This Best Buy have the best customer service that you can possibly ask for the people in the back that do the technical support stuff or The Geek Squad I think its called or the most marvelous helpful people in America I now live in Lakeland but I will drive to Clearwater just to be able to utilize our services with no doubt thank you Geek Squad for being so so so helpful

I was there to have my Fire tablet checked out. Yes, I had an appointed. I got a condensing very young guy. I explained what was I needed fixed and then said so what do you want me to do. Answer .. fix it. Didnt smile, acted like, i was bothering him, just an all around bad experience.

They were not able to help me out with my warranty.

Quick pickup at Best Buy.

This Best Buy is really going downhill as far as an in-store shopping experience. A lot of the demo products are either missing or in really bad shape. The demo products are the only reason why i would actually go to the store versus just buying online.

Bought a pair of ear buds at Best Buy

When I first visited Best Buys, it was Tuesday, the day that Hurricane Ian was headed towards FL. I got there as ALL Staff was leaving the store. Car, after car pulled up to the front door no sign saying what was going on. Unfortunately, no one put a closed sign up to let customers know what they were doing. After 3 days, I returned and the service was great; slow but great.

In a shopping plaza near a Guitar Center and a Marshalls. Good customer service and competitive prices.

Not really too many good stores in the plaza note anymore but the Best Buy and probably one of the clothing shops are actually phenomenal

Bought a Samsung phone. Got an OLD iPhone charger and they were mad at me for wanting an exchange. Ill never shop here again. Just go through Amazon guys its cheaper.

I was able to find a product at Best Buy I was searching for that was sold out at all previous stores.

Still had the best buy and guitar center, but babies r us is gone. The parking lot is a bit wonky, making it somewhat risky to visit.

Went to Guitar Center they have more than I’ve ever seen in that store ever if your looking for any kind of instrument nows the time , I seen some great deals in there and the staff there is COOL and helpful!

Really disappointed in Marshalls.. they really lowered the bar on most of their stuff..not a great selection at all

Actually one of my favorite Best BuysThey generally have a few open box items which I love a bargain. Clean store never hard to find help when needed A+

Decent mall with clothes, musical instruments, electronics, and furniture. There isnt a food option here.

Rick greeted us and respected our wish to look around and find him when needed. He was a great help and we smoothly wrapped up several purchases. This store carries a combination of new and some scratch and dent items with a large inventory

Avoid Best Buy and rooms to go, guitar Center, Marshall’s are awesome, and I don’t know about any of the other stores because I have not been in them

Very few people in outlet for Sunday afternoon. Seems like 1s working there have no idea what to do. Standing longer than leg wanted I told my child lets go. One sort of helping was handling 2 other people. Seemed surprised I was leaving saying hope items I wanted will be there. Ready for the icing, said I may return Tues. Cant do that they are closed Tuesday and Wednesday each week. What? Purchased from store on line. Rooms to go should be rooms gone for good.

Great stores in this plaza,Im mostly at Best Buy,but all of these stores are great, Ive been in all of them.

Overpriced but if you need something and have to put it on credit it is what it is. Salesmen aggressivd once they get past the racial profiling. I came in with an about 20 grand to spend but i was black and wearing jeans and a tshirt not one person approached me. After about 30 minutes an admin at the back asked if i needed anything. If she could have made commission i would have purchased thar minute. When she saw my black card in my phone case i watched her go over to the group that had been standing around. They looked at me and 2 slowly broke away and asked if i needed help wanting to show me this and that. Uhhh. No thank you. I left. But that was just my experience. Not to say it would the same for others. Maybe that changed the way their judgment of books and covers.

Just to many niche stores. Best Buy, Guitar Center, Rooms to Go Outlet. Parking lot design has always been terrible since it’s been here. But at least there’s a light to get back out going west to 19. But all the stores are always busy.

These prices here are exactly what they are in the actual store. Plus, the male associate was BEYOND rude. He tried to tell me that their prices were cheaper than the store for a particular piece, but we literally left the store and went STRAIGHT there. I wish I had kept the picture of the piece we were looking for so I could post it here...We will NOT shop here, EVER!

Nice outdoor mall. The parking lot is a bit screwy in its design. No real shade to speak of. Cramped lanes. But its big. Im all about parking lots when I shop. Being in Florida I like shade and to be able to park far away from the crowds, so my car doesnt get dings. With easy in and out, no blind spots.

Quality of furniture is not very good and so many pieces are badly damaged. Theyre using composite type wood so hard to repair, you cant sand surface to restain. I was very disappointed.

Its small so nothing much. But its nice since it close to many apartments, so if you live by the area you probably just come here to go to Marshalls or Best Buy. Pretty convenient.

Nice Plaza..conviniently located, there you can find Best Buy, Marshall and more places to shop with plenty of parking.

Very disappointed in this store - all the furniture was either damaged somewhere &/or over-priced. I won’t go back into one of these stores, nor would I recommend them either. It’s called, rip off in my opinion! This is Rooms To Go Furniture Store & located at Drew 19 Shopping Center!

They have a very late selection, but only a tiny portion would be worth buying. There "outlet" stuff I generally damaged beyond repair and filthy. The Uther stuff is just plain ugly.

They have a good assortment of items here. Keep in mind its an outlet most things are a bit banged up. Good prices just didnt have what I was looking for but its hit or miss kinda luck of the draw. They keep the store clean and organized.

Great place to start furniture shopping. Most pieces are floor models so have minor scuffs and nicks. Some pieces are worse than others. They have everything from beds to patio furniture.

Came in on one of those days (working in yard cleaning it up before kids come home from grandmasso ill say i didnt look the best and neither did my husband...but with that being said no one not once came to help us as there were workers sitting around on their phones and having their casual conversations about their weekends. They made us feel unwelcomed to say the least. We may have looked a little grungy that day but we were prepared to purchase a couch set and new bedroom set. Needless to say we felt we were a trouble and left. So all in all poor service. Stop judging books by the cover and pleaseeeee get off your phones!!!!!!!!

Best buy awesome especially the audio department once I find out the young gentlemans name Ill post it completely got a set up correct with him receiver new sub center speaker that we bought cant wait to get the tower speakers but so much better already such good advice.

I cannot say enough about two individuals from this location.Vicki is a sales person and was amazing; she was helpful and patient.Elvis is the designer on the floor, we had questions about design and he stopped what he was doing to serve us.Thank you so much for the amazing service, appreciate you both very much!I almost forgot about Jordan in the pick up area, so helpful and kind.

Mike, manager, was extremely helpful after the sofa we purchased was damaged prior to pick up. He tried to "Macgyver" it together and helped us come to a resolve in the end. Even with the disappointment we will return and continue to patronize their location. Great service!!

Over the years have purchased MANY items in the store. Fantastic prices.

This place does it right. If your looking for inexpensive furniture and dont feel like looking for used then this place is the bomb. Dont expect super high quality though , you get what you pay for. I give four stars because they do what they say they do...

Went to Rooms to Go Outlet. Never knew how close I live to it. They gave a large selection of all types of furniture. I got a well needed new mattress and box spring. Was delivered Saturday and I got the 1st good night sleep in months.

I am happy they remodeled the mall. Now they have new stores. It is well worth shopping there now. They just need to add more handicap parking spots. They are not enough of them. We are worth the time and space to do it. We spend money just like anyone else. We just need to be able to park close.

What a wide array of stores! A free-standing Old Navy, Five Below, and (my personal favoriteHobby Lobby!! Not to mention Bed Bath & Beyond! Looks like a new renovation was done--very safe and classy looking. Love it.

This location has a lot of shops. If youre out needing to stop at one location all your needs this location would probably fulfill this. Be aware that there are a couple membership Only Stores there however most people on the membership to that one store. There was a purpose that I went to this shop for one particular store and it was nice to find all the other stores around that I spent more time and visited them. This mall or shopping center I will be going back to.

Shopping Center is great Best Buys a part of it amazing... if youre looking for Best Buy Toys R Us guitar City or Rooms To Go Marshalls is this year Im sending you want to go to check it out good deals good sales..
