rooms were so spacious well equipped and linen and towels were changed every day. The breakfast was fab. Very central location. But what really makes it such a nice hotel is the amazing staff the are so nice and friendly and just couldnt do enough for us. We will definitely b going back there
This hotel is fabulous in so many ways; prices, location (it’s insane, you can walk anywhere so easily), rooms, but most of all, the staff. The ladies that worked the front desk during my stay were more helpful and kind than any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. What surprised me was how quiet the rooms are considering it’s a busy area, the windows do a great job of blocking sound. I am so happy to have discovered this hotel, and anytime I am back in Dublin I will certainly be staying here. Special shout out to Rachel who helped me move rooms so quickly, brought me tea for my room and just was so crazy kind. Trust me when I say you won’t regret it.
Alot in previous reviews highlight how good the location is which I agree is great. However in addition to this the staff were very efficient and really really fantastically helpful in getting back to me with options and rates when booking. The room had plenty of space... The beds and sofa bed were all very comfortable. Will defo be back the next time we stay in Dublin
All staff is so helpful to tourists, explaining hotspots, best restaurants, and anything else you could need. There is always at least one person at concierge ready to help!
The staff is really helpful and nice. Very professional. The location is superb and the room is really clean and nicely equipped. The breakfast too is good
Fantastic hotel nestled in the very heart of Dublins city centre, a few 100 m from Grafton St. Our room was very spacious and beautifully decorated. The team are very friendly and professional. Pricing was very competitive. I have found my new Dublin lodgings.
What a fantastic hotel! Great location (close to the shops and bars), delicious breakfast (highly recommend full irish!), clean and spacious rooms, free wifi, comfy beds, super quiet considering you are on top of the busy night life below. But most of all, the staff are super friendly and every one of them couldnt do enough to help us feel welcomed. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again if visiting Dublin. Thank you.
Myself, Hubby and 2 year old stayed her last Sunday night. I have never been in a Hotel where every staff member was as nice as the next, from reception, to housekeeping, to waiting staff! So impressed!!! The hotel itself is lovely, on entry reception is small, but clean and basic. Our room was fab, lovely and clean, and surprisingly spacious. It even had a 3 seater couch! Everything you need was there, from kettle to safe to iron and board. This Hotel should be very proud especially of each member of staff!!!!!!
Hotel rooms were fab, so clean and very spacious! Staff were so friendly and the beds were actually soooo comfy. Will be staying there again in future!
Great location. Parking facility nearby. Very friendly and attentive Staff. Checkin was seamless. 3 bedroom apartment was very clean and comfortable for a short stay, we will be back.
best hospitality i have ever received in my life!!!! staff was so friendly and helpful and went the extra mile to really make our stay wonderful. rooms were clean and spacious, breakfast at the attached restaurant was amazing!! location right in the heart of the activity! would definitely stay here again!
Can’t say enough great things about this place. Customer service goes above and beyond all the time to make sure you’re taken care of.Rooms are great for the price, and the location couldn’t be better right in the heart of Dublin. We‘ve stayed here twice and will be staying again during our next visit.
This was my third time staying at the Drury court hotel, and, once again, it was a first class experience. Due to my line of work I was required to stay here during the height of the pandemic, and for the entirety of my stay I felt extremely safe and welcome. The staff are always so friendly and more than happy to help me with anything I might need (Fiona, Emma and Sophie on reception are the BEST). During my stay I accidentally left behind a very sentimental piece of jewelry, and before I had noticed Emma had contacted me and it was posted to me hastily. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The location is amazing, the food is always great, and the staff are the loveliest in Dublin! This is my home away from home and go-to stay whenever I am in Dublin. My family will never stay anywhere else!
Absolutely wonderful hotel to stay in! The rooms are spacious, very comfortable and very clean. I had a few requests in relation to my group booking and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful! They were so accommodating to any changes I needed to make and were always so pleasant. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay, will definitely be staying again!
Stayed here last week with group of friends and it’s in a great location in the Stephen’s Green area. The apartment was three-bedroom and very clean and comfortable with small kitchen area so very suitable for those who want to have a light snack. Lots of towels, plus bathroom toiletries provided. Front desk staff very friendly and accommodating. Not my first visit here and certainly won’t be my last.
I was staying here with a group. We had a 3 bedroom apartment, and it was very comfortable and clean. Fantastic location close to Stephens Green. The staff are superb. We have already booked it for our next stay in Dublin.
Nice location in the middle of the animated town center. Very good sound proofing windows. Nice rooms and proactive reception staff. It was the best hotel we book during our 6 hotel trip.
Please do yourself a favor and stay at the Drury Court Hotel. Their staff is amazing. All of their staff members from Izabele, Nabil, and Sofia demonstrated exceptional and fanatical customer service. This is the type of service hotels charging 10 times as much wish they had. Furthermore, the hotel itself is very nice. It has charm and the rooms are very well equipped. The cleanliness of the rooms are also of the highest standards. And LOCATION…LOCATION…LOCATION….you can walk anywhere with the city like Temple Bar, St Patrick’s Church, all the hottest Pubs and not even have to rent a car or call an Uber. I personally would like all the wonderful staff at Drury Court Hotel for making my family feel like we were their most important customers and always sharing their best picks of restaurants, shopping locations, and points of interests. THANK YOU!!!!
Perfect location, very spacious cosy room, nicely decorated bathroom. Complimentary shampoos and conditioners of very good quality. Having 3 windows in a room is a great advantage, air is circulating and you don’t feel you lack fresh air even when your windows are allowed to be open for 10 cm only due to new regulations. Staff is very friendly and is always there to help, thank you!
Great rooms and location at an affordable price!! Everyone at reception is always extra helpful and kind. They spent a solid 10 minutes with me going through places to visit during my few days in Dublin. Breakfast downstairs is also great with an excellent waiter... You won’t regret booking here!
This hotel is surprisingly one of the most comfortable I have stayed in. It is perfectly situated with a friendly, professional staff. The rooms are excellent and the overall ambience is homeliness. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Dublin who wishes to be close to the centre and to good pubs, restaurants and shops.
As a family of 5 we stayed in one of the apartments. Staff friendly and helpful. Accommodation very clean, everything you could need. Great location. Beds comfortable, rooms light and enough spare for short stay.We were recommended the Hairy Lemon opposite ... Great Irish food and pub.Recommend staying here 😁
Loved this hotel.Spent 3 days here in November. Lovely, helpful staff, comfy room. I was in 401 and it was very quiet and nicely furnished. Not a huge room but plenty of space to store bags, etc and room to work.I had 2 breakfasts (not included in my rate but its an optionat P.Macs and they were both excellent.Hotel in great location for walking, touring, dining and shopping. I hated to leave. Im sitting home now wishing I was back in Dublin. Id stay here again.
Lovely hotel. Clean, nice and well-equipped room. Helpful, nice staff. I would have given 5 stars, but I had a terrible night sleep due to road works just under my window that went on til about 2am! Jackhammers and trucks reversing and what felt like mini-earthquakes. But this wasn’t the hotel’s fault. They gave me ear plugs, a loud fan and a discount, which I appreciated.
Wonderful hotel! Honestly loved the layout of the small apartment and the service was helpful the entire time. The hotel doesnt limit you on supplies either, there were extra towels everywhere as well as extra paper and soaps in one of the closets. The couch turned into a nice comfy bed fit for two and the balcony was perfect to get a little fresh air. The one thing I would have enjoyed was real coffee instead of instant coffee and some cream or milk. Other than those items the room was wonderful and I felt at home the entire stay. Would highly recommend for a family of 4 or 2 couples.
Fantastic staff! Almost everyone at the desk was friendly, delightful, and helpful. They even laughed at my bad tourist jokes.I plan to stay at this hotel again! Recommended for adults.Old and quaint hotel a short walk away from the river and bars. Rooms are smaller than chain hotels. Tea and tea equipment are provided on the desk.Bathroom was bright and had good water pressure in the shower. My only complaint is about housekeeping. There was a lot of dust in the rooms, especially the closet. The bed didnt have a top sheet, just a blanket with a duvet cover.
