Best spot on the Island for sure, cabin on the beach with a fire pit and adirondack chairs and just a stones throw from the best Jeep trails in Michigan!

Great little cabins with good views of the lake and priced really good. Recommend it.

We love Drummond Island, Yacht Haven. We visit here every 4th of July. It does not dissappoint. Peaceful, fun, beautiful, friendly, serene place to be. The best fireworks ever and love the parde. The fishing is great this year.

Great employee got us our jet skies set up and even helped me play an innocent prank on my buddy, this was definitely the highlight of our first island visit! Thanks!!!!

We had a restful stay on Drummond Island at the Yacht Haven Cottages and would consider staying with them on our next stay with a few takeaways from this trip. Perhaps this may help you as well in your selection of cabins hopefully.- We were assigned Cabin 7 that practically had no privacy as the interior could be seen from others outside from the patio slider on the road that passed our unit- The main door that opens to the cabin opens to the road that is also the entry and exit to all the other cabins so we would hear incoming and outgoing traffic.- The rear entry that is from the kitchen also faces the road that leads to the other units that gives a clear view in our kitchen and living room area- The 2 bedrooms and bathroom also have a clear view inside the other guests on the hill above us looking directly down. I caught someone looking down at me in the bathroom while peeing one morning while the window was open to vent the room.The clerk pitched this unit as one on sale and now we understood why this may have been - its less desirable due to the reasons I pointed. I will definitely stay with them again BUT now I have better layout of the premises, I would opt for another unit directly on the waterfront or hillside looking down. The unit we were assigned was poorly constructed because you have no privacy.Inside the unit had a dated feel that was clean and the bedding was comfortable and wifi was fairly good. The TV options were not helpful as the screen was grainy so having some option for entertainment may help if you have kids along on your trip. Ive attached a few pics for reference to give you an idea and trust this will help you solidify your decision on where to stay or perhaps a better cabin than the one I was assigned. All the others were either waterfront or hilltop view but 7 was definitely not desirable.

Great staff and a good facility. You can rent a car for $12 a trip. Easy to get in and out. A short trip to a few food anchorages. Highly recommended.

We have stayed in the resort at the Yacht Haven every year for at least 40 years. Nice to have slips with your cabin too. Great service at the Marina and its nservice department. Youll enjoy shopping in the Ships Store.

Easy docking, had everything we needed...a couple youth life jackets and a bathroom. A very helpful sales person.

1st time here and look forward to returning in the future

Very disappointed!!! After making reservations for the campground this summer for next July. I was just contacted September 30th and told I no longer have that reservation, they told me I could have a different week. I had reservations so my family and two other families would be there at the same time. They offered to put me on a waiting list. Apparently reservation has a different meaning on the island.

Had a wonderful time. Cabin was adequate. The beds were broke down and not very comfortable.

Always a great experience. We rented a Pontoon for the day today. Cant say enough about the the professionalism and service here. Highly recommended! We have rented cabins many times as well and always top notch.

We enjoyed our time on the island. Nice little beach and cabins.

We called on Saturday, got into marina on Sunday & by Monday at noon they had rebedded our leaky hatch!!! Impressive service! Also, honor "Loopers" with $1/foot dockage!! Very friendly staff!!! Would highly recommend this place!!!

This is the place to set and watch the sun set! Take a blanket or sweatshirt.

Really neat place to watch the boats come in and go out. Use of showers for anyone staying on the island for a small fee.

We traveled from MO to preview a boat to purchase. Unfortunately the boat had been Mis-represented by both the owner and the broker. The list of discrepancies is long....but the main issue is a wet core, which we discovered by drilling into the stringers. What made it worse for us is that we were told by the broker before we made the long trip that the stringers had been drilled and were found dry. After a long day with the surveyor we decided to reject the boat. I give the crew who works there a 5 star rating because they busted their backs to accommodate our full day. However, our deposit for the boat was not returned to us by the broker in full. The broker took a previously undisclosed amount of $1700.00 without our permission. we consider this to be a bad way of doing business! We consider $800 of that was overcharge. The broker claims he discussed costs for hauling and such my husband, but he definitely did not. We had to begin our 12 hr drive home early the next morning (Saturday). There was no invoice for any of the charges involved provided to us. No one was around when we finished the survey Friday evening and no arrangements had been made for us to see an invoice or leave a CC of file. I had to ask to be sent the invoice to see the charges. Bad deal!We are Gold Loopers and have dealt with many boat yards and a few boat brokers. This place left us with a negative experience. There is always a boat, but we would not recommend buying one here.

We rented a pontoon for a day when we were on the island during the summer. They are super nice! The fish finder on the boat didnt work but it was still a fantastic day cruising around the little islands and exploring.

Tiara Yachts held an weekend Rendezvous event here and it was flawless. This Yachts Haven is run by the best staff and are the sweetest people you will meet. Kara and Joe DePaul are the most helpful and kindest people you will meet. They helped us with rentals for tents, linens and catering details. Made sure that all of our accommodations were met and helped make my job very easy. All of our guests had a wonderful time and we will sure be back again. Beautiful place to visit.***Boat rentals with Captains were a 10/10. Highly recommend an island tour.

Nice enough Marina could use more protection 4 transient slips N its a LONG haul (2.6 milesto walk to town.
