Drink and Sing Gemmayzeh in Beirut

Got a private room it, was fun, the server kept checking in on us, the service was fast

We went as 4 people and had to pay 600k L.L for a private room, even though they told us at the beginning it was 100k per person. Absolute scam. The private room was nice though and for 600k you would at least expect an open bar, but nope. You can order for “free” until you fill the 600k mark. There was also no food, not even snacks. At least the staff was great, we had full control of the songs, and we stayed for almost 4 hours. I wouldnt go again unless they change some of their policies.

They charged us a 20,000Lbp each minimum without telling us about it. There were people who didnt order anything and were forced to pay it for nothing! Unprofessional scammers!

We where the first and largest group to have arrived with the intention of having a good time at drink and sing but we were very disappointed with the self centered DJ in charge of the place who would only give his girlfriend the mic to sing.People came after us.. sang their required songs and we were left the last and even with the place empty, and our frequent request to pass us our songs were to no avail.. instead of having a good time we got frustrated and had to leave disappointed..We regret going to drink and sing and we advice people to find a better alternative so they may not have to end up with bad vibes from misstreatment! My first and last time!

It is a very nice place to have some drinks and sing Karaoke. They are gentle and funny although this zone in Beirut ( Jemmayzeis a bit costy since it is near to Beirut down town. Very nice ambience.

Exactly what it says. You sing and drink. There are common areas and there are some private karaoke rooms you can reserve for a minimum 200$ charge. No food is served: they are cute they get you delivery menus 😁 so that you can order.... Quality of sounis ge8 for karaoke!

What an awful bar. They offer completely different prices to what you agree on the way in. Actual daylight robbery. Don’t trust them!!!

This karaoke bar is one of the best I have ever been to. If you like best arabic music + singing + dancing + a lot of fun then this is the place for you. Love you. Hope to see you soon.

Karaoke fans will enjoy themselves if they go (especially in groups). They have a good selection of songs in several languages.Drinks are pretty basic so I recommend you stick with the beer and try to go on a not so crowded night if you really want to get to sing a few times.
