Drummond Island Historical Museum - Museum in Thessalon, Canada
Nice piece of history. Tells the story of how the British lost control of the island to the US
This was a very interesting place to visit. Our guide, Joan shared many interesting facts about the island and of her family. The artifacts were so well displayed. This was a trip down the past. A must do on Drummond Island.
It was a great history education in a weekend with different artifacts and pictures from the island and the people who lived there years ago.
Quaint little place with history of the island
Nice little museum with artifacts relating to some history of the Island.
Great set of displays. A must see.
Great people and great display!
Very friendly people and great educational experience
Everything about Drummond island is wonderful.
I guess we are alot different than most. 85% of the contents of the museum we have back at our farm in various old barns. The emphasis on masks was absurd especially since we were the only ones in the place. It was also the ONLY place on our entire trip that messed with us about no masks....Not very informative we thought. Didnt learn much of anything about the island.
Awesome..
Two thumbs up
Nice little log cabin style building with a very eclectic display of historical items. Everything from farming and homesteading items from the early 1800s to WWI machine guns. Nice lounge area with lots of old newspapers and 3 ring binders full of historical records that you could spend days going through. But most impressive was the couple that were working there, truly walking encyclopedias of history.
Great place, very friendly

The staff was very friendly and interesting to listen to. Definitely worth stopping for an hour or two when visiting Drummond Island.
